Job description

The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and vibrant brand and communications team.

As Corporate Communications Executive, you'll be responsible for the creation and delivery of communications to key audiences that build understanding, awareness and satisfaction with the Law Society and our work.

The role includes planning and delivering communications and campaigns, including around our corporate strategy and business plans, and our governance and leadership.

You will support the development of our brand tone of voice, including the effective use of a messaging bank and a consistent writing style.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with excellent experience in planning, managing and delivering effective communications campaigns that deliver meaningful results.

You'll have proven experience using a range of communications channels (i.e., email, social media, web) to reach key audiences, and the ability to draft engaging and impactful messaging for a large, segmented professional audience.

You'll need experience in tracking the performance of communications and analysing data to inform decision making.

You'll have strong planning, analytical and organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a person, you'll be self-motivated, flexible, proactive and highly collaborative, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.

What's in it for you
This is an excellent opportunity to work with contemporary thinkers in a progressive membership organisation. The successful candidate will join a strong brand with a reputation for excellence and legal expertise, committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, and a culture of trust, clarity and respect.

We offer a generous flexible benefits package, a friendly working environment and the opportunity to develop your career within a professional organisation.

Please note: if you are an internal applicant, Pay Policy will apply.

The Law Society represents solicitors in England and Wales. From negotiating with and lobbying the profession's regulators, government and other decision makers, to offering training and advice, we're here to help, protect and promote solicitors.
