We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader based in the London and the South East to join our Homicide Service team. This role involves managing and supporting operational staff to ensure the delivery of excellent services to those affected by homicide.
The London and South East area covers London, Surrey, Kent, East & West Sussex. It is a requirement that you live within one of these area in order to support your team and carry out this role effectively.

About the Role:
As a Homicide Team Leader, you will ensure the provision of high-quality services, maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and provide strategic leadership to promote and develop our services.
As a Homicide Team Leader, you will:

Shelter from the Storm run an emergency night shelter that looks after 24 men and 12 women all year round. The Waking Night Project Worker is a key role in supporting our guests throughout the night.
About the shelter:
The night shelter opens everyday at 6pm and closes each morning at 8am. We provide dorm style accommodation - two rooms which each have 12 mens beds and one room containing 12 womens beds. On site we provide: a home cooked dinner every evening, a counselling service, move-on support, ESOL classes, laundry, showers, clothing, computers, activities, a breakfast each morning and sandwiches to take away. We are a low-needs, low-risk homeless shelter so do not work with people suffering from acute mental health problems or people with active drug or alcohol dependencies.
Job Description:
To be on shift from 9pm until 7am alongside a volunteer to ensure the safe running of Shelter from the Storm. The volunteer position is a ‘sleep in’ role meaning that long parts of the shift will be lone-working. Therefore a satisfactory DBS check is essential.
The WNPW will provide first contact, safeguarding and support to Shelter clients and an essential link to staff working during the day.
The post-holder will be responsible for controlling access to the building, dealing with emergencies, carrying out Health and Safety checks and communicating any concerns or events to the rest of the on-site team and/or on-call staff.

We help these families in many ways, our prime function being to provide families in England and Wales with specialist peer support and expert and specialist advocacy for the range of statutory reviews that will take place after fatal domestic abuse.

About you

The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. Main duties
- Lead relationships with a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and other grant-making bodies to establish a robust pipeline of sustainable income.
- Provide effective stewardship of existing trust donors and prospects to ensure repeat gifts and to increase support where relevant.
- Create innovative opportunities and develop funding proposals that match funding opportunities to The Passage’s range of services.

About the role:
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. You will do this by taking a lead role on the ongoing data collection, analysis, research design and delivery of our work across the Drive Programme workstreams. The Senior Data Analyst will also act as a liaison between data teams within Respect and Safelives where there is identified workstreams that cross over.
The Senior Data Analyst will manage the Drive Data Analysts to ensure high quality data collection, reporting, quality assurance, analysis, and maintenance of Drive programme data, including data collected via the projects Case Management Systems you will use data and information to influence policy and inform practitioners, commissioners, and government about the sector.
