About This Job
This is an exciting role in Army Cadet Headquarters which provides administrative support to the functional delivery areas of the syllabus. We are looking for a person to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team and support administration across both our volunteer staff and employed workforce.
This post is primarily to support DofE and First Aid but may, where required, be surged to cover short term administrative responsibilities for other activity areas.
This position is a permanent full-time post (40 hours per week) which will be home-based. However, regular travel across the UK attend events and meetings will be required.
Essential Skills
§ Experienced and skilled administrator and planner, who can work under own initiative in both office and remote environments.
§ Demonstrable success in establishing effective working relationship across a range of organisations at all levels.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team covering the Midlands and South of England. Your role will require you to oversee and run the volunteer programme, including recruitment and training of volunteers to support the delivery of contracts. You will also be supporting the Operational Managers to coordinate and promote VoiceAbilitiy’s volunteer work in the area to meet the needs of the service and those that volunteer.
About you
Desirably you will have some experience of volunteering or, working with volunteers/ vulnerable people, or delivering advocacy. You will have a knowledge of advocacy in health, social care and other settings and an understanding of the issues affecting adult social care, disability, autism, and mental health service users.
You should also understand safeguarding in relation to volunteering and the people we work with and the social values of volunteering and volunteer projects.

About This Job
As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role, working directly with the Chief Executive, the President, and the Board of Trustees. The current postholder will be retiring in 2026, and as such, the successful candidate will benefit from a substantial handover period, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent preparation for success.
The Executive Assistant will be the key point of coordination for the CEO’s office, providing high-level executive and secretarial support across a wide range of responsibilities. This includes managing correspondence and reports on behalf of the CEO and President, ensuring they are fully briefed ahead of meetings and events, and maintaining seamless communication with the Board of Trustees. The role also involves supporting Board processes, facilitating inductions and development, and coordinating high-profile events such as the Annual General Meeting and the Presidential Address. As the trusted aide to both the CEO and President, you will be relied upon to act with initiative and judgement, occasionally making decisions and delegating on their behalf. The role also carries responsibility for coordinating leadership meetings, managing projects, and maintaining accurate and accessible records that capture both current business and the institution’s history.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level, ideally within a charity, membership, or professional body. You will be highly organised and proactive, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, alongside the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the wider Microsoft 365 suite is expected, and you will be adept at drafting reports, formal minutes, and correspondence to a high standard.
Above all, this role calls for someone who can balance meticulous attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture. You will be solutions-focused, resilient under pressure, and motivated by continuous improvement.

About the role

Responsibilities
Join the Marine Society & Sea Cadets as a Safety and Assurance Officer, ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, environment (SHE), and operational compliance across our units and facilities.
You’ll lead assurance inspections, maintain compliance with legislation and organisational regulations, and support the safe management of weapons, armouries, and inshore boating activities. Maintaining purchase ledger:
- Review staff and consultant expense claims
- Reconcile monthly credit card and Soldo statements

The Project Officer supports the effective delivery of HACT’s community-focused programmes, with a particular emphasis on operational coordination, partner engagement, and service administration. - Manage voucher requests, ensuring they meet qualifying criteria, and issuing to referral partners across the UK

- Manage collation of reporting data from Housing Associations and other referral partners

Required Skills
Essential

Job Accountabilities
Complete fuel fund and voucher allocations as per agreed timelines.
Ensure projects operate with a sufficient number of sector partners, for example the number of housing associations referring into the fuel fund.
Monitor and review project reach and impact, using this learning to shape any new methods of delivery, e.g. pilots with other sector partners to reach new audiences.
Collaborate with colleagues to communicate the project opportunities and learning at regular intervals, contributing to the wider thought leadership and collaboration objectives of the Communities team.
Maintain positive relationships with project funder(s), by sharing project data in line with agreements.
Ensure high quality delivery of the project, ensuring robust systems are in place to record activity and monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of the project, improving systems as needed, to support partner engagement and voucher redemption.
Coordinate and lead day to day communications with sector partners participating in the project and ensure feedback is collected and reviewed from project partners and beneficiaries.
