In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

The Lead Coach is primarily responsible for overseeing the training room and group sessions with young people. You will help shape the training environment and will confidently adapt and deliver materials and sessions to work within the group’s development towards work readiness.

Delivery of Spear Programme - Group and 1:1 coaching [60%]

• Preparing and coaching Spear Foundation sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme
• Building relationships with young people on the programme and managing culture, and attitudes in the training room
• Adapting the Spear coaching material according to the needs of the Trainees and managing behaviour effectively; handling safeguarding
• Taking a lead on rating the work readiness of the trainees and making sure data is inputted and used correctly on salesforce
• Liaising with volunteers for key programme engagement events such as mock interviews and external panels. Leading on briefings and communications with these volunteers

Delivery of Spear Career [20%]

• Delivering weekly Spear Career sessions (including running workshops with past Trainees), maintaining records and reporting on statistics, and creatively developing ongoing relationships with Spear Trainees

Training the Graduate Coach [10%]

• Contributing towards the training and developing of the Graduate Coach by modelling excellent coaching and giving regular feedback

Trainee recruitment [10%]

• Developing relationships with Job Centres and local referral agencies to ensure that the maximum number of Spear Trainees are enrolled on each programme. This involves liaising with referral agencies, active face-to-face recruitment and monitoring recruitment statistics

Continuous professional development

• Continually engaging in professional development, including being part of Resurgo’s wider coaching programmes and possibly supporting on leading internal training such as Grad Coach Training

Active participation in and support for church team and mission

• As the Spear programme is run in partnership with a local church partner, you will establish a strong personal connection with the church to develop the engagement and backing of church members and help build a strong network of supporters for the Spear programme. As part of this you may be asked to speak at church/events and contribute to prayer meetings as per Resurgo’s Christian ethos and the mission of the church

About the role

· Assist the Fundraising department in planning and delivering national and large-scale fundraising activities.

· Assist the Individual Giving Manager in the coordination and delivery of fundraising campaigns and initiatives including our annual Christmas Appeal, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.

· Support the delivery of digital fundraising activities in line with the Fundraising Strategic Framework.

· Support the administration of the individual giving fundraising programme in collaboration with the wider team.

· Assist the Head of High Value and Individual Giving Manager to administer donor support communications.

· Ensure all donors are thanked in a timely manner via e-mail and letters and accurately recorded on our CRM.

· Maintain and update supporter and donor records within the CRM database ensuring they are accurate.

· Support the refinement of systems and processes to enhance donor experience.

· Serve as the first point of contact for Community Fundraising, including emailing and posting fundraising packs and providing fundraising guidance and advice.

· Maintain and develop our low to mid-level Trust and Foundation income, delivering applications and reporting using our Case for Support.

· Respond to general enquiries received over the phone and through the fundraising and general enquires inboxes.

· Liaise closely with colleagues across the charity to support the development of fundraising collateral and materials for fundraising activities.

Philanthropy and Partnerships fundraising at Alzheimer's Research UK has grown significantly over recent years. The Directorate has a track record of soliciting seven-figure donations and winning significant corporate partnerships with well-known and well-loved brands such as Omaze, Cadbury, Warburtons, Roadchef and Dobbies.

We are now looking to build upon our success by launching a new, significant fundraising appeal. This appeal will help drive further transformational growth, from income across majors donors, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners. Ultimately, it will help us funding cutting-edge research that will bring forward the day when we can diagnose, treat and prevent dementia.

As Stewardship Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality and meaningful experiences for Alzheimer’s Research UK’s major donors, charitable trusts and corporate partners. The Stewardship Officer will work closely with the Donor Relations Manager and wider Directorate, assisting in the development of creative, personalised communications and materials that help build long-term, impactful relationships with supporters.

You will collaborate closely with teams across the organisation, including Events, Design, and Science Communications to deliver impactful content that is designed to inspire and engage high value donors, including philanthropic individuals, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

· Work with colleagues in teams such as Communications, Brand, Events, Design, Science Communications, and Merchandise to help create engaging and inspiring supporter content.

· Develop an in-depth understanding of the external relationships held by the Philanthropy and Partnerships team (major donors, charitable trusts, and corporate partners) to help inform stewardship.

· Attend cross-team meetings, identifying where Philanthropy and Partnerships can support other organisational activity or where activity may pose an opportunity for a high value audience.

Project management and processes

· Project manage tailored donor touchpoints from concept to delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as required to harness expertise across the organisation.

· Coordinate the production process for materials by liaising with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring timelines are met and brand guidelines are followed.

· Develop an excellent working understanding of, and follow, the required processes used by support teams for the submission and management of pieces of work.

· Keep team records up to date and accurate, including entering information into the organisation’s CRM (customer relationship management) system.

· Support the Donor Relations Manager in streamlining processes to benefit colleagues across the Directorate.

The Accommodation Advisor provides housing support, information, advice, and guidance (IAG) to men within the criminal justice system, ensuring successful resettlement into accommodation. • Write and publish short regular newsletters for GRP’s stakeholders, including portfolio donors, wealth adviser partners and donors to operating costs.
• Manage and publish weekly content for GRP’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Manage and curate content for GRP website, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date and maximising opportunities to attract new donors and supporters.
• Coordinate with GRP’s third-party web developer on website maintenance and regularly re-evaluate site structure/functions to maximise its efficacy and usability.

Event planning (30% of work)

• Lead coordinator for in-person and virtual events, in line with events strategy devised by Strategic Relationships Manager.
• Lead event promotion and liaise with venues, speakers, catering, attendees, videographer, graphic designer, etc to ensure events are well-attended and well-run.

Research (20% of work)

• Drive ad-hoc research projects to support GRP’s partnership-building, core fundraising and portfolio selection/assessment efforts.
• Analyse potential sectors and charities for inclusion in GRP’s charity portfolio.
• Identify and research high-quality trust and foundation leads in line with core fundraising strategy.
• Identify and research high-quality leads for wealth adviser or other corporate partnerships.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (20% of work)

• Manage GRP’s new CRM system (Beacon) on behalf of team, ensuring the team uses the CRM system consistently, accurately, and effectively. No prior experience with CRMs required – training will be provided.

Summary of the role

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the role will support the implementation of our 2030 Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with colleagues in Fundraising, Communications and Delivery Teams. They will support the Head of Fundraising in researching and implementing new platforms as ADSS develops its fundraising capacity and capability.

Main purpose of job

The individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for the delivery of ADSS fundraising from individual donors, primarily through digital platforms.

The post holder will handle stewardship contact with all individual donors and fundraisers with warmth and appropriate enthusiasm and sensitivity. Our supporters participate in a variety of events and have a range of motivations for giving to the Charity including families who are raising funds in memory of a loved one.

The Individual Giving Fundraiser will gain exposure to a variety of income streams through collaboration with Fundraising colleagues and volunteers.

The Role Responsibilities

Maintain and grow ADSS’s income from individual supporters with a focus on digital platforms.

Lead on the delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns and optimising supporter journeys.

Create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, supporter-centric campaigns.

Fundraising Strategy and Planning:

·Organise and execute fundraising campaigns and events, including individual giving, special events, and online fundraising efforts.

·Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring their continued support.

·Implement strategies for donor recognition and retention, including personalised outreach, acknowledgements, impact reports, and engagement opportunities.

·Develop and maximise communication tools and materials to keep all donors updated with our key messaging and impact.

·Engage with the community through various communication channels, promoting the organisation’s mission and fundraising opportunities.

Corporate and Community Partnerships:

Work with the Corporate and Community Fundraisers to:

·Develop Individual Giving programmes within Corporate and Community partnerships

·Ensure that digital platforms support their efforts to cultivate relationships with local businesses and community groups to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and in-kind donations.

·Engage community leaders and influencers to increase visibility and support for ADSS’s fundraising efforts.

·Explore the role of digital platforms in new partnerships to diversify revenue streams and enhance community engagement.

Donor Database Management:

·Maintain and update our donor database, ensuring accurate records of donations, communications, and engagement history.

·Analyse one-off and regular giving performance and optimise programmes based on insights

·Manage the Membership recruitment process

·Track progress towards fundraising goals, preparing regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

About the Role

Through line management of your team and in collaboration with partners, you will ensure that the Youth Zone is accessed by all young people who need it the most. The Role

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO/Director will be responsible for the overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership of Chelsea Theatre. Key Responsibilities

The postholder will: 

• Provide leadership and responsibility for the charity’s purpose, administration and financial management plus ensure compliance with the law and regulations. 

• Generate significant earned income from one-off and repeat hirers, including local community organisations, commercial contracts, arts organisations and private hires, with a focus on high quality customer care.

• Increase income from grants, corporates and funds from individuals, with support from Trustees.

• Run the building as a community centre, making an ever-increasing positive impact in the local community and beyond.

Venue & Operational Management

• Ability to optimise rental income and diversify income streams, while serving community needs.
