Delivery Manager (North) £42,500 pro rata 

The Role 

Are you passionate about creating inclusive spaces where girls can thrive? We're looking for an organised and values-driven Delivery Manager (North) to support the delivery of our groups, trips, residentials and events at GFS. You'll line manage Group Coordinators, ensure operational compliance, champion inclusion, and maintain strong communication with volunteers, groups and external partners across England and Wales.

The role 

SAFE! Support for Young People Affected by Crime is a dynamic Oxford based charity working across the Thames Valley.  We are looking for experienced practitioners based in the Thames Valley and the surrounding areas to provide support on a freelance basis to young people and parents/caregivers across all our services. Subcontracted sessional practitioners are contracted on a freelance basis to provide one-to-one support to young people and their parents.  There are also opportunities to co-facilitate group work.  Sessions may be delivered remotely or face to face, dependent upon the needs of clients.  Freelancers are home-based practitioners who travel to meet young people and /or parents face-to-face (within a 25-mile radius), provide remote support online, or a combination of both.

Locations: Thames Valley area.

Payment: Practitioners submit invoices monthly and are paid at a rate of £25 (INCREASED)? per hour for admin and delivery and £10 per hour for travel time.  They are liable for all tax and expenses. 

About you  

You’ll have extensive experience of working with young people in a supportive role with a proven track record of building appropriate relationships and providing outstanding support to children, young people, and parents.  You’ll be confident in designing individual intervention plans based on needs. An enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills, you’ll possess a positive, solution-focussed attitude. With experience of multi-agency working and a commitment to high standards of professionalism, your values will align with SAFE!’s vision, mission, and values.  Your active commitment to both safeguarding and promoting equal opportunities and diversity will be evident in all you do.  You will have a good understanding of confidentiality and safe working practices and be proficient in the maintenance of records in accordance with the Data Protection (GDPR) Act.

We are seeking people with a professional qualification in social work, teaching, youth work, probation, or equivalent, and extensive experience of working with children and young people.

As a Project Coordinator at Mind of the Student, you’ll support the smooth planning and delivery of our mental health programmes in schools and the community. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with transferable experience from roles like sales, business support, education, customer service, or administration who’s now looking for meaningful work.

You’ll coordinate workshops, schedule sessions with schools and partners, manage enquiries, and ensure logistics run smoothly. You’ll also track programme progress, gather feedback, maintain accurate records, and support clear team communication. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence using digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) are essential.

We’re looking for someone proactive, dependable, and great at building relationships with school staff, partner organisations, parents, and volunteers. You’ll thrive in a busy environment, manage deadlines well, solve problems positively, and deliver high-quality work.

The PDA Society is looking to recruit its first ever Head of role and we believe the right person could be transformative for our organisation. We are a small charity that makes a big impact – and we are excited to recruit someone who is hands on, pragmatic and experienced in raising income onto our team.

We are looking for a goal oriented, entrepreneurial individual who can help us maximise our fundraised and earned income through effective relationships and online communications. Over the next three years, we must significantly expand our free services and support offers for the people who most need them – and this role will be entrusted with ensuring we can afford to do that.

You will be part of a fast moving, high performing team who are determined to make a difference. This is a small organisation where senior team members do as well as plan. So while you’ll be setting direction and leading strategy, you’ll also be rolling your sleeves up and delivering directly alongside colleagues. You’ll be supported by a small communications team and a small budget to commission trust applications, and you’ll hold responsibility for maintaining trust funder relationships and ensuring reporting is timely and accurate.
