The role

Reporting to Director of Membership and Communications, the post holder has delegated authority for operational membership decision‑making, acting as the organisational steward of the Member Value Proposition and representing member needs across the organisation. The post holder is to lead and develop the RCSLT’s membership function, ensuring cohesive delivery across membership operations, member support and member journeys.
The role is also responsible for implementing a clear, insight‑informed membership plan that supports retention, value for money and the effective delivery of the organisation’s core membership fee income stream, ensuring high‑quality experiences and strong cross‑organisational alignment.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Head of Membership who can lead and evolve our membership and engagement function. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of membership lifecycle management, value proposition development and insight-led decision-making, with the ability to translate data into clear priorities and improved member experiences. They will have proven experience leading teams and managing people in a fast-paced, changing environment and working cross-functionally to achieve organisational goals. Confidence in using and championing CRM systems as a core organisational asset is essential, alongside a solid understanding of data protection and GDPR.
The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and influencer, able to present recommendations to senior leadership and build strong stakeholder relationships. They will be skilled in driving digital adoption, supporting teams through change and embedding continuous improvement approaches. A calm, structured and solutions-focused mindset is key, as is a commitment to a member-centred approach and high-quality service delivery, including oversight of complaints processes.

About the role
OUTpatients is seeking an experienced Education and Policy Manager who can help us reach people all over the UK with our sector leading education and policy advisory. We encourage applicants who have prior experience working in small, developing teams and are able to balance taking initiative with close collaboration with other staff members.
You will lead on managing our education arm of the charity, continuing to deliver existing webinars and sessions on LGBTIQ+ inclusive cancer care, and explore development into new products, content, and audiences. You will work closely with stakeholders in the NHS, third sector, and industry.

As the Philanthropy Manager you will predominantly manage the portfolio of Fellows giving at the being £15k, £5k, and £1k per year level, as well as relationships with donors giving much more. About You and the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Content Producer to create high-quality audio and visual content for use across the Society’s communications channels to help us grow and engage our audiences and showcase the work we do.
Working across the breadth of the Society’s activities, you will create, and/or aid colleagues and third parties in the production of, compelling visual content including video, graphics and animation.
This role will report to the Programmes Manager, but you will also work closely with the Communications team, supporting the Digital Communications Officer in delivering their digital communications strategy, and be part of cross-team collaboration that helps our charitable services reach more people.
Salary and Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time post subject to successful completion of a probationary period of three months. The salary range for this post is £33,550–£35,666 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. The post holder will be required to work Monday evenings until 8.00pm during term time, with TOIL provided. Additional evening and occasional weekend work will be required, by prior arrangement, to support events, typically around two extra evenings per month and some weekend conferences, with TOIL or overtime provided. The post is based in Kensington, London.

About the role
Imperial College Union is seeking a Building Co-ordinator to play a central role in the day-to-day operation of the Beit Building, one of the Union’s most active and diverse spaces. This is a hands‑on operational role that sits at the heart of student life, ensuring that the building is safe, welcoming and ready to support a wide range of student, staff and commercial activity.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Services, Duty Managers and a wide network of internal and external stakeholders, the Building Co-ordinator will ensure that building activity runs smoothly from first enquiry through to delivery. This role also leads the Welcome Desk function, providing a consistently high standard of service and information to all building users.
The post is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working a 35-hour week across any five days out of seven, including some evenings and weekends in line with operational needs.
What you would be doing
You will coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Beit Building, ensuring all spaces are safe, well presented and available to support student, staff and commercial activity. As the first point of contact through the Welcome Desk, you will provide clear information and high‑quality customer service, while maintaining oversight of access systems, key control and building security. You will carry out regular building checks and ensure that any issues are promptly reported and followed up.
You will manage and coordinate bookings across the building, using the digital room booking system to ensure effective use of space. This will involve liaising with internal and external clients to confirm booking details, coordinating room set‑ups and pack‑downs, and supporting Duty Managers with smooth event handovers when required.
You will lead and support the student Welcome Desk team, including recruitment, training and day‑to‑day coordination, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. You will also work closely with the Health, Safety and Facilities Manager and College Estates to support compliance, report maintenance issues and contribute to improvements in building operations and user guidance.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with experience coordinating building or operational services in a customer-focused environment. You will have experience supervising staff or volunteers and be confident managing multiple priorities in a busy setting.
You will bring a strong understanding of building operations, space management and health and safety expectations within a large, multi-use environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential, as the role works across a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
You will be comfortable using digital booking and reporting systems, have a strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, and be motivated by supporting a positive experience for students and visitors. Experience of working in a Students’ Union or higher education environment, or familiarity with room booking systems, would be an advantage.

Hours: Monday to Friday. Generally no weekends or evenings, though there may be times client support needs or appointments mean these hours will be required.

· To engage with local authorities, health providers and other agencies, creating and maintaining working relationships to maximise the opportunities available to clients
