The Adult Carers Team Leader reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for leading and managing the Adult Carers team. 

You will provide leadership and stability to the Adult Carers staff team, by line managing, coaching and supporting employees to create a happy, productive work environment. You will work within the Adult Carers team to deliver an engaging, accessible range of peer support groups, social activities and one to one support, working to targets and budget, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to funders.

This role requires you to work collaboratively with carers and professionals to meet carers’ needs and shape the service, building and maintaining strong partnerships to do so. You will support our wider organisational objectives and help out with events, communications and other ad hoc work.

The Role

We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. This role is to support our internal staff (30) and external Staff (120) with the day to day activities ensuring business processes are fit for purpose and seek out possible improvements in the long term roadmap.

Key Functional Areas

• Data architecture– Lead on the review and structure of data on CRM.
• Systems Governance - Ensuring system best practices are followed, producing dashboards to identify common errors to follow up with users offering tailored training for common issues.
• Training and Support - training of new members, ongoing training and refreshing areas where common issues are found in regular training sessions all staff and portal users can attend.
• Information Governance and Data Protection - Ensuring data is kept up to date and added in the correct formats and standards. Leading on data compliance and legalisation for the charity

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our small and dynamic team. The DAPO Project Manager will work closely with the DAPO Programme Manager and SafeLives Finance Manager to support the successful delivery of the programme and maintain effective commissioning relationships with service providers across each pilot area. Job Summary

To contribute to our Income Team's purpose by implementing the Philanthropic income strategy, and working to secure new six figure trusts and foundations through high quality applications and reporting.

Main Responsibilities 

• To manage the Philanthropy Officer role, and plan a rolling programme of prospect research for new major donors and trusts and foundations at all levels of funding across the year.
• Developing high quality applications and proposals for potential donors and funders, utilising your strong writing skills.
• Working with the Data Insight Team and Clinical Team to utilise Shout insight and clinical research to develop a strong narrative for MHI services

We are inviting applications for an Events Manager to join Garden Court Chambers. This is a full time permanent role.

Purpose of the role

Garden Court Chambers hosts a range of events including roundtables, webinars, hybrid, and in-person panel discussions. We bring together legal professionals, policy specialists, NGOs, community groups, and activists for legal training, thought-leadership and networking.

At least three times a week, we host 40-50 people for in-person events, 15-20 for roundtables, and several hundred for webinars. We also host parties throughout the year for around 150+ guests.

In this role, you will plan deliver and host each event; support the Head of Communications and Marketing with event programming; and work with barrister colleagues who convene each event to agree all event specifications.

Working as part of the friendly and professional Communications and Marketing team, the events you produce will amplify the vital work our barristers undertake to fight injustice, defend human rights, and uphold the rule of law.

The Opportunity:

This is where this new role comes in: The Head of Fundraising will play a crucial role in supporting the stewardship of the current donors while also securing the vital resources needed to realise our bold ambition and help us transform the lives of millions of young refugees and conflict affected youth across the globe.

Essential experience:

• Proven experience in a senior fundraising management role within the non-profit sector, ideally within international development.

• A proven track record of success in fundraising, particularly in developing and executing complex fundraising strategies for a growing non-profit organisation.

• Experience developing and implementing multi-year income generation plans.

• A strong history of securing six-figure, multi-year grants and contracts in the UK and internationally, with an annual income generation of £1m+.

• Senior-level experience managing relationships with multiple, diverse funders and donors.

• Experience writing successful partnership bids, grant proposals, cases for support, and theories of change.

• Experience in leading change in a growing organisation.

• At least three years of experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of developing and supporting staff.
