Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. The Role
As part of our strategy for growth and national impact, SCAA is seeking a motivated individual to manage our newly formed Data function, as Data and Insights Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role, which will contribute to both the immediate data management requirements and lead on the development of the longer-term Data and Insights Strategy for SCAA.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insights and analysis to support future growth, with a particular focus on fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement. They will ensure the right frameworks and infrastructure are in place to allow for effective data management and data-driven decision-making across the charity.

This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.

About You

Essential

• Significant experience leading data strategy, governance or CRM development in a fundraising, marketing or customer insight environment.
• Strong knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance, with understanding of DPO responsibilities.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and interpreting data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience overseeing CRM systems from a strategic perspective, including planning for improvements or new systems.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools from a user or strategic oversight perspective.
• Excellent leadership and line management skills, with experience developing staff and building data capability within the wider team.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders with complex data insights.
• Project management skills.

Desirable

• Experience within the charity sector, especially in fundraising or supporter engagement.
• Experience working with finance teams on reconciliation and Gift Aid processes.

Children & Partnerships Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Children & Partnerships Manager to play a vital role in expanding our national referral network and ensuring more children across the UK can access the life-changing breaks we provide. About the role

The health information we produce covers a wide range of topics from migraine treatments, management of migraine, latest research and migraine triggers. There is also an ongoing need to scope new information needs and, where identified, produce new information. The depth of health information we currently have and will produce in the future ensures that this role will offer plenty of opportunities to work with a range of stakeholders on a variety of information topics. We currently hold PIF TICK certification, which will be part of this role to maintain. Producing and maintaining quality information

Manage The Migraine Trust’s provision of health information in line with the charity’s annual planning cycle and the PIF TICK accreditation.  This will include: -

· Lead The Migraine Trust’s health information portfolio, ensuring alignment to annual plans, organisational strategy, and PIF TICK quality standards

· Manage the full lifecycle of health information—from scoping and research to writing, expert review, design and publication

· Reviewing and updating existing information content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, accessible and produced in consultation with service users and people with lived experience, relevant medical advisors, health care professionals, the charity’s staff and other relevant specialists and organisations when appropriate

· Identify emerging gaps in information and lead the development of new materials

Research

A very small aspect of this role is to be the focal point for our research administration which will include:

· Being the key point of communication and support for the research committee

· Manage administrative duties relating to new applications for research funding and current grant holders

· Co-ordinate and send out papers for research meetings (once a year maximum)

· Liaising with researchers funded by the charity and ensuring project reporting is up to date

· Liaise with the AMRC as and when appropriate

· Represent the charity at appropriate external events for both the public and healthcare professionals

We’re seeking an experienced charity leader to work with our partner charities, Lintel Trust in Scotland and Lifting Lives in England & Wales.  

As an experienced, motivated charity leader you will drive LHCPGs charitable aspirations through working with our partner charities, Lintel Trust in Scotland and Lifting Lives in England and Wales, so helping us deliver meaningful community benefit across the UK.  

In this central role, that will require some travel as you attend meetings in Edinburgh and Uxbridge offices, you will ensure governance, lead strategic development, build partnerships, and support and facilitate fundraising and operational activity, ensuring our charitable work continues to improve lives and places.  

What You’ll Do

• Lead governance, statutory compliance, and Trustee support across both Trusts.
• Work with Trustees to develop charity strategies, policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Support the grant-making and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Build strong partnerships and represent the Trusts at events and sector forums.
• Drive fundraising and income generation to expand charitable impact.
• Oversee marketing, digital presence, and communications.
• Line manage the Charities Liaison Coordinator and foster a collaborative team culture. 

What You Need 

• Strong knowledge of charity regulation (OSCR and/or Charity Commission).
• Experience running or overseeing a charity and working with Trustees.
• Proven fundraising, grant assessment, and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication, report writing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in marketing, events and digital content management.
• Understanding of social value, housing issues, and community-focused work.
• Desirable: public sector/housing experience and degree-level qualification.

Your role

We are seeking an Impact & Partnerships Coordinator to support Design for Good’s programme and project initiatives. We’re looking for someone who believes deeply in our mission and brings energy, strong project administration skills, and a genuine commitment to social and environmental impact.

You will work closely with project teams, programme staff and senior management to help deliver our impact and partnership strategy, providing essential coordination and administrative support across our innovation projects and global collaborations.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with an inspiring international network and support the delivery of impact-driven programmes that improve life through design.

You will work closely with the Impact & Partnerships Lead on day-to-day delivery and report to the Managing Director of Design for Good.

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in project coordination, project administration, PMO or a similar role.

• Degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working independently within a remote, international team.

• Able to manage multiple priorities across impact projects.

• Proactive, with strong ownership, follow-through and a practical mindset.

Key responsibilities

Programme governance

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution and effective use of collaboration platforms.

• Schedule meetings across time zones with clear communication and calendar management.

• Take concise meeting minutes and capture key decisions and actions.

• Prepare clear recap emails summarising discussions and next steps.

• Support the coordination of online and in-person events.

Impact reporting

• Support impact reporting for annual reviews, presentations and briefings.

• Contribute ideas to strengthen implementation and maximise impact.

• Maintain and update impact dashboards.

• Help translate survey outcomes into clear insights.

• Support reflection moments with partners to strengthen project initiatives.

Partnerships coordination

• Support coordination and stewardship of partnerships across NGOs, corporates, mentors and designers.

• Assist with onboarding new alliance members and coordinating partner agreements.

• Track project plans, risks and progress; prepare status updates.

• Manage project documentation to ensure materials are organised and accessible.

• Maintain project trackers using tools like Excel, Notion or similar.

• Carry out due-diligence checks for prospective partners.

Preferred skills and qualifications
