Walking Mum’s Club is a grassroots CIC supporting parents through free, inclusive walks that boost mental, physical and social wellbeing. We’re now hiring a Project Lead & Mama Leader Coordinator to help us grow our reach, support our brilliant volunteer team, and make sure no parent feels alone.
You’ll start by leading weekly guided walks for parents, then transition into coordinating our team of volunteer Mama Leaders across Manchester. We’re looking for someone warm, empathetic and confident — with a knack for community engagement and a drive to meet targets that really matter.

About the Role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the Charity, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a dynamic and life-saving Charity. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality executive support that enables the CEO to focus on strategic priorities, external engagement, and organisational leadership. You’ll be a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, anticipating needs, streamlining communications, and ensuring the CEO’s time is used effectively.
In addition, you will act as the Company Secretary, supporting the Charity’s governance framework, maintaining statutory compliance, and ensuring effective administration of the Board of Trustees and its subcommittees. There will also be the opportunity for Project Management.

About the role
The UK government’s resettlement programmes (such as the UKRS, ARAP as well as other UK Resettlement Schemes) support refugees who are selected and processed in the region of origin and brought to the UK with their status already determined. Under this scheme, a specific quota of refugees will be coming to the UK for resettlement.
The Refugee Council resettlement team provides advice and support for resettled refugees to help them adjust to live in the UK, access services and mainstream provision and establish community links. Working closely with local stakeholders and in partnership with other voluntary sector agencies running similar services, the Refugee Council resettlement team promotes both the integration and independence of this group. This post will work with refugees at different stages of the resettlement programme including those who have newly arrived and others who have lived in the UK for up to 5 years.
The Refugee Council has agreed to work in partnership with Migration Yorkshire and Local Authorities across Yorkshire and Humberside to deliver the regional programme. The post holder will be working from the Leeds office covering Wakefield, York and North Yorkshire and will report to the Area Managers.

What’s the job?
We’re seeking a commercially minded and proactive individual to lead on the delivery of the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) in the UK, along with related products for teachers and young people.
In this varied role, you’ll build and manage partnerships with commercial brands to provide high-value student discounts, work with educational institutions to expand B2B sales, and support marketing activity across digital channels including social media, email, and web. You’ll also contribute to reporting, relationship management, and the ongoing development of the product offer.

The Parks Team are a passionate group of professionals, who work together to maintain and improve Wandsworth Council’s parks, commons, playgrounds, allotments and other greenspaces. The borough of Wandsworth has one of the richest varieties of open spaces in central London. Enable Leisure and Culture is a non-for profit charitable organisation and the lead contractor employed by Wandsworth Borough Council to provide management and maintenance of the boroughs 32 greenspaces. This role is part of the Enable Parks team, a passionate group of people, who work together to maintain and improve Wandsworth Council’s parks, commons, allotments and other greenspaces. The role of Parks Volunteer Programme coordinator in the Enable Parks team will allow you to demonstrate your skills working with stakeholders and local communities to deliver park improvements, habitat management tasks and one-off volunteering opportunities. You will assist with developing working relations with existing corporate partners and increasing our reach by creating new partnerships in the local area and beyond.
Your responsibility will be to manage and deliver volunteering sessions throughout the entire portfolio of parks and greenspaces. You will develop a volunteering program which is established but in its infancy, working with key managers and the team around you to create a purposeful and output focussed programme of opportunities for local groups and corporate partners. The potential to develop volunteering is significant, and therefore the most suitable candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to ‘make things happens’.
You will be responsible for creating each volunteer session as it addresses improvements or enhancements, and manage the needs of all volunteers throughout their experience. You will have responsibility for Health and Safety, external and internal contacts and be the lead person co-ordinating all associated admin tasks to create enjoyable and productive volunteer sessions in Wandsworth.
Another key aspect of the role will be strengthening links with businesses and organisations in the local area and beyond to develop a consistent pipeline of volunteer sessions that help improve Wandsworth parks and provide opportunities for people to give back.

Skills and Experience:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification) or appropriate experience in a directly related post.
- Experience of working in a volunteer management, coordination or programming role, or similar work delivering practical biodiversity, habitat or landscape management.
- Proven ability to organise, plan, and manage projects effectively (including budget management, Health and Safety oversight, and environmental monitoring data).
- Experience of managing / supporting volunteers (delivering soft/hard landscaping improvements with volunteers is desirable.)
- Experience of developing annual outdoor educational/volunteering programmes for a wide range of participants.
- Entrepreneurial and customer service focussed, to allow the volunteer programme to develop into a sustainable, profitable and scalable service area.
- The ability to work independently using your own initiative and prioritise effectively whilst at the same time working collaboratively as part of a team on common goals and shared projects to ensure the work programme is delivered effectively.

Role overview
This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role in FILE’s high-performing fundraising team and secure support from some of the world’s leading foundations working in climate.
FILE is seeking an ambitious and experienced Philanthropic Partnerships Lead to lead relationships with significant funders and play a critical role in shaping and advancing FILE’s ambitious fundraising strategy. The Philanthropic Partnerships Lead will take the lead across a portfolio of existing donors and seek new funding opportunities from major philanthropic foundations.
The Philanthropic Partnerships Lead will work closely with the Head of Philanthropic Partnerships and FILE leadership to shape fundraising and donor stewardship strategies and drive fundraising success. They will be comfortable operating at the most senior level externally to devise and deliver excellent donor experiences, and adept at navigating complex internal environments.
This is a high-profile position, building out FILE’s successful fundraising team. Key Responsibilities will include:
Donor relationship management and stewardship
The Philanthropic Partnerships Lead will lead on several significant funder relationships, co-ordinating internally with FILE Leadership, the Head of Philanthropic Parnterships and strategic experts to devise and deliver excellent stewardship and donor experiences.
This will include:
- Setting donor strategy and creating and managing bespoke donor stewardship plans and communications
- Leading externally in face-to-face and virtual meetings, events and engagements and managing complex donor relationships across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Leading on key relationship touchpoints including performance and strategy reviews
- Liaising across internal cross-functional teams to plan and co-ordinate donor engagement at multiple levels
- Leading on proposals, donor impact reports, budgets and other key outputs
Cultivating new funder relationships
Securing new support is a critical organisational priority and the candidate will have the opportunity to forge new relationships with major funders.
Alongside FILE leadership and the Head of Philanthropic Partnerships, they will be responsible for identifying and progressing new pipeline opportunities and become the fundraising lead for specific thematic areas and initiatives.
This will include:
- Devising and delivering bespoke cultivation strategies for key donor prospects
- Devising new funding propositions and strategies for high-priority areas and new strategic initiatives
- Working with FILE leadership and strategy leads to delivering engaging cultivation, including through meetings, calls and written materials
- Actively progressing opportunities through the fundraising pipeline and leading on proposal development for target opportunities
Providing strategic support to the Head of Philanthropic Partnerships and leading cross-organisational projects and initiatives
The Philanthropic Partnerships Lead will provide strategic counsel to the Head of Philanthropic Partnerships to develop and implement the wider fundraising strategy and take the lead on strategic initiatives such as:
- Designing and implementing an approach to communications planning and delivery, including through the creation and management of key communications content
- Designing, scoping and initiating new donor engagement products and experiences for most senior stakeholders
- Shaping donor engagement priorities and communications for FILE leadership
Key Competencies and Person Specifications
- The ideal candidate will be a senior relationship and stakeholder manager with demonstrable experience working in philanthropy, high-value funding or other senior relationship management roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of specific, residuary, and reversionary legacies across the UK.
- Ensure Marie Curie receives its full legal entitlement, in line with Wills and settlements.
- Handle correspondence efficiently, updating records on our FirstClass 4 database and meeting internal service standards.
- Act as the lead charity where appropriate and liaise with co-beneficiaries.

About the role:
This role is based in Westmoreland & Furness or West Cumberland and will require travel around the County in line with Business need.
As an IDVA you will:
- Provide a high quality, pro-active service to victims of domestic and/or sexual violence and abuse.
- You will work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and the Bridgeway, SARC and other local partnership responses to domestic abuse and sexual violence.
- You will work with survivors and other agencies to monitor the care pathway. This involves risk assessment, helping clients access their rights, along with any other services they require.
- You will be required to attend relevant meetings and will provide regular reports to your line manager.
- You will also undertake talks and presentations to local groups and agencies on the work of Victim Support, developing networks and partnerships and increasing the role of the service in the community.
You will need:
- Experience of working with victims of domestic and sexual violence and other service providers and agencies in a statutory, voluntary, social or community setting.
- Experience of planning and delivering caseloads, with strong crisis management skills and an understanding of the needs of victims experiencing domestic abuse and sexual violence.
- An approved and accredited IDVA and/or ISVA qualification or willingness to work towards this.
- Good IT skills, knowledge of criminal justice issues and an understanding of the effects a court appearance can have on victims and witnesses of crime.

At POhWER, we are committed to empowering individuals and enabling their voices to be heard. We provide advocacy and information services to support people in making effective decisions about their health and social care. Our team is dedicated to listening, exploring options, and taking action to meet our clients’ best interests.
We provide a full induction, training and equipment including a laptop and mobile phone. It is a contractual requirement that all advocates hold or are working towards an advocacy qualification. The most recognised qualification is the City and Guilds Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice Qualification (IAP) for practising advocates, previously completed City and Guilds Level 3 National Advocacy Qualification (NAQ). If you do not already hold an NAQ certificate or diploma or IAP qualification or equivalent, the expectation will be that you will gain the City and Guilds IAP qualification following successful completion of probation and pre-enrolment process. POhWER will fully sponsor this and provide a reasonable amount of study time and in return expect advocates to manage their time and complete within 12 months of registration.

About you
You believe in the power of young people to lead change and are passionate about social justice. You’re a natural relationship-builder with experience working across public, private and voluntary sectors, confident engaging at both national and local levels. You understand how to develop partnerships that are equitable, transformational, and that centre the voices and needs of young people. You have a track record in bringing in substantial partnerships in service to organisational goals.
You bring strong problem-solving skills and experience managing people. You’ve worked in, or alongside, organisations going through growth or transition and thrive in complexity. You care deeply about genuine partnerships and have a track record of working collaboratively to build collective power and challenge injustice.

Purpose of the Role
This exciting new role is about creating connections, building ecosystems and developing and strengthening relationships that power social justice movements. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the CEO to lead our partnerships and community engagement work — creating the enabling conditions and networks that help youth-led movements grow, sustain, and make lasting change.
You will take lead on:
- Partnering with other funders to resource youth-led change, including co-designed and co-held programmes with other foundations.
- Developing community partnerships based on the needs and priorities of the young people we are here to serve - including charities, local businesses, and local authorities.
- Understanding the landscape of youth-led change and social justice work, identifying gaps in support and guiding our investment to help fill them, both at the national and local level.
- Monitoring and communicating the impact of our work with external audiences.
- Ensuring our work is grounded in safeguarding practices that minimise harm and uphold our commitment to care, equity and justice.
Success in this role looks like:

· Growing networks of trust and solidarity across youth-led social justice movements, nationally and locally.
· Greater capacity, visibility, and long-term sustainability for youth-led organisations.
