The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or North London for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

JOB PURPOSE
The main purpose of this post is to provide comprehensive financial management for Bradford Hospitals Charity, ensuring accurate reporting, robust financial controls, and effective management of the Charity's financial position.
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the charity through its exciting transition to independence, establishing appropriate financial systems, controls, and procedures to ensure the charity can operate effectively as an independent organisation. This will include developing new financial governance structures and helping to shape the charity's financial strategy for the future.
The Finance Manager will lead on all aspects of the Charity's financial management, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making by the Charity Director and Trustees. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant professional standards, Charity Commission requirements, and NHS guidelines.
The postholder will maintain a close working relationship with the Trust finance team to benefit from their expertise while ensuring the Charity's specific financial management needs are met during and after the transition to independence. The Finance Manager will be supported by the Deputy Director of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer, who will provide guidance on compliance with Charity Commission requirements, financial governance, and wider strategic financial management to ensure the role is well-connected within the broader financial structure.

JOB DIMENSIONS
The post will have responsibility for the Charity's financial systems, including managing and monitoring all charitable income and expenditure, financial forecasting, producing monthly Financial and management accounts, annual accounts, and maintaining effective control systems.
A key aspect of this role is managing the Charity's portfolio of trust funds, which consists of various restricted, designated and unrestricted funds. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all donations are correctly allocated to the appropriate funds, that expenditure from these funds complies with donors' wishes and charity law, and that fund balances are accurately tracked and reported.
The postholder will carry out their duties in line with departmental accounting policies, and with reference to Trust Standard Financial Instructions (SFIs) & Standing Orders (SOs), as well as charity-specific financial regulations and requirements.
The Finance Manager will provide expert financial advice to fund advisors, Charity staff, and the Charity Director, taking initiative to achieve agreed results and working independently on a day-to-day basis within clearly defined policies, protocols, procedures, and codes of conduct. Operation Christmas Child UK (OCC) has implemented a strategic volunteer ministry, investing in teams of volunteers who will multiply themselves and hugely extend the reach of OCC’s mission.
OCC is the world’s largest shoebox appeal where Samaritan’s Purse, together with local churches here and overseas, distributes from the UK 1/4 million gift-filled shoeboxes annually to children in need overseas and in so doing demonstrates God’s love in a tangible way while sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
A resourceful and energetic Regional Manager is needed to recruit, select, equip, and lead teams of volunteers throughout the 32 London boroughs.
You will be passionate about developing others towards highly effective ministry, teamwork and increased personal competency.
You will also directly engage churches to participate in OCC in areas not yet covered by Connect volunteers. A special opportunity will be engaging London churches that have partnered with our sister ministry, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for the June 2025 God Loves You Tour London.
You will be confident to take initiative with people and projects and also have good administrative and organisational skills. You will also enjoy envisioning the numerous volunteers who participate in the OCC shoebox appeal each year.
You will enthusiastically support the Christian purposes of OCC and Samaritan’s Purse and be committed to the value of well-equipped volunteers and to developing them further. This role is based in region, and so prospective candidates should currently live in the region and provide their own transport for which defined expenses will be paid.

Job purpose:
The External Affairs Manager will work closely with the Director and provide vital support to NACCOM and its members by:
- Ensuring the strategic planning, management and alignment of communications, policy, research, campaigns, and advocacy as part of the External Affairs function at NACCOM.
- Ensuring NACCOM’s external affairs functions feed from and into our network development work and our Community Ambassador / Research programme
- Growing and safeguarding NACCOM’s brand identity, integrity and strategic positioning across all our external channels, networks and audiences.
- Line-managing and supporting the Policy and Research Co-ordinator, Community Research Facilitator and part-time Communications Co-ordinator (currently covered by a freelancer) as well as managing any external consultants NACCOM works with across the External Affairs function.

Overview
The DfE has nominated CST as the employer representative for academy trusts for specific purposes (for example, the school support staff negotiating body). The postholder will be required to work directly with the Department for Education at a senior level to undertake the duties associated with this employer representative role. About the role:
This role's primary purpose is to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of Respect's training programmes. This involves an experienced Trainer facilitating courses, webinars, and workshops, as well as overseeing the creation of new training content and securing its CPD certification or OCN accreditation.
