Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London.  All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in Enfield, working 35 hours per week. The service has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, and showcase the advantages of our service in order to work with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.

You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

Spires was established as a response to homelessness in the late 1980s. Initially providing a hot meal, clothing, and advice to those who came for help, Spires has developed into an organization that provides a range of services, including day centre style drop ins for homeless people, a Women’s drop in, a Refugee drop in and outreach targeted at supporting Women who are sex working.

• Support the effective delivery of Spires services across the range of activities provided,

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as Senior Mass Participation Manager. Leading a team of nine, you’ll be responsible for delivering a successful strategy and operational plan for virtual events and mass participation products, ensuring sustainable growth and impact.

Working within the Fundraising team, this role involves driving the development of engaging campaigns that increase supporter numbers and income, all while providing an excellent supporter experience. Collaboration across the charity is key to ensuring the programme runs efficiently, with decisions informed by data, supporter insights and market trends to help identify opportunities.

In partnership with the Head of Mass Participation, you will help shape and deliver the programme’s strategy, develop and monitor the annual budget and report on performance with clear analysis of any variances. The role also includes leading the creation and delivery of an insight-led marketing strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in mass participation fundraising and virtual events, with a strong track record of growing income. Confidence in setting and managing large budgets, reporting on KPIs and adjusting plans as necessary is essential. An understanding of supporter and stakeholder needs is vital, with the ability to use insight to shape effective communications and stewardship. You’ll also be an experienced team leader who can motivate and guide others to deliver results.

About this role

At SPANA, we support a network of global partners working through both a short- term small grants and long- term programmes – known as our Senior Partners. Senior Partners represent key strategic investments in our mission to enhance working animal welfare. These programmes are established country offices, each led by dedicated Country Directors who oversee the implementation of our work. Our initiatives in these regions reflect a commitment to delivering holistic programming across a range of interventions to improve the welfare of working animals. 

As Programme Manager you will lead our critical relationships and day to day activities with SPANA Senior Partners in overseas country offices delivering our international programmes. You will be responsible for managing activities across SPANA’s international programme work including budget reporting, grant making and management as well as procurement. You are a key part of SPANA’s Global Programs Department (GPD) team and report to the Senior Programmes Manager.

Contract, location & salary

This is a full-time (34.5 hours per week) permanent role working remotely with regular attendance in our London office. The salary is approximately £40k per annumb subject to skills and experience.

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Officer (known locally as Marcomms Officer) to join our expert Marcomms team here at Sue Ryder.
This key role sits within our Brand & Marketing team, working across projects with our Healthcare, Income Generation and Creative teams. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation as well as building relationships with our key marketing suppliers and agencies.

You will help position Sue Ryder as a specialist and expert end-of-life care and bereavement support provider, supporting the team to develop strategic and tactical marketing communications and ensure end-of-life care and bereavement marketing messaging is consistent and on brand across all marketing and communications activity.

About the role:

The Marcomms Officer reports into a Marketing Manager and works across the Brand & Marketing team to:

• Develop effective marketing assets and campaigns for brand, healthcare and income generation.
• Work closely with in-house and external designers to deliver marketing campaigns and assets.
• Ensure brand and health marketing messaging remains consistent and on brand across all activity.
• Support the management and usage of our marketing and design tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective marketing campaigns and assets for Healthcare, Income Generation and Volunteering teams, ensuring objectives are met and integration opportunities are maximised across the charity
• Work closely with in-house and external designers to deliver marketing campaigns and assets.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external suppliers, such as printers, freelancers, photographers, and creative agencies on allocated projects.
• Represent the Brand & Marketing team on selected organisational working groups and actively engage with our internal networks.
• Help manage our marketing tools and platform to support usage across the organisation.
• Provide project support to our Creative Team, for example co-ordinating brand photography shoots.
• Ensure all healthcare and fundraising literature is in stock, on brand and updated in terms of content, consent, permissions and legal requirements.
• Have a clear understanding of our brand guidelines and key messaging and support embedding this across all our marketing communications.
• Build strong, internal relationships with stakeholders across Sue Ryder.
• Support the smooth running of the team administration.

About you:
Essential
• Experience of managing and delivering marketing campaigns on time and on budget
• Experience of managing and developing creative assets which are relevant and impactful to the specific audience.
• Experience of working with creative and print agencies.
• Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with internal colleagues within the wider marketing and communications department such as PR and digital to ensure integrated working
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, able to work at pace across a range of projects

Desirable
• Relevant experience working in a charity or agency environment
• Experience of working with brand management.
