About the Role:

As a Homicide Team Leader, you will ensure the provision of high-quality services, maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and provide strategic leadership to promote and develop our services.

As a Homicide Team Leader, you will:

• Conduct audits and generate reports on case management systems, ensuring compliance with contract reporting requirements and national standards.
• Capture and analyse data to ensure outcome-based and evidenced work.

We are looking for a Supporter Acquisition Lead to join the mass fundraising and engagement team at Scope.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative, inclusive, and data-driven acquisition campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring we recruit up to 25,000 new supporters annually through a wide range of channels including, face to face, digital, telemarketing and payroll giving, across both cause and lottery programmes.

The role

As the Supporter Acquisition Lead, you’ll lead a team of three to ensure we’re recruiting quality long term supporters, whilst diversifying our acquisition programme.

Your role will consist of:

· Developing and implementing Scope’s Individual Giving acquisition strategy to drive long-term income growth.

· Leading innovation through a test-and-learn approach across products and channels.

· Leading and developing a high-performing acquisition team.

· Overseeing the planning and execution of multi-channel acquisition campaigns.

· Managing complex budgets and reforecast monthly against targets.

About you

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced fundraising leader, with experience in developing and building successful acquisition teams and programmes.

· Proven track record in supporter acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

· In-depth understanding of fundraising and supporter acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices. 

· Experience in developing and managing complex budgets including financial modelling and reforecasts, and delivering against agreed budgets. 

· Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in managing and motivating a team. 

· Ability to analyse data and trends to inform fundraising strategies and decisions. 

· Experience in building relationships with and managing multiple stakeholders. 

· In depth knowledge of fundraising and marketing compliance and regulations within the UK. 

· Experience in managing external agencies and working with internal creative teams.

As the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering our ambitious new fundraising strategy through leading a team to build transformational relationships to help achieve The Brain Tumour Charity’s mission to defeat brain tumours. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and leading a high-performing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a bold, strategic approach to major giving, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, and high-value donor engagement.

You will drive growth across a portfolio of income streams by identifying and cultivating long-term, meaningful partnerships with philanthropists, grant-makers, and companies aligned with our values and vision. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Strategic Leadership
   • Develop and implement an ambitious philanthropy and partnerships strategy aligned with The Charity’s overall income generation goals and strategic priorities.
   • Lead and inspire a team of fundraising professionals across major donors, family Led Partnerships, Trusts & Foundations, and corporate partnerships, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

2. Income Generation and Growth
   • Drive sustainable growth in high-value income, securing significant, multi-year gifts from individuals, companies, and grant-making bodies.

   • Lead the development of major donor giving programmes, including cultivation events, networks, and tailored engagement plans.
3. Relationship Management

• Excellent communicator, confident in presenting financial information to non-finance audiences, senior leadership and donors.
• Hands-on approach to finance systems and controls; experience with packages such as QuickBooks, SAP Concur, Sun or Sage is a plus.

The Role

Working across West Yorkshire in members' homes and community, you will build trusted relationships with children and young people who are victim/survivors of domestic abuse alongside their parent / care giver. You will work closely with the Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) to holistically support the family.

You will gain understanding of people’s strengths, interests and hobbies, whilst also building up knowledge of the needs of support, barriers and issues faced by Gypsies and Travellers.

You will also work to increase the availability of protective factors and support networks through encouraging and supporting participation in education and activities.  This will include working with existing youth provision to develop and deliver session plan around healthy relationships, honour-based violence and safety planning to embed knowledge and skills within our young people.
