The responsibilities of the Client Finance Manager will include:
· Delivering budgets and forecasts for each client, property and tenancy, using complex data from the MRI Horizon general ledger and other systems, Hyperion and Excel tools to provide accurate and meaningful financial information
· Being accountable for financial control over property services accounting, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by providing accurate forecasting, explanations and billing
· Maintaining a focus on process improvement, including planning and establishing new systems and processes for quarterly financial reporting to ensure clients understand their costs and bills, delivering an ongoing service that meets and exceeds expectations
· Being the key liaison between senior finance and property staff for client meetings, involving being acutely aware of the customers’ needs and acting upon them, and being proactive in problem solving and finding solutions
· Leading the service delivery to clients alongside management accountants and other colleagues, supporting the growth of the GPA, and matching resources to client demand
· Manage due diligence exercises on estate-related financial information provided by the client and interrogate to identify material financial risks to GPA and ensure correct account treatments are applied.
Key Skills & Experience
· Be proficient in Microsoft Excel skills and able to manipulate complex data sets.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret significant amounts of financial data
· Ideally, have experience in client finance, including reporting to clients, managing systems and processes, working in partnership with clients to deliver results
· Experience with property management systems such as MRI Horizon, Yardi Voyager, or similar systems, in addition to Excel and PowerBI (or similar) for financial reporting is desirable
· Ideally have experience in the property industry within medium to large organisations where customer service is a priority

Key responsibilities
- Brand Development & Identity: Lead creative development to refresh our brand so that it communicates impact, celebrates young people, and demonstrates our vision and values
- Visual Storytelling & Content Design: Translate complex ideas and data into accessible and visually engaging formats by creating assets for campaigns, content series, publications and digital platforms— including social media graphics, short-form videos and animations, marketing materials, reports, infographics, toolkits, and event assets
- Innovation & Accessibility: Stay informed on design trends and youth visual culture to bring fresh ideas, a user-centred mindset, and an inclusive approach that keeps our visual storytelling current and compelling, whilst ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance to young people across the world
- Internal Support: Work with teams across the organisation to develop brand-aligned guidelines, templates, resources, and capacity-building in visual communication principles

This is a varied role and the successful applicant will drive our community and events fundraising. You will organise the Tour de Vale Bike Ride plus other fundraising events at Stoke Mandeville Stadium, source runners for a range of third-party events including the Great North Run and help them reach their fundraising targets, identify and develop opportunities for community groups and local companies to support the charity and lead and manage our schools fundraising programme.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you’ll be an integral member of our staff team who are committed to providing an excellent supporter and donor experience.
About you
We are looking for a friendly and organised individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets from sponsorship-based events or community fundraising along with experience of preparing activities to recruit, engage, inspire and retain supporters.
You’ll be confident at building relationships with volunteers and supporters with a keen interest in supporter care. You’ll be an engaging communicator, have excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail, be happy working within a team as well as on your own and have a flexible and collaborative approach to your work.

We’re WheelPower, the national charity for wheelchair sport and we are passionate about helping disabled people lead active lives. We do this by organising sports sessions and providing advice to recently paralysed hospital patients, organising a variety of events and programmes at Stoke Mandeville Stadium and throughout the country, organising online fitness classes and producing resources which enable disabled people to stay active in their homes and working with partners to improve their delivery models.
Although the role is based at Stoke Mandeville Stadium, we are following a blended approach between office and home working with full time staff currently working two days per week in the office.
