While this role will work across all CAZK projects the majority of time will be spent on 'Healing Arts for All' (HAFA), a large-scale, three-year heritage project that will engage Pendle's diverse communities in a wide range of activities including photography, textiles, film, sculpture, sound walks etc.

Principle Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and the team, you will lead on developing and managing creative art programmes, projects, activities, and events.

• Maintain and develop relationships among key partner organisations,local businesses, creatives, and host steering group meetings to develop new ideas and plans to progress and enhance the organisation, building communication and providing regular feedback. 

• Work with the CEO to develop annual organisational and project budgets, and manage ongoing programme budgets to ensure they are delivered as agreed within set budgets and timescales. 

• Research, implement and monitor programme and project plans, liaising with collaborators, partners, the community and artists. 

• Produce reports to ensure that relevant stakeholders are fully and consistently informed and updated about the progress of creative projects. 

• Determine and monitor the human and physical resources needed for the programmes/projects and ensure that they are available at the appropriate time. 

• Ensure effective marketing and publicity for programmes and projects. 

• Day to day project and personnel management, including staff and artists’ contracts, and project risk assessments. 

• Attend events, projects, and meetings on behalf of Community Arts by ZK, where appropriate. 

• Prepare and submit prompt reports, planning documents and information required by funders/clients with regards to service level agreements and any other contractual/grant funded obligations. 

• Ensure appropriate systems are in place for monitoring information required by funders and to ensure that all contracted staff are fully briefed as to their responsibilities in respect of monitoring information. 

• Maintain and update internal databases in order that data integrity is maintained and information is consistent across the data platforms. 

• Monitor and assess available funding opportunities, and work alongside the CEOto submit funding applications and tender submissions. 

• Develop new partnerships across Lancashire and Pendle to maximise existing and potential funding/tender opportunities

The Operations and Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in the ISG, overseeing both organisational operations and marketing efforts. This position ensures the maintenance of high standards, adherence to regulations, best practices, and organisational efficiency. The role requires maintaining close relationships with the ISG Board, management team, staff and volunteers, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving the ISG's mission.

• Proven experience in operations and/or marketing management, preferably in a nonprofit or similar setting.

The Programme Manager role will report to the Senior Programme Manager and sit within the Programmes Team.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for project managing a number of our services. You will have a clear focus of delivering high quality programmes that are run smoothly, efficiently, within budget, and achieve the desired outcomes and objectives for both the partners and the young people.

Role Context

ALIMA UK is in its start-up phase and is made up of a small team. This period is exciting at times unpredictable.  We need someone reliable who enjoys and has a proven track record of leading and delivering on operational projects for a business or charity while working with senior stakeholders. We are looking for a freelance Finance & Operations Officer - ideally with charity experience and familiar with Xero - who can support our core team of four as it takes the charity to the next level.  Preferably able to work flexibly, the average time required is estimated at one day per week. Using a network of music industry professionals and youth workers, Grounded Sounds offer engaging, top quality programmes in a highly welcoming and supportive environment. Haringey Migrant Support Centre is a community-based organisation, with over a decade of experience supporting migrants in Haringey and neighbouring boroughs.  We provide free and professional advice, casework, referrals and signposting on issues relating to immigration, housing and welfare. We also have a Community wellbeing space and advocate for change through policy and campaigns work. HMSC has a staff team of 9 people. We are supported by a team of 40 volunteers.

A small team and welcoming team, so leaders need to enjoy covering a wide range of duties, from the strategic to hands-on. The role will involve close collaboration with the Co-CEOs.

The main responsibilities are:

* You will lead on delivering operational, finance and people strategy as well as oversee finances, working closely with 3rd party finance providers to manage the allocation of resources and oversee budgeting, and grant management.
* Lead on all aspects of our HR function, taking charge of people development, staff support, finalise revised pay and wellbeing policies and implement changes
* You'll support the team to develop and manage impactful partnerships and stakeholder relationships, providing strategic advice on project delivery and ensuring our partnership arrangements are well planned and managed with care
* You'll ensure they are compliant, maintaining effective internal policies and procedures, and are managing organisational risks effectively
* Alongside the CEO, you'll support the board of trustees in ensuring our organisational governance is solid.

The successful candidate will have successfully led a team and demonstrated experience of how to stretch people and strengthen their confidence. You will have strong organisational skills and have a proven track record in leading an operations function, ideally within the charity sector. It would be valuable for you to have experience of leading organisational change initiatives.

THE ROLE: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) / Permanent / Hybrid role - working a minimum of four days a week onsite and one day a week working from home. Working Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm with the requirement of working tone late shift per week and one shift at the weekend per month.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supported Housing Manager to join us managing our two  24-hour supported housing services in central Brighton and Hove offering high levels of housing-related support for young people aged 16-25. The services have up to 20 bedspaces, with shared communal facilities; the services support young people to manage their daily living activities in areas including finances and budgeting, developing life and work skills, and managing self-care. In delivering the role, you will be responsible for:

-- Service Provision: Responsible for the daily operations of the service so that it meets the requirements of the service specification, and:

- reflects Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs), Trauma Informed approaches and restorative practices

- identifies, maps and encourages the strengths and talents of each young person, enabling them to acquire the skills they need to lead independent and fulfilling lives

-- Leadership and People Management: Lead and manage a team, recruiting and inducting new staff, and supporting their performance to ensure high standards of service at all times

-- Partnerships: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with partner organisations that add value to the core, commissioned service (or have the potential to) attending relevant multi-disciplinary meetings as needed

-- General: Be a member of the ‘on call’ rota to provide out of hours management support to projects in the wider locality

You will already have experience of leading supported housing services, with proven experience in safeguarding in a supported housing environment. You will have a sound knowledge of the additional risks incurred by children and young people who have multiple, and complex needs due to their experiences and knowledge of trauma informed practice and how to create psychologically informed environments. In addition, you will be flexible, with the ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and dealing with competing priorities. Ideally you will have knowledge and knowledge of Ofsted.
