In the first instance, this will be achieved through joint project management and rollout of a new Federation wide SharePoint eco system. This is an exciting time to deliver a new ecosystem that will lay the foundation for future enhancement and uses of technology across all aspects of the Federation (Educational and Corporate).

You will then begin to identify the best uses of digital technology to promote learning, by engaging with latest research and by working across our academies in consultation with teachers and Principals. Through your leadership and networking within the Federation you will ensure the best approaches to improving educational outcomes are strategised, implemented, evaluated and are widely disseminated. Your work will involve the development of a Federation-wide Digital Learning strategy, building coalitions to implement and test this and then to disseminate the work. You will produce a wide range of training resources working with the Federation Consultant Leaders and Digital Learning Leaders in each Academy and you will Chair the Federation Digital Strategy Group, which will inform the priorities of the Federation IT team.

• Qualifications to degree level and above
• Profound understanding of the power and potential of Digital Technology to improve educational outcomes
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite of learning technologies, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Office365, OneNote and Teams - and of their use in supporting learning in the classroom and at home
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum programme of study for the subject and of current subject developments
• Experience of improving, leading and developing teachers in their professional development
• At least two years in a management role
• Clear evidence of having raised standards of achievement at all levels

About the role

We are inviting applications for the role of Surveyor and Property Manager. In this role, the Surveyor and Property Manager acts as our principal source of professional expertise to the Association for all property related matters. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting valuations of the Association’s property to conform to RICS Red Book Standards

About You

As you would expect, the Surveyor and Property Manager postholder will need to hold a professional chartered surveyor qualification (RICS) and have experience of leading and managing a property portfolio across a commercial environment with a diverse range of buildings. • Robust knowledge of legislative requirements in relation to building management.
• Experience in negotiating property contracts, undertaking and preparing reports on valuation of property
• A confident and persuasive negotiator to manage difficult conversations with Clubs and Tenants
• Leadership ability to manage a small team at Atlas House (HQ)
• Able to attend the office in Leicester at least one day per week (Wednesdays preferred)

The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity. 

You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. Working closely with the corporate reporting team on the provision of management accounts, you will lead on financial performance support in-year and across our three-year financial planning framework. About the role

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with a passion for relationship building and service sales. Someone who can actively engage and work with our existing client portfolio and win new business through formal tendering opportunities to ensure VoiceAbility remains a provider of choice.

In this new role, you will sit in the Business and Strategy directorate working proactively with external stakeholders and colleagues from across the organisation to ensure that we grow our portfolio of contracts, re-win existing business and advise clients of new services. You will be doing a mixture of new business sales and account management of existing services.

This position is a full-time, 35 hours a week, permanent contract with a starting salary between £39,000 - £46,500 per annum depending on skills and experience. We are pleased to be able to offer an experienced autism professional the opportunity to join our Autism Accreditation team as an Accreditation consultant.  We require a person with experience working in the field of autism.  The applicant will need to be located within the Yorkshire or North East of England due to the nature of the work the caseload they will be managing and the travel required throughout this region.

This role offers a wide and varied work load supporting across social care, education, criminal justice and health sectors amongst many more.  Developing best autism practice and celebrating through the accreditation programme the outcomes achieved by provisions.

Start date for this role will be on the 26th August 2024.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
• Measure the effectiveness of content initiatives through rigorous impact assessment processes.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic network of external freelancers and internal subject matter experts, pooling diverse talents to produce innovative and immersive content experiences.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops between key stakeholders to co-create content and align strategies, ensuring children and young people’s needs and voices are at the heart of everything we do.

About the role 

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bid Manager who can actively craft commercial tender submissions and work with the team to ensure we submit high-quality, winning bids within UK government procurement rules.

You will sit in the Business and Strategy directorate and lead bid-writing across the organisation, line-managing a team of Bid Writers and working closely with other colleagues across Business Development, Marketing and Operations.

This position is a full-time, 35 hours a week, permanent contract with a starting salary between £44,500 - £50,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. We are open to a conversation about flexible working or job sharing. Whilst the role is home-based, some travel for team meetings will be required.

You will assiduously manage the end-to-end bid process and will support and empower the Bid Writers to take ownership of proposals and ensure they co-ordinate input from key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Royal Hospital Chelsea is the home of the Chelsea Pensioners (known as In-Pensioners). It has a rich history and provides supported accommodation, residential and nursing care for some 300 retired soldiers. An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Royal Hospital Chelsea where we are seeking an exceptional individual to join the Chelsea Pensioners Veterans’ Outreach  (CPVO ) team in a new role as a Veterans’ Outreach Officer. 

 The CPVO programme is aimed at extending an offer to older service veterans, inviting them to engage with our In Pensioners and enjoy the sense of community and comradeship that is at the heart of the Chelsea Pensioner community. While most of our programme activity is centred on the RHC estate in London, the programme seeks to expand in reach to other UK regions where there is a sizeable veteran population who might benefit from engagement with our team of Chelsea Pensioners, staff and volunteers. There are also plans to develop a digital offer.

 The Veterans’ Outreach Officer will support  the Head of Veterans’ Outreach in developing and managing the programme of activities encouraging engagement and social interaction between In Pensioners and other service veterans thereby helping to alleviate the social isolation and loneliness felt by many older veterans. Responsibilities will include promoting the programme within veterans' networks and finding innovative ways to connect with veterans; the management of themed events both at the RHC and further afield as we seek to expand nationwide. The role also involves significant data collection and analysis to inform the strategy, evaluate delivery, and identify fundraising opportunities.
