Role Brief:
This is an exciting new role for an enthusiastic and innovative professional seeking to further their career in the training and youth development field. The post holder will be responsible for delivering a range of workshops, seminars and accreditations as part of our cross-border PEACE Academy programme in Belfast and Sligo, funded by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB)
The aim of this new three-year programme, is to deliver and evidence a PEACE Academy pathway of engagement, learning, social action and employability that will inspire young people from communities in Northern Ireland and Ireland to create shared experiences and build a long-term response to sectarianism, racism and hate on a cross community and cross border basis.
We are seeking an experienced training professional who can lead on delivering our training offer for young people across these regions; supporting our youth workers to progress them from grassroots activities delivered in community settings through workshops, training, and accreditation and into onward career initiatives and pathways offered by our partners.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and administration of a range of workshops, seminars, and accreditations for young people in Sligo and Belfast in line with agreed targets.

Working with our regional coordinators on arranging suitable venues, support staff, resources and materials required for each workshop/seminar/course.

Delivery and assessment of training courses through Open College Network including internal verification.

Maintaining our iPads and online learner portal, ensuring e-workbooks are completed and uploaded and devices are wiped clean after each use.

Working with our wider project team on the administrative training function ensuring all e-workbooks are submitted in a timely manner, certificates distributed and invoices are sent to our Finance Officer marked clearly for this programme.

Working with regional Coordinators on the development of careers events and initiatives alongside a range of partner organisations and employers.

Collating and sharing key quantitative output data and qualitative feedback and case studies with our regional Coordinators and Monitoring Officer enabling them to track progress against targets and upload dedicated learner information to our VIEWs monitoring software in a timely and efficient manner.

About the role
The Drive Training Coordinator plays a central role in coordinating the planning and delivery of training activities across The Drive Partnership. The Training Coordinator will provide efficient logistical, administrative, and learner support across all Drive workforce trainings. This includes managing training schedules, resources, communication, and data in support of high-quality training outcomes.
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed term until March 2026 with potential for 12-month extension to March 2027 - pending funding confirmation.

About the Role
Gaddum is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to provide maternity cover for a key leadership role. This is a time-limited opportunity to contribute to the delivery and evaluation of one of Greater Manchester’s most ambitious adult social care transformation programmes: the Accelerating Reform Fund (ARF). In GM, our projects focus on improving the identification and support for unpaid carers through the hospital discharge pathway and improving community-based care arrangements via Shared Lives schemes.
As Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining delivery momentum, nurturing established relationships, and supporting the system-wide monitoring and evaluation of the programme. You’ll bring excellent coordination, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation skills, ensuring that business as usual continues smoothly and that Gaddum plays its full role in enabling the GM system to capture and evidence the impact of the ARF.
Job Purpose
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) provides expert oversight and support across the ARF projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery. As per their job title, they project manage the infrastructure element of the entire GM programme.
They coordinate efforts across various sectors, manage stakeholder engagement, and are responsible for the integrated approach to risk management, data governance, and financial oversight. The role is accountable to Gaddum’s CEO, and reports to them. It has been central in ensuring the successful execution of GM's vision and objectives for the ARF.
Key Responsibilities
Continued and Strong Programme Delivery
• Maintain oversight and coordination of ARF activities on behalf of Gaddum, ensuring that timelines, risks, and communications are effectively managed.
• Chair or coordinate relevant meetings, workshops, and learning sessions with partners across health, social care, VCSE, and lived experience networks.
• Support the continuation of established coproduction approaches and ensure that lived experience remains central to the delivery of the programme.
• Maintain key project documentation including risk registers, action logs, and shared work plans.
• Provide line management to the Project Administrator, ensuring effective consortium secretariat and communication functions are upheld.
• Provide regular updates to the project’s Senior Lead within the Adult Social Care Transformation Team in NHS GM Integrated Care.
• Oversee the work of the ARF Lived Experience Coordinator (line managed by the Engagement and Coproduction Service Manager) to ensure this workstream is effectively aligned with the overall ARF project strategy and timeline.
Evaluation and Impact
• Lead, as the Greater Manchester system infrastructure, the development and delivery of an end-of-programme learning and evaluation event, currently planned for March – April 2026.
• Contribute to regular reporting cycles and ensure Gaddum’s role in evaluation is clearly communicated to stakeholders and commissioners.
• Act as a lead point of contact for evaluation activities, both locally and nationally, working closely with Ipsos, the national evaluation partner.
• Support system partners to engage meaningfully in the development of the GM Theory of Change, ensuring relevant data and insights are gathered and shared.
• Coordinate data collation and reporting in collaboration with the consortium, supporting the integration of data systems where needed, and ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationships
• Sustain the strong and positive relationships with local authorities, health and care organisations, the VCSE sector, and carers’ networks.
• Provide advice, challenge, and coordination to ensure consistent and inclusive engagement across the partnership.
• Escalate emerging issues or risks to the CEO and consortium where necessary, supporting collaborative problem-solving.
Financial and Contractual Support
• Work closely with Manchester City Council’s finance leads and Gaddum’s internal team to track spend, support monitoring returns, and ensure financial accountability.
• Contract manage and support the appointed creative agency leading on our Shared Lives marketing and communications campaign.
Other key tasks & responsibilities of the role
• Line Management: Supervise the Project Administrator, ensuring they provide effective secretariat responsibilities for the consortium.
• Risk Management: Keep stakeholders well-informed about risks, strategies, and progress. With the consortium, co-design and manage risk register elements, providing rapid escalation of issues to the CEO and consortium, developing solutions where necessary.
• Troubleshooting: Take all reasonable steps to enable system partners to identify barriers and develop solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish and maintain ongoing feedback loops, making necessary adjustments to the project’s approach based on stakeholder input and real-world outcomes.
• Coordination of reporting: Work closely with SCIE and GM ARF stakeholders to ensure data integration and reporting, aligning regional data
with national datasets and performance metrics.
• Contracting and Compliance: Ensure adherence to contracting and compliance requirements, maintaining robust monitoring and reporting systems
• Systems Change Facilitation: Lead on systems change initiatives, ensuring that all project components are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the ARF programme.

Our dynamic fundraising department generated £4.5m through donations in 2023/24, and we are now preparing for an ambitious multi-million-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital.

You will provide regular supervision outside activities and work with staff to develop inclusive, consistent volunteering practices across the charity.

About the job
The Area Manager (AM) is responsible for the coordination, management, development, and representation of DRC programming in the North or South of Yemen. S/he will oversee program implementation according to DRC strategies in Yemen and ensure that operations are implemented within DRC’s regulations, procedures, guidelines, and strategy; enable a productive and accountable relationship with beneficiaries, communities’ leaders/representatives, relevant governmental authorities, regional coordination teams (RCTs), sub-national clusters, donors, national and International NGOs and UN Agencies. - Participate in SMT representing Area of Responsibility (AOR)

- In coordination with the Partnerships & Localization unit, support the capacity assessment of partners and the development of tailored capacity building plans
- Manage local partnerships at field level (within AOR) and ensure follow-up with partners on quality implementation, in line with DRC policies and procedures.
Safety and Security
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for DRC staff, beneficiaries, and assets by ensuring the local security procedures are up to date and SOPs are being followed in line with the SMP and DRC policy, promoting regular staff training, providing safety and security analysis, recommendations, and follows-ups.
Accountability
- Ensure overall provision of and adherence to DRC policies, procedures, guidelines, donor regulations, systems and standard practices.
- Promote compliance with DRC policies and practice with respect to safeguarding, code of conduct, safety and security, anti-harassment, and other relevant policies and procedures.
Operational
- Provide leadership in overseeing of all logistical/procurement, HR/administration and office services activities and ensure their timely/efficient delivering, including office scale-up/scale-down based on funding and contextual changes.
- Lead on recruitment of senior staff in coordination with SMT, as appropriate.
- Maintain oversight of narrative and budget development of proposals and concept notes.
- Ensure quality implementation of Core Competency programs ensuring optimal use of financial resources, regular project follow up, reporting, among other tasks.
- Responsible to ensure Area Office compliance with internal procedures and donor regulations.
- Support the roll-out of new modules and continuous functioning of DRC Dynamics (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
Reporting
- Comply with internal reporting requirements, contribute to, and provide quality assurance and timeliness of external reports from area of operation;
- Participate in DRC internal coordination mechanisms (e.g. SMT, Programme meetings, etc.) as required.
- Strengthen efforts to document the impact of DRC activities in the area.
About you
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a large team
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation
- Experience working in fragile context and insecure environments
- Experience developing and implementing organizational strategy
- Previous experience in Yemen or within the Middle East is considered an asset
