About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone with strong finance and administrative skills. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Office Manager, you will support the organisation by:
· Processing donations, direct debits, Gift Aid claims, invoices and payment runs
· Maintaining accurate records using QuickBooks and Raiser’s Edge
· Supporting governance and operations: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes
· Managing office logistics: post, supplies, facilities
· Providing administrative support across finance and operations
You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of USPG’s finance and administrative functions, with opportunities to learn and contribute to an organisation with global impact.
About You
You will have at least three years’ experience in finance or administrative role, with strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will be confident working with numbers and have good written English and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential, and experience with finance systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero would be highly beneficial.
Ideally, you will have experience working in the charity or not-for-profit sector, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Raiser’s Edge would be an advantage. You should be comfortable working with people from diverse cultural and national backgrounds, and able to manage your workload effectively as part of a supportive team. A genuine interest in the work of USPG and alignment with our Christian ethos is essential for this role.

About the role:
This is an exciting front-of-house role. As receptionist you will be responsible for greeting every young person as they arrive and ensuring they leave safely. The Fundraising Writer will help ensure the Partnerships & Philanthropy (P&P) Team has access to the information and assets needed to drive income generation and to meet our goals.
In this dynamic role you'll craft a range of compelling and creative fundraising materials. Using your excellent communication skills, you will collaborate with colleagues across the charity to understand their work and translate into high quality propositions, cases for support, and other inspirational collateral for the P&P audience. You will work closely with internal teams like Projects, Finance, and Brand to ensure all donor communications are impactful and aligned with strategic priorities. You will also help manage the reporting function to ensure funded projects and programmes meet agreed parameters and timescales.

Overall purpose of the role
As part of a multi-faceted and busy fundraising team, the Events Product Development Lead will take a significant role in strategically planning and delivering a portfolio of new fundraising events to raise funds for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charities. This role will support the strategic development and delivery of a portfolio of fundraising events aimed at increasing income and diversifying our funding base. You’ll collaborate with teams from all corners of the partnership to test and scale the best ideas. The focus of this role is our virtual and owned events portfolio. This is a strategically significant growth area for the GST Charities and is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. Fundraising Innovation is part of the wider strategy across GST Charities. Key Responsibilities
· Innovate and develop new supporter led products in collaboration with the Senior Events Manager and Head of Strategy & Innovation, with a focus on virtual events and owned events, along with any other opportunities within this space.
· Oversee product delivery from planning to evaluation, collaborating with experts internally and externally, attending events, and representing GST Charities positively.
· Utilise insights, ensuring data-driven decisions and staying informed on trends for continuous improvement.
