The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Fundraising & Donor Care Administrator to join our fundraising team. This role is central to ensuring excellent donor care, accurate income processing, and maintaining high-quality data records. You will work closely with the Donor Care & Supporter Experience Manager to keep operations running smoothly across all fundraising streams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their fundraising or charity operations career who wants to develop their skills within a busy and impactful organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for donor enquiries via phone and email.
• Process donations and send thank-you letters promptly.
• Maintain accurate donor records, including Gift Aid declarations and preferences.
• Ensure data integrity within our CRM (ThankQ), supporting data entry, cleaning, and reporting.
• Assist with income reconciliation and Gift Aid processes.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising events and community fundraising activities.
• Uphold the highest standards of donor care and confidentiality.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Variety is looking for a Social Media Officer to join our Fundraising and Marketing team. Reporting to the PR and Communications Manager, the role will be vital in positioning Variety as a highly impactful charity and supporting our mission to fund life-changing practical support to disabled and disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

You will be responsible for creatively growing our social media channels to increase engagement and reach new audiences. This includes content planning and ensuring our channels reflect Variety’s campaigns, programmes and brand. You’ll lead on community management and play a key role in developing and maintaining the charity’s content library.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help create integrated social media plans and support live coverage from our wide range of fundraising and cause-led events. ● Ensure social media content is child-centric and accessible.

● Community management of our social media channels, responding to posts and engaging with followers.

This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as Finance Business Partner (early moments leave/maternity cover for 12 months).

This role provides the main Finance point of contact across relevant teams and senior stakeholders and is expected to support various teams, including the Marketing Team that generates a significant portion of UNICEF UK’s income, and the Information and People Teams, amongst others.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, you will work directly with budget holders in your dedicated teams, supporting financial planning and performance reporting with analysis, insight and constructive challenge to support decision making and strategic financial planning, driving positive outcomes for UNICEF UK.

The ideal candidate would be someone that’s analytical and highly numerate, able to identify key performance and financial drivers and convey complex information with clarity. Experience in finance business partnering is key with experience specifically in digital marketing being desirable.  The role entails building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and being able to both challenge and support.

Look Ahead are delivering a Digital Transformation programme, Move Forward, and we need to have the right business systems management structure in place to offer continual support, development, and improvements to our business systems and to provide insight into the organisation's data.

The Business System Administrator (FTC) role is a support role focused on managing application support requests and providing routine application support, advice, and system administration for key business systems.

The post holder will act as the first point of contact and work as part of a team to maintain these systems. Support services will be delivered by adopting a triage support approach, with more complex issues and project work being escalated to Look Ahead's second line application support specialists.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent coordination and analytical skills, be adept at issue management and be able to work as part of a team to deliver issue resolution for the relevant applications and technologies. This role can be delivered as a hybrid role, with the primary office location being Look Ahead's Head Office although the post holder may be required to visit some of our services from time to time as part of their service delivery.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a potential 6-month extension.

About the Role

Christian Aid’s Resilient Futures Fund (CARFF) is an ambitious new initiative mobilising capital for climate adaptation and resilience across the Global South. We are building a pipeline of innovative enterprises supporting communities on the frontline of the climate crisis, and we are now seeking a Senior New Business Development Officer to help drive this mission.

This role sits at the heart of CARFF’s growth. You will shape and deliver a dynamic fundraising and partnership strategy, working closely with the Head of CARFF to cultivate high-value supporters, deepen relationships across the philanthropic and impact investment worlds, and help establish CARFF as one of Christian Aid’s most exciting emerging ventures. You will design compelling donor experiences, use insight and analysis to guide your approach, and work collaboratively across Christian Aid to embed CARFF into wider fundraising efforts.

About You

You will bring a strong track record in securing major gifts or high-value partnerships, confidence in developing fundraising strategies across diverse audiences, and an instinct for building meaningful, long-term relationships. You will be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, able to translate insight into action, and motivated by the opportunity to shape a new initiative with global reach. A passion for climate resilience, impact investment, or international development would be an advantage.
