We’re looking for a Senior New Partnerships Manager, who will focus on generating new corporate partnerships to help us grow our income, a critical part of our organisational strategy.

What does this role do?
As Senior New Partnerships Manager, you’ll:

• delve into untapped markets and pro-actively identify opportunities for us to grow our income from multi-year corporate partnerships,
• develop a plan for growth for partnerships in the £10k to £50k range including regional partnerships, forming a key element of the wider corporate strategy,
• work collaboratively across the division to deliver the wider strategy, from cross-team working to sharing learnings and best practice,
• line manage a New Partnerships Manager, providing day-to-day support, as well as coaching and ongoing professional development.

First stage interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 1st and 2nd December 2025, with second stage interviews on 8th and 9th December 2025.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of generating new business, specifically developing and delivering corporate partnerships strategies, and developing regional corporate fundraising. Since you’ll be identifying new opportunities, you’ll need to be a pro-active self starter, who is able to think creatively about new prospects and hit the ground running. You’ll be experienced in writing effective funding proposals and delivering impactful pitches, with strong negotiation skills to secure new partnerships.

The Role 

The CSJ Foundation is looking for a Regional Portfolio Manager (North) to join its Portfolio team to help grow and professionalise it’s offering to charities and donors alike. The CSJF has big ambitions for its work with small charities over the next 3 years, central to this work is our Portfolio team. Based in the north of England (ideally north of Sheffield), the post-holder will be responsible for delivering first-rate charity due diligence on some of the best small charities in the UK. In this role you will use tech solutions to drive insights and understanding about CSJF’s work with charities, in addition, the post-holder will gather intel from frontline charities to create insights to inform the CSJ’s policy work. The post-holder will also seek to generate interesting media stories. The post holder will help to generate new income for the CSJF through multiple streams. The post-holder will work towards pre-agreed targets to grow the CSJF’s work, fully supported by the Managing Director and other colleagues. The Regional Portfolio Manager will hold responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with multiple charities based in the North of England, engaging in conversations with local organisations and individuals, to ensure that the CSJF’s work is driven forward effectively. 

The Person 

• Possessing the skills and aptitude to develop new policies and practices for delivering charity/portfolio services

Main Responsibilities 

Responsibilities for this post include:

• Be a leading member of the CSJF’s portfolio team helping to professionalise and enhance our charity due diligence work
• Helping generate insights from charities to contribute to recommendations in CSJ policy reports
• Work with colleagues to develop a first-class data-input and reporting platform (or database) of charities to monitor their impact and activities
• Use this data to generate insights and presentations to showcase our work
• Interpret data to create insights about charities, philanthropy and the voluntary sector
• Use tech solutions to enhance our data analysis and presentation ability

The Role: Senior Manager, Global Development  

You'll bring significant development experience, strategic leadership and hands-on delivery to the identification, securing, and management of significant grants from philanthropic foundations, institutional donors, trusts, and statutory funders globally. You'll build and nurture high-value relationships, coordinate fundraising initiatives, and establish the robust infrastructure for effective grant management across our global network. 

Key Responsibilities - Drive Strategy and Deliver Impact 

• Fundraising Strategy and Pipeline Management: Contribute to the design of an ambitious global grant fundraising strategy and manage its implementation. You'll conduct market research, qualify new opportunities, and maintain a robust prospect pipeline to expand our existing funding base. This will involve the coordination and project management of outreach and engagement activities. 

• Proposal Development and Budgeting: Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality concept notes and multi-year funding proposals, aligned with funder priorities and including accurate, transparent budgets. 

• Donor Stewardship and Reporting: Be a key representative for Chapter Zero Alliance with funders, serving as a key liaison for funder-related operational queries. You'll work with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate narrative and financial reporting, managing communications to foster long-term engagement.

• Grant Management and Administration: Oversee our current funding portfolio, manage grant administration, collaborate with Finance on forecasting. 

• Internal Coordination: Facilitate and support our Development Working Group as well as manage core systems: CRM, funder contacts and documentation. Work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, and project teams across our global network to align fundraising with programme delivery and provide critical performance analysis.

Who We're Looking For 

This role requires a dedicated fundraising professional with a proven track record of successfully securing significant grant funding. You're a strategic thinker and relationship builder with exceptional bid-writing skills and an innate ability to translate complex programme needs into compelling proposals. 

Essential Expertise 

• Significant experience working in institutional fundraising or partnership management within the non-profit or development sector. 

• Knowledge of the climate-related trust and grants sector internationally and in the UK. 

• Demonstrable track record of successfully achieving income targets (minimum six-figure funds, including multi-year grants) from philanthropic foundations, institutional donors, trusts or statutory sources. 

• Strategic relationship-building skills working with grant makers and partners. 

• Effective bid writing, delivering clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals and reports tailored to align with grant priorities.

• Strong financial and strategic planning skills, including KPIs, grant compliance and reporting. 

• Sound understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing fundraising within the charity sector, including the standards set by the Fundraising Regulator, the Charity Commission’s expectations around fundraising practices, and data protection obligations under GDPR. 

• Exceptional organisational and project management skills - you can navigate multiple deadlines and competing global priorities with ease.

About You

We are looking for a HR Manager to lead on external HR services delivered through The Social Change Hive (SCH). The Social Change Hive is an ethical payroll management service for people and organisations working towards social change. This role ensures that Hive clients receive expert HR guidance, compliant processes, and a positive employee experience.

Internally, The Social Change Nest’s day-to-day HR administration will sit with the Operations Manager – People & Systems. The HR Manager will collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment and provide specialised HR expertise where needed but will primarily focus on client-facing HR expertise.

Key responsibilities

Client HR Support & Advisory (50%)

• Provide expert HR advice and support to Hive clients, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Act as the main point of contact for client employee relations (e.g. disciplinary, grievances, contract changes, leave entitlements).
• Support Hive clients with recruitment and induction processes, ensuring accessible, values-led practices.
• Deliver HR compliance checks for Hive clients, including contracts, policies, and processes.
• Advise clients on best practice for wellbeing, inclusion, and trauma-informed HR.

Compliance & Risk (20%)

• Ensure Hive services remain compliant with UK employment law and statutory requirements.

Client HR Systems & Processes (15%)

• Manage Hive’s HR platforms (e.g. BrightHR) for client employees.

Payroll & Benefits (10%)

• Support Hive’s payroll function by advising on client HR inputs (contracts, salary sacrifice schemes, benefits).

• Support Operations Manager with escalated HR queries and employee relations management

Terms and benefits

Terms: The role will be 30 hours/week. We will consider well-structured JobShare applications. As we often work with volunteers, occasional evening and weekend work will be required and compensated through TOIL. Occasional UK travel will be required (by arrangement).

Salary: £31,416 (pro rata, 30 hours a week)

Contract duration: This is a permanent contract. 

Location: You must be based inside the UK. We have an office in Farringdon, London which London-based staff are in 2-3 times a week. We do have some staff working remotely but due to the responsibilities of the role, we would prefer the Head of Operations to be London-based.

We hold quarterly all-staff strategy meetings and annual away days which you will be required to attend in person and for which we will cover the cost of your travel. You will be required to come together with the team occasionally and these travel costs will not be covered, we try our best to keep these to when only necessary. 

Language skills & visa status: Candidates must be fluent in English. You must have the right to work in the UK independently, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Holiday:  28 days plus bank holidays

Employer pension contribution: We offer a 3% employer pension contribution, that you will be auto enrolled into after 3 months of employment with SCN.

Are you looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Kickstart Futures Service based in Sutton.

The Service provides floating key work support sessions to Care Leavers who predominantly entered the UK either as Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children or as Survivors of Human Trafficking, with an aim to improve their independence skills, community integration, self-confidence and mental health.

Location of the post:

You will be based in our Crystal Palace office (SE19 3BG) with the requirement to regularly visit our 7supported living accommodation sites located across Sutton and Croydon. Between visits, you have the option to work flexibly from our office and from home. 

Hours:

29.6 hours across 4 days. Hours of work can be flexible to suit you, between the hours of 9am – 7pm. Occasional cover may be required on weekends to meet the needs of the service.

• To manage a multidisciplinary team of professionals by providing supervision, practice development sessions, team meetings, ongoing practice advice and monitoring and evaluation of all aspects of our recording policy.

The Centre for Justice Innovation is looking to recruit a creative, pragmatic and committed individual to help the Centre promote criminal justice reform in the UK, including championing and supporting the implementation of evidence-based specialist and problem-solving courts in the justice system.

The Practice Officer will work directly with frontline practitioners, such as probation, police, court staff and specialist 3rd sector practitioners, to test new approaches and embed evidence-led interventions. This includes supporting the expansion of specialist and problem-solving approaches at court that seek to address the underlying issues that lead to offending. Amongst other responsibilities, the Practice Officer will undertake a range of tasks including (i) designing and delivering training and practice sharing workshops; (ii) developing briefings and toolkits that support the spread of good practice; and (iii) identifying and convening practitioners and others who are interested in specialist and problem-solving approaches at court.

We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced manager to join the Helpline team. You will support the Head of Stop It Now, working alongside our Helpline Managers and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Manager in the day to day running of the helpline and provide support and advice to Helpline Advisors. You will have direct client contact via telephone, a secure message service and online chat. You will also support with the training of staff and promotion of the work of the helpline.

This innovative project is backed by the GLA’s Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP) 2022–2025, and represents a bold step forward in tackling homelessness across North London. SHP are building a dynamic, compassionate, and forward-thinking team to bring this vision to life. 

St. John’s Mansions will offer 19 beautifully finished self-contained studio flats, designed to support residents in their journey from rough sleeping and emergency accommodation to independent living. With a stay of up to 24 months, residents will receive tailored, high-intensity support to help them build the skills and confidence needed to thrive independently. 

The service will operate 24/7, with a welcoming reception and dedicated staff & clients spaces to enable both structured interventions and spontaneous, meaningful engagement.
