About the role

As CEP Change Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is ready for the transition to Dotdigital, focusing on business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and cutover planning. You will assess the current state, define the future operating model, and lead the change strategy to support a smooth and successful go-live by March 2026.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct a current state assessment of supporter journey processes, stakeholder roles, and pain points, and define future state processes to enable marketer-led campaign delivery.

• Develop and deliver the change strategy, roadmap, and business readiness plan aligned to the March 2026 go-live milestone.

• Build and manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring buy-in and alignment across marketing, fundraising, digital, supporter care, data, and technology teams.

• Lead training needs analysis and deliver a tailored adoption plan, including role-based training, playbooks, and templates.

• Own the cutover readiness plan, ensuring business continuity during transition and supporting UAT, pilot campaigns, and contingency planning.

About you

Used to working with tight timelines with a delivery-focused approach, you'll be a strong advocate for user adoption and long-term embedding of new ways of working.

To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Proven experience as a Change Lead/Change Manager on technology-driven transformation programmes.

• Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, or supporter engagement platforms (experience with Salesforce/Dotdigital advantageous).

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging and influencing at all levels.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and translate technical change into business impact.

• Experience in planning and delivering training programmes to support adoption.

• Familiarity with data migration processes and business validation.

• A solid understanding of cutover and go-live planning in large programmes.

• Liaise with freelance facilitators to ensure events at schools are effectively staffed

The LATA Foundation was established in 2007 by members of the Latin America Travel Association (LATA) to support social and conservation projects throughout Latin America. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to maintain the ongoing progress of the Foundation and continue moving the Foundation forward, building on the work of the Fundraising and Volunteer Manager.

We are seeking maternity cover for the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager starting November/December 2025. The position will be open until the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager returns to work, or 14 months from commencement, whichever is sooner (no later than end of 2026). The exact end date is contingent on the postholder's confirmed return and may change within that limit, we will provide a minimum of four weeks’ notice of any adjustment.

About the role

The postholder will lead on fundraising including income generation, strengthen donor stewardship and communications, and coordinate the effective contribution of our volunteer network. Acting as the Foundation’s principal fundraiser and a key public representative, you will design and deliver fundraising campaigns and partnerships; produce clear, impact-led communications across channels; and ensure volunteer activity is planned, resourced, and aligned to organisational priorities.

Core responsibilities:

Fundraising

• Lead regular-giving acquisition and onboarding; plan and deliver fundraising initiatives/events with the team.
• Build and manage the fundraising programme and pipeline.

Donor Communications

• Own the communications calendar and delivery (newsletters, e-shots, key messaging) and steward donor relationships.
• Develop targeted mailing lists; oversee social media and core collateral/presentation updates.

Volunteer Management

• Recruit and onboard volunteers; support project, fundraising and trustee teams.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, follow-ups and information flow; monitor the enquiries inbox.

Representation

• Act as a spokesperson and advocate for the Foundation at events and in the media.

Job Description

This role reports to the Head of Transactional Finance. The jobholder is one of three people working in the Accounts Payable Team, which is part of the Transactional Finance & Systems function. The Transactional Finance & Systems function is responsible for:

• recording and processing the financial transactions required to support the operations of ABRSM and its subsidiary ABRSM (Publishing) Limited and to enable it to meet its statutory obligations
• the provision of timely and accurate financial management information to departmental budget holders and to the ABRSM's committees.
• Management of the Accounts Payable Team including monitoring the volume of work and allocation of work to two Accounts Payable Assistants, ensuring that deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained.
• General review and oversight of the work carried out by the Accounts Payable Assistants providing leadership, support and training in Accounts Payable procedures as required.
• Ensuring all incoming Supplier invoices are shared between AP assistants and processed for authorisation daily.
• Ensuring Examiner fees are processed for weekly payment runs as set out in with ABRSM's payment policy.
• Ensuing Examiner and HLR expenses are processed weekly for payment.
• Ensuring Suppliers are paid in accordance with their payment terms and ABRSM's approval process.
• Resolving Supplier and Examiner queries, reconciling statements, and building strong relationships
• Ensuring bank Direct Debits relevant to supplier invoices are processed monthly before month end.
• Processing staff Barclaycard applications and maintaining expenditure limits.
• Meet with new staff to explain ABRSM's approval process before being given system access.
• Administering of travel loan applications
• Maintenance of fixed data for suppliers, examiners and HLRs.
