About the Role
As Marketing Executive – Loyalty, you will support the delivery of brilliant, supporter-centric marketing to raise income, deepen engagement and build life-time value of our warm supporters. Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary agile squads, you will help develop and deliver high-performing campaigns across a range of channels including email, direct mail, SMS and telemarketing. Your work will be pivotal in creating meaningful experiences that grow supporter value, loyalty and long-term retention.
In this role, you will:
• Support Marketing Managers to deliver effective, insight-led multi-channel campaigns to drive donor retention and income growth.
• Manage specific elements of the supporter journey across channels such as email, direct mail, SMS and telemarketing.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce compelling, on-brand marketing materials that inspire action.
• Analyse performance data, support testing strategies, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

About You
To be successful, it is important that you have:

Job Title: Family Practitioner – North Wales

RSBC believes that every blind and partially sighted young person should have the chance to live life without limits.
We are seeking a part time Family Practitioner who will support families with blind and partially sighted children and young people to develop improved wellbeing, resilience, and coping strategies.
This post will cover North Wales, so the ability to visit families and being a car driver with access to your own vehicle is essential. You’ll be part of a remote England and Wales wide Family Practitioner team, who work closely together to draw on each other’s skills and experience to ensure families receive the best service from RSBC. You will work closely with the wider Services team to ensure children, young people and families get all the right services and support they need.
The team link together to run online groups to further support families, and this work may be in the evenings - time can be taken back for this. The team also meet weekly online and come together in person for two-day compulsory team training at our London office at least twice a year. We ask that one of your working days be Wednesday.
The main purpose of this role is to:
· To establish and maintain a case load of families with blind and partially sighted children and young people aged 0 to 25 who identify themselves as needing support.
· To undertake family assessments to identify specific areas of need; to identify and deliver appropriate interventions that will promote children’s development and emotional wellbeing in collaboration with family members and make and support onward referrals as required.
· To ensure that support is high quality and meets the high standard that RSBC sets, with pre agreed performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification that demonstrates the ability to establish a trusting and open relationship with families and CYP. You’ll be experienced in providing emotional wellbeing support with families directly and have knowledge of child development from experience or qualification. You’ll know about family systems/systemic practice – from experience or qualification as well as knowledge and practical experience of using family centred interventions in collaboration with families. We’d like you to have excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong teamwork ethic to fit in with our friendly and knowledgeable team of Family Practitioners across England and Wales.

The Head of Finance is a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) of Modern Art Oxford and is responsible for managing and reporting on the finances of the charity, acting as Company Secretary.
The role is supported by the Senior Finance Officer and Finance Assistant.
Responsibilities
Finance
- To work closely with the Director on the preparation of the business plan and to take a leading role within SMT on monitoring and reporting to ensure its successful delivery.
- To lead on budgeting processes including three- to five-year plans, detailed annual budgets, cash flow forecasts and in-year re-forecasts.
- To be responsible for reporting on the overall financial position of the organisation, including the statutory accounts, management accounts and reports to budget-holders, ensuring that budgets are adhered to, that cash flow is managed, that effective cost control mechanisms are in place, that revenue is maximised and that there is timely and accurate financial reporting to SMT and the Board of Trustees.
- To ensure that best practice, statutory and organisational requirements are met in the operation of financial controls, the management of funds, charity accounting, Endowments Funds and investments, and taxation.
- To ensure the safety and security of the organisation’s financial assets.
- To prepare and submit the annual Museums & Galleries Exhibition Tax Relief (MGETR) submission, Gift Aid and all other tax rebates.

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.
In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.
You will:
· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.
· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.
· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.
· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.
· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.

Front of house support and referrals process
The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.
SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.
CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication.

Lepra is dedicated to addressing leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF) and their consequences through direct support, advocacy, and the promotion of inclusive communities. We work in Bangladesh and in India, through our sister organisation, LEPRA Society. We work in partnership with people affected by leprosy and LF to improve detection, ensure access to treatment and care, and promote inclusion and wellbeing. Last year we finalised our new Global Strategy for 2024-30, which will guide us in our efforts to accelerate progress towards global targets for leprosy and LF, and towards our vision of a world free from leprosy and LF.
Job Context
Our Global Strategy marks a significant evolution in our organisational direction, introducing innovative approaches and renewed priorities. Within this context, the Programmes Officer will play a vital role in supporting the work of the Programmes and Advocacy team. This is a dynamic and multifaceted position that spans the areas of research, implementation, advocacy, and MEAL. Job Purpose

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Support coach to join our team which focus on supporting residents with OPD (Offender Personality Disorder) and related cognitive or behavioural challenges, many of whom have experienced institutional care or social exclusion. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, acting as a mentor and lead for the team, providing advice and guidance, as well as providing specialist expertise to the team and residents.
You will further deliver one-to-one support with residents directly, developing personalised support plans, risk assessments, facilitating life skills sessions, and help individuals access services, resources, and opportunities within the community. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Developing and leading business planning processes and activities
- Leading our annual and multi-year business planning processes, ensuring strong alignment to our 2030 strategy and strategic pillars.
- Designing and managing planning tools, timelines, and guidance to support joined-up planning across The Charity’s departments.
- Aligning strategic planning with budget and resource planning in partnership with the Director of Finance and IT and the Director of People and Culture.
- Working closely with the Director of Finance and IT, and the wider leadership team, to drive alignment between strategy, delivery, and performance.
- Championing a collaborative and inclusive approach to planning, building understanding and engagement across the Charity.
- Representing planning and performance leadership at key forums, including SLT and Extended Leadership Team meetings, and at Board subcommittees where required.
Performance monitoring and reporting
- Designing, implementing and embedding our performance monitoring and reporting frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs and narrative reporting for SLT and Board.
- Identifying and escalating performance trends and/or risks, highlighting these in order to partner with teams on continuous improvement
- Driving the use of data and insight in organisational planning and decision-making processes, including embedding processes to support equity and inclusion e.g. EDI impact assessments.
- Building capacity and planning capability across The Charity to support sustainable processes and ways of working, and to support continuous improvement.
- Working closely with leaders to ensure planning, change and performance are aligned, and with particular emphasis on Finance, Strategy and External Affairs, and People and Culture.
Programme and project planning
- Developing and communicating frameworks to support how programmes and projects are monitored and measured, in alignment with our strategy impact framework led by the Strategy & External Affairs team.
- Support programme planning and monitoring capability across The Charity through coaching and advisory support to teams and leaders and through procuring and/or sharing supporting tools and guidance for this purpose
Leading governance, risk management and business continuity
- Strategic oversight of governance, including overseeing Board and subcommittee reporting, documentation, regulatory and legal compliance.
- Overseeing the Charity’s corporate risk register, embedding risk awareness and mitigation planning across The Charity.
- Leading the development of our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) approach, including associated guidance, communication and learning.
- Acting as a trusted partner to SLT and Heads of Teams on performance, risk, and governance.

The role is designed as an integrated employment and mental health service to improve both mental health and employment outcomes. EAs are part of the employment team and work alongside clinicians to provide employment support to help clients remain in work, return to work, or find employment. This takes the form of personalised support for the client backed up by an action plan detailing the client's employment goals and the actions that the client, the therapist, and the Employment Advisor agree to take to meet those goals.

Here's what the team will be looking for
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience providing vocational support, including job search, CV development, interview coaching, and job retention, with a particular focus on supporting individuals with mental health conditions into, or in sustaining, employment.
They should have strong knowledge of employment law, the Equality Act, and reasonable adjustments, with the ability to advise on employer obligations and practical workplace solutions. Proven experience in building partnerships with employers, Jobcentre Plus, clinical teams, and community organisations is essential, along with strong networking skills to coordinate comprehensive support with wider agencies.
The role requires a person-centred approach, with experience in coaching and motivating service users while respecting their choices and aspirations. Strong case management and organisational skills are essential to manage varied caseloads, track outcomes, and maintain accurate reporting.
Knowledge of welfare benefits, including “better off” calculations, and the ability to signpost to additional support such as housing, financial advice, and legal services, is required. The candidate should also be confident liaising with external agencies such as Access to Work and Citizens Advice to enhance support for clients.

We work in partnership with secondary schools, providing a fully resourced scheme of work that guides an entire year group of students to engage with local charities and causes, and then carry out social action (fundraising, raising awareness, campaigning, volunteering etc) in support of them.

Programme Delivery Officer role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of the First Give programme in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, plus providing guidance and troubleshooting for the lead teachers at First Give partner schools.
The role will be hybrid, with 3 days a week in our main offices in West Hampstead, London. Regular travel to schools across London and the South East will be required.
- Contract: 12-month Maternity Cover
- Salary: £28,840 (inclusive of London weighting)
- Location: London office 3 days per week, 2 days per week working from home
- Reporting to: Programme Manager
Key responsibilities
- Provide logistic and programme support to teachers delivering the First Give programme at their school, including but not limited to:
- an introductory Programme Call with the Lead teacher;
- delivering a briefing to class teachers;
- troubleshooting via phone and email;
- booking in First Give facilitated sessions
- Ensure all programmes are delivering all core elements of the First Give programme
- Update and monitor Salesforce to track programme delivery
- Liaise with freelance facilitators to ensure events at schools are effectively staffed
- Deliver Launch Assemblies, Workshops and First Give Finals in partner schools
- Collect data for monitoring (student surveys, teacher surveys, identifying potential stories of impact, writing programme reports)
- Ensure prompt delivery of any programme resources required by schools (including Coursebooks and other physical resources)
- Support in the collection and distribution of comms via social media, newsletters and other formats to raise awareness of First Give’s work
- Support with wider team projects as and when is necessary

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) and G4S to provide peer-led literacy and numeracy programmes across a number of prisons. We now have the opportunity to provide a service at HMP Hewell. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust Team Members, this is an exciting role leading on the delivery and development of creative and exciting literacy initiatives and an ambitious Reading Strategy at HMP Hewell, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison-based.
