Founded in 2019, the Poverty Truth Network believes this can only happen when those most impacted by poverty are at the heart of the movement to end it. Our specific contribution brings together people experiencing poverty with those with responsibilities for alleviating it.

We are now recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. 

This is a key enabling role within a small, relational and values-led organisation. The Administrative Coordinator will provide coordinating and administrative support across the Network, helping ensure smooth systems, high-quality financial administrative and shared working practices across a dispersed team. 

You will be a highly organised and dependable administrator, with experience supporting finance and digital systems, and a clear commitment to social justice and relational ways of working. 

Key tasks include:

• Coordinating meetings, events and trustee processes 

• Providing hands-on finance administration, including bookkeeping using Xero 

• Supporting digital systems, CRM and data stewardship 

• Maintaining accurate records and shared documentation 

• Contributing to consistent, relational and accountable ways of working across the Network 

This role involves working from home with some travel.

Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a painful, lifelong inflammatory condition affecting around 1 in  people. Despite this, awareness remains low and diagnosis is often delayed.

ASIF brings together 60 patient organisations across 48 countries to raise awareness, strengthen patient voices and improve understanding of axSpA globally. We are a small, fully remote team who care deeply about the work we do and about working supportively and collaboratively with one another.

We are now looking for an organised, proactive and thoughtful Project Co-ordinator/ Operations Assistant to help us deliver a major international online research study, while also supporting our wider activities.

This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful - research that will help shape advocacy, awareness and understanding for people living with inflammatory arthritis around the world.

The Role

Your time will be split approximately:

• 70–80% supporting an ambitious international research project·
• 20–30% supporting ASIF’s wider operations

You will work closely with our Project Manager, international member organisations and scientific partners to support all stages of the study, from set-up and ethics submissions through to recruitment, reporting and sharing findings globally.

Alongside this, you’ll help with events, communications and general organisational support, because in a small team, we all contribute where needed.

The two regional roles currently available are fundamental to the delivery of the third phase of the Seed Sovereignty Programme across southern and western England.

Working alongside the north east based England Lead, each role involves supporting seed networks across a dedicated region (southern or west of England- see regional map)  through training, mentoring, and routes to market, as well as engaging with a range of groups and individuals through events, workshops and talks.  The role involves collaborating with the rest of the Seed Sovereignty Programme team remotely to share best practices and develop the delivery of the work nationally.

Key Responsibilities for the role:

Seed knowledge:  Understanding agroecology, small-scale seed production, seed sovereignty, and open-pollinated varieties.

· Has a good understanding of seed saving and agroecological seed systems.

· Supports outreach and communications to share knowledge on seed saving and agroecological seed systems.

· Assists in the identification and development of new regional opportunities.

Collaboration: Building strong, respectful relationships.

· Works closely with the Regional Leads and Coordinators through team meetings, working groups and collaborative projects to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

· Is the “go to” person for enquiries regarding activities within the region.

Training & Facilitation: delivering training sessions (in-person and online) for diverse groups.

We have seen incredible impact through developing prayer and reflections spaces in schools across Oxfordshire. Since 2010, over 65,000 children have experienced prayer and reflection spaces led by local churches, trained and resourced by us. About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to cover adoption leave, likely for one year. This is a vital role in keeping BeSpace running smoothly and enabling our small but growing team to thrive. You will also, where needed, play a hands-on role in supporting churches and schools in our work. 

In this role, you will:

• Take responsibility for key operational processes including recruitment, HR, and volunteer management systems — not only maintaining them effectively but actively seeking ways to innovate and strengthen them, with guidance and support from senior leaders. 
• Manage finance administration, including donations, CRM (Beacon), and Gift Aid claims.
• Project manage BeSpace events and provide admin support to the team.

A Rocha UK is the only national Christian conservation charity in the UK. Our mission is to mobilise Christians and churches to care for the natural world. FEAT is a non-profit organisation campaigning for secure, promoter-authorised ticket resale across Europe. We represent live event professionals who promote some of the biggest names in music.

Since launching in 2019, we’ve helped to secure key provisions in EU law to regulate ticket resale, spoken at the European Parliament, developed reporting systems for illegal ticket listings, and published best practice guides for the sector. 2026 is a pivotal year for us as we work to ensure that ticket resale is considered as part of the EU’s upcoming Digital Fairness Act and other legislation. 

FEAT is operated by the music business communications consultancy, Name PR. As part of a small team, you would take on the role of FEAT’s Campaign Coordinator to help run our day-to-day operations and progress our work on regulation, enforcement and best practice. 

Based in London, the role is full-time, with occasional overtime required around visits to the European Parliament in Brussels, conferences and events.

Responsibilities 

• Drafting position papers, consultation responses, and open letters in collaboration with the Director. You will help launch public campaigns and guides to shape the future of EU ticket resale.

• Develop a deep understanding of EU digital and consumer regulation, staying ahead of legislative changes, relevant legal cases and news.

• Build and maintain relationships with EU policymakers, stakeholders and partner associations.

• Learn about media relations, writing press releases and pitching.

• Keep our members informed through regular updates, emails, and by helping organise our Annual General Meeting (AGM), usually taking place in Barcelona.

• Attend national and international events across the EU (approximately every 3-6 months).

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining FEAT’s internal documentation.

• Manage FEAT’s online presence including website and social media.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a public affairs, policy or legal role.

• Great communicator, ability to form positive relationships with members, policymakers and other stakeholders.

• Brilliant organisational skills – you’ll need to manage a full-on workload.

• Excellent writing and research skills.

• Ability to work independently, using your initiative to drive projects forward.

• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• An interest in live music or ticketing.

Desirable

• Knowledge of how the live music business works.

• Knowledge of EU political systems and the legislative process.

• IT skills including familiarity with Google Suite, WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp.
