About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and creative marketing leader to join our team and drive impactful, audience-first campaigns that support both policy initiatives and commercial goals. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital Communications to shape and deliver an annual campaign strategy informed by audience insight, business intelligence, and the wider political and economic landscape. You’ll oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand and organisational priorities, while managing budgets and external partnerships to maximise value and impact.
You’ll be a confident communicator and collaborator, able to inspire cross-functional teams and represent marketing plans across the organisation. With a strong grasp of digital tools and martech, you’ll optimise customer journeys and lead on flagship campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. As a skilled people manager, you’ll support and develop your team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. About the role
This role is responsible for leading our Programme Manager and Officer to plan, build and optimise our multi-channel stewardship journey – covering email, outbound calling, SMS and direct mail. You will also work in close collaboration with our Product and Digital teams to manage and develop our website and registration platform.
A typical week in this role might involve:
- Overseeing the delivery of project plan tasks across different stakeholders, to make sure everyone is meeting set KPIs and working to deadline
- Managing our relationship with our registration platform provider, using data and insight to identify improvement
- Working with creative agencies to brief and produce assets, using audience insights, that will inspire people to fundraise for their Mighty Hike
- Managing expenditure budgets to ensure spend is tracking accurately against different suppliers
- Using JustGiving data to report on fundraising performance and identify opportunities to drive growth and test new activations
- Leading on meetings with internal and external stakeholders to present the Mighty Hikes and inspire high levels of engagement and support
This role does require weekend work (although not at your desk) as you’ll be out and about cheering on our participants. A full UK driver’s license is preferred and a willingness to drive a van is a bonus. You will be compensated for your weekend work with days in lieu.

About you
We are looking for an experienced stewardship manager with a passion for project management, strong account management skills and understanding of digital optimisation.
- Stewardship skills: experience delivering multi-channel stewardship campaigns with personalisation based on customer segments
- Digital skills: experience with website management and a strong understanding of digital optimisation and SEO
- Financial skills: proven track-record of hitting financial targets and managing expenditure budgets
- Results-focussed: ability to analyse data to report on performance and make decisions for optimisation
- Project management and leadership: experience in leading individuals or teams to deliver a project, setting clear goals and delegating tasks effectively
- Communication: an ability to communicate clearly with a range of different people, with confidence to influence and negotiate to drive projects forwards, as needed

Job description
The Online Product Lister (Known internally as eCommerce Online Sales Executive) plays a vital role in generating income for Scope to support disabled people and their families. A key part of this role is listing a variety of donated items for sale on Scope’s online selling channels.

Location: Scope’s Ecommerce Hub - Westlink Business Park, Salford, M50 1BX.
The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required in line with Ecommerce Hub operating hours.
The role
The Online Product Lister is responsible for completing high quality listings through accurate photography and detailed descriptions. The role will involve listing a variety of different products including home and garden, clothing and seasonal cards and items. Product market research and price checking are also key responsibilities of this role.
About you
You will have:
· Good communication skills, including the ability to write copy and create high quality listings.
· The ability to research products online and work to daily targets.
· The role requires continuous manual handling of stock in volume, daily. It will require a reasonable level of fitness and exertion, including carrying stock on a regular basis.

We're recruiting for an Individual Giving Manager to join our team, and take the lead on our warm programme, bringing in around £1.2 million donated income per year. As a Individual Giving Manager you will
- Lead on the development and implementation of an effective programme to develop supporters using a range of channels, including but not limited to direct mail, telemarketing, DRTV and digital, and products including cash, raffle, regular giving, weekly lottery.
- Assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop and implement an effective development strategy in order to maximise the lifetime value of supporters and the long-term sustainable net income raised for Barnardo's.

Literacy Pirates delivers a high-impact literacy programme for 8t o 13 year olds. We work exclusively with children who are nominated by the school, as falling behind age expectations in literacy and facing economic barriers to educational success.
We have spent three years proving the concept of an online product delivering significant impact and engaging increasing numbers of children each term: Over 90% attendance rate, 83% of participants improve their literacy, and 90% of teachers see a boost in confidence of participants in the classroom.
Strategically, the Virtual Ship is an agile way to expand the number of children we work with and reach underserved communities with persistently poor educational outcomes for children from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
We are beginning our national expansion strategy in Cornwall in autumn 2025. We have plans to rapidly grow from serving 450 to 3,000 children per year by 2030 or earlier.

The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for communicating IFAW’s vision, strategy, and impact to inspire significant philanthropic commitments for IFAW's work from high-net-worth individuals and family foundations. By spearheading best-in-class donor communications, engagement, and stewardship, this role serves an essential function: developing and building IFAW’s reputation to position IFAW as a top charity worthy of significant donations. The Donor Engagement Manager plays a key role in improving the HNW donor journey and achieving our fundraising goals for enhanced programmatic impact globally in conservation, rescue, and policy.
Role and Responsibilities
The Donor Engagement Manager is an integral component of IFAW’s global Development team. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President, Development, the Donor Engagement Manager leads a robust donor communications, engagement, and stewardship program for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, spearheading the development of strategy and plans, and supervising a team of contractors and freelancers for project implementation. The successful candidate will contribute to the attainment of ambitious growth goals (including current use, endowments, and significant gifts in will), by inspiring donors’ philanthropic support and leading the creation and implementation of a suite of donor communications and experiences.
Critical responsibilities include:
Create dynamic donor engagement plan
· Spearhead donor engagement plans, including cultivation, stewardship experiences, and recognition
· Drive a robust calendar of communications and activities to optimize donor engagement, mission impact, and a best-in class donor experience with IFAW
· Advise and support frontline fundraisers with strategy and content for donor communications and proposals; collaborate with gift officers on HNW individual donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts, including development of custom proposals and cases for support
· Collaborate with communications and program teams to create compelling donor impact reports, donor newsletters, webinars, bespoke proposals, and other tools that drive and support effective engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major- and principal-level gifts as well as larger legacy commitments; maintain curated library of assets for gift officers to use or customize
· Gather and share impact stories, data, and testimonials to demonstrate the value of donor contributions
· Plan and oversee execution of exclusive engagement opportunities (in-person and virtual) for target audience, designed to highlight IFAW programmatic expertise and build stronger donor relationships
· Develop and implement personalized stewardship plans for select principal and major donors, working closely with frontline fundraisers and relationship managers
· Ensure all donor touchpoints reflect the organization’s mission and values, and that donors feel valued and connected
Manage projects and personnel
· Lead, coach, and manage a team of freelancers responsible for communications, stewardship, and engagement activities; oversee contracts, monitor deliverables and expenditures
· Maintain strong relationships with program leaders across the global organization, keeping apprised of IFAW’s programmatic work to identify topics that will appeal to high-net-worth donors and prospects
· Analyze donor engagement metrics, track trends, and report on the effectiveness of engagement and stewardship strategies.
Collaboration and fundamentals
· Ensure routine fundraising communications and templates for major gifts are up-to-date, accurate, and on brand (e.g., fundraising appeals, donor education emails, gift acknowledgments, holiday cards, swag)
· Manage creation and updates of bespoke proposals so that they are timely and well-designed
· Improve integration of mail / email outreach
· Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to optimize use and creative repurposing of resources and collateral materials
· Enhance web presence (philanthropy pages) to incorporate donor testimonials and demonstrate impact of philanthropic support
· Update and improve naming opportunities for major and principal gifts, named and endowed funds, larger legacies and blended gifts from HNW individuals
Strategic guidance and innovation
· Collaborate with DVP Development to recommend and implement effective points of contact with donors for the purposes of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of six-figure+ gifts
· Identify opportunities to present our work more effectively and enhance the donor experience
· Launch or relaunch giving societies – e.g., cumulative lifetime giving, high-end annual giving, legacy society – with an emphasis on philanthropy and engagement rather than perks and benefits
· Advise on ways to streamline and improve donor communications and engagement, e.g., by leveraging technology, balancing push / pull outreach, adjusting the mix of print / digital and other media
· Guide the larger Development team in positioning our programs to inspire greater philanthropic support
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Minimum 4-5 years of related experience in nonprofit stewardship, donor communications, fundraising, or related transferable experience
· Experience leading a team in a development setting, including direct supervision of colleagues in donor engagement and stewardship; and/or management of a stable of contractors and freelancers
· Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and lead numerous functions and various projects simultaneously
· Exceptional written communication, relationship-building, project management and collaboration skills
· Intellectual curiosity
· Must be professional, highly organized, creative, efficient, and collaborative.
· Cultural competence: ability to work seamlessly with colleagues across four continents.
· Able to work successfully both individually and as part of a team.
· Must be flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities within a growing program

As our new SEO Manager, you’ll lead a strategic shift in how we grow the visibility and reach of our digital content across search engines and AI-powered platforms. This is a key role in helping us connect with more people, drive engagement, and support our mission to save and improve lives.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the development and delivery of BHF’s SEO strategy to boost organic visibility, drive engagement, and support fundraising and awareness goals.
- Monitoring performance using SEO and analytics tools, producing clear and accessible reports, and adapting strategies in response to evolving search trends including the impact of generative AI.
- Collaborating with content designers, technical teams, and marketing colleagues to create high-quality, user-focused content that meets search intent and reflects BHF’s mission.
- Optimising website structure, on-page elements, and technical aspects such as page speed, mobile usability, and crawlability to improve ranking and indexing.
- Delivering SEO training and best practice guidance to internal teams, while supporting local search visibility and contributing to UX reviews and link-building efforts.
About you
You’ll bring a strong track record of improving organic performance for large websites, with experience of developing and implementing SEO strategies that respond to the evolving search landscape including mitigating traffic loss from AI-generated content.
You’re confident using a range of SEO tools (such as GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog) to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and use insights to inform decision-making. You also have experience working with cross-functional teams to align SEO with broader digital and organisational goals.
You have a solid grasp of digital PR, link-building, and local SEO strategies, and understand how these areas are shifting in response to generative AI and changing search behaviours.
In addition, you’ll bring:
- A deep understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO and on-page optimisation, with experience implementing changes through a CMS.
- Experience conducting thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and reporting on performance including setting and tracking KPIs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Knowledge of how content, UX, and technical elements such as site architecture, page speed, and mobile optimisation impact SEO, and the ability to use this insight to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Experience training and supporting others to deliver high-quality, search-optimised content, along with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
Working arrangements

Birmingham City FC Foundation has won a 4 year National Lottery funded project entitled ‘Blues Go Green’. This exciting project is delivered in partnership with Dream Chasers CIC, Birmingham Voluntary Services Council and The Good Work Co-operative. ‘Blues Go Green’ will engage the collective footprint of Birmingham City FC and the Foundation, working with partners to reduce climate emissions and increase environmental justice through solution driven change.
The role
Working closely with Birmingham City FC, partners and other Foundation members you will lead the ‘Blues Go Green’ project and team in delivering an exciting, innovative and compelling change programme. The project will target people previously excluded from Climate Projects, helping them develop a greater understanding of how their daily actions can positively impact climate and our environment.
Leading a small team to deliver the full scope of ‘Blues Go Green’ with Birmingham City FC, Official Supporters Group, Partners, Schools and more. Developing and delivering an ambitious multifaceted project to get the widest possible scope and impact of all that ‘Blues Go Green’ can be.
The Team
Birmingham City FC Foundation is growing. The Foundation team are passionate about working together to make change happen. The role is part of the Foundation Management team and will have 2 direct reports and 1 indirect report, however it will need to harness the skills and knowledge of the whole team in delivering Blues Go Green.

Experience of environmental sustainability organisations or projects would be advantageous but not essential. You are known for your professionalism, influence, flexibility and positive attitude.
