Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.

Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. 

This role will be prison based. Key responsibilities include

Concerts & Projects Manager

Position Summary

The Concerts & Projects Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of several key areas of the orchestra’s core performance activity (including but not limited to: concerts in London and around the UK, commercial recording projects, the orchestra’s Garsington Opera residency and others).

Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a friendly, fun and creative team, the role of Concerts & Projects Manager provides a unique opportunity to work with leading musicians and conductors. Excellent organisational and budgeting skills, attention to detail, innovative thinking and a flexible approach to working will help you manage, develop and execute a diverse range of projects to the highest standard.

With oversight from the Senior Concerts Manager and Concerts Director, the post-holder will work closely with the Concerts Coordinators, Concerts Assistant and the Orchestra Operations Team in the delivery of outstanding performances in venues as varied as car parks, concert halls and country houses.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating of the London Season at the Royal Festival Hall.

• Planning and co-ordination of the Orchestra’s residencies in the main season: Basingstoke, Bedford, Canterbury & Leicester and in the summer season: Garsington Opera and Three Choirs Festival.

• Planning and co-ordination of the Orchestra’s UK engagements.

• Preparing concert/project budgets, managing and maintaining set budgets and final reconciliations/invoicing.

• Liaising with the Orchestra’s Head of Production and Stage Managers regarding practical arrangements for all concerts and projects, including but not limited to stage plans, arranging stage extensions where required, truck requirements etc.

• Liaising closely with the Orchestra Librarians on orchestrations and editions for repertoire being performed or recorded.

• Supervising the Concerts Coordinators and Assistant in the practical delivery of contracts, PPE letters, tech riders, dressing room and security lists, rehearsal venue bookings, detailed schedule preparation etc.

• Keeping abreast of all relevant agreements and updates from the Association of British Orchestras and Musicians’ Union.

• Liaising with the Orchestra Committee and Artistic Committee regarding player matters as directed by Senior Concerts Manager/Concerts Director

• Attending concerts & projects in London and around the UK. Representing the Philharmonia with utmost professionalism at all times.

• Undertaking such other duties as may reasonably be required by the Company.

• Upholding and demonstrating the Orchestra's values.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum three years’ experience in classical music administration;

• Demonstrable experience in performance production and scheduling;

This is a permanent, part-time (21.9hr per week, 0.6FTE) role. The role is based at Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office). 

We are looking for a Governance & Administration Coordinator to provide servicing and support for our governance meetings. This will involve ensuring meetings and committees are governed to exemplary standards, and to ensure we comply with relevant legislation and other regulatory requirements. You will join the Governance & Compliance team which oversees our governance arrangements, as well as our complaint, disciplinary and safeguarding procedures.

Do you have experience in supporting committees and internal meetings on matters related to governance, organisational planning and oversight? Do you have experience in coordinating agendas, papers and minute-taking for formal meetings with a varied portfolio of meetings, working with different chairs and stakeholders? In this leadership role, you will lead our Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, driving strategies across corporate partnerships, trusts & foundations, major donors, and other high-value supporters. With a focus on meeting income targets, appeal planning, and long-term forecasting, you’ll play a vital role in maximising our fundraising impact.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in managing high-value relationships across corporate partnerships, major donors, trusts & foundations, and statutory bodies. You'll have a strong track record of securing and growing long-term partnerships, including successfully negotiating six or seven-figure sums with corporate partners and/or major donors. You'll bring outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage high-value supporters and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the corporate, trust & foundation, major donor and other high value supporter strategies.
• Manage and develop the Rapid Response Network, retaining existing partnerships whilst also identifying and securing new partnerships.
• Deliver excellent stewardship that retains and develops support.
• Take to completion and implement recommendations from strategic projects, to include the major donor review and the RRN / corporate support review.
• Continually hone “next appeal” plans that lead to successful appeal launches and maximise funds raised throughout the appeal life cycle.
• Achieve annual core cost income targets and put in place robust forecasting for future years.

The Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager will play a central role in growing high-value income streams and building meaningful relationships with individuals, corporates, and grant-making bodies. Managing a small team and working closely with senior leaders and NHS stakeholders, you will develop and drive forward an ambitious programme of philanthropic fundraising to support the work of Sheffield Hospitals Charity. You will be joining us after the conclusion of the Master Cutler’s Challenge 2025, during which we have developed new relationships with corporates and individuals across the city. In recent months we have appointed a Trusts and Foundations Officer – who you will line-manage – who has a sound pipeline and projects to fundraise for. We also aim to bring in more capacity to this team over the coming 6-12months, to support with corporate and high value individual relationships. Digital Organiser

We are seeking a TeamWilder Digital Organiser to connect communities online, grow networks, and empower people to act for nature with Warwickshire Wildlife Trust.

Position: TeamWilder Digital Organiser
Location: Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull (home, office or community-based working)
Salary: £25,353 to £34,694 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends

About the Role

This exciting role with Warwickshire Wildlife Trust will use digital tools to build the online foundations of our Team Wilder movement. You will connect with people across digital spaces, listen to their experiences of nature, and help them turn connection into action.

Key responsibilities include:

· Developing and delivering a digital organising strategy to grow participation.

· Building relationships through online conversations and platforms.

· Supporting and training digital leaders, volunteers, and peer groups.

· Creating inclusive digital spaces that connect local action with wider campaigns.

· Contributing to the Team Wilder Academy, supporting digital learning and leadership.
