Age UK are recruiting for a Fulfilment Administrator at their Warrington site, to support the Information and Advice line by being point of contact for sending out I&A guides to the public and liaising with other departments within the charity, to assist in campaigns.
As a Fulfilment Administrator, you will provide a high standard of pick and pack services to agreed procedures, and ensure that all data processing, paperwork and record keeping is carried out to the highest standard. Undertaking daily electronic data processing and mail merge procedures using MS applications, along with the completion of administrative tasks, including: filing, stationery tracking and ACIL audit entry.
This post holder will also be responsible for warehouse activities, building security, health and safety and fire safety.
Must haves:
* Good IT Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to learn use of in-house systems (Navision).
* Experience of Pick & Pack or similar e.g. production line (Desirable)

The role
As Forward Action’s Partnerships Officer, you’ll support the Partnerships Director to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, so we can help them achieve change on everything from climate change to refugee rights.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage the administration side of our partnerships, from initial contact and briefing, through proposal management, all the way to issuing contracts and drafting scopes. The Young People Programme Manager will work with the Creative Learning team at Factory International to develop, deliver and manage programmes of work with young people between the ages of 14 and 30. This role will be responsible for the delivery of key strategic partnerships with commercial brands, as well as developing new streams of work with a focus on sharing power through curatorial programme decision making, programming and youth governance.
Creative Learning develop and deliver learning programs with young people and children from Cradle to Creative (the age of 0 through to 30) with a focus on underrepresented children, young people and artists. All of our programmes have a social and emotional learning outcome and focus on improving mental health, wellbeing and resilience. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing highly effective project management and administrative support to the training programme, including supplier communication, coordinating programme logistics and delivery of all relevant general and financial administration tasks, e.g. scheduling meetings, providing agendas, writing briefings, minute-taking, monitoring expenditure and organising events, training and workshops.
- Being the first point of contact for the team, for both internal and external purposes, communicating effectively with kinship carers, internal training team, external delivery partners and other stakeholders to coordinate and confirm all training activity.
Essential requirements include:
- Proven experience in event planning and management. You will need previous experience being responsible for organising large events (over 50 people).
- Experience of developing and implementing administrative systems and processes that enable team effectiveness. You will need a minimum of 1 year’s administration experience.

We are seeking a Payroll & Finance Administrator to assist the Executive Director: Finance and Resources with completing administration and payroll tasks to ensure a smooth running Finance Team.
You will administer aspects of donations and income, post donations received into our CRM system liaising with the Director of Fundraising, conduct Gift Aid claims, generate reports and utilise the CDS system to ensure all data is correctly entered and support given to all administrators.
You will administer the payroll and receipt system. Additionally, you will reconcile all costs, generate invoices and check that timesheets, holidays and absence are recorded correctly. This role requires you to work Monday to Friday but you must be willing to be flexible as and when required.
You must have a minimum of five A*-C GCSE passes, including Mathematics and English (or equivalent). Additionally, good IT skills, especially in Excel and administrative, recording and reporting skills are essential for this role.

Summary of Role
This is an exciting new role in our Talking Therapies team providing vital support to people in Manchester with common mental health problems. Working alongside counsellors, you will provide wrap-around social and practical support to adults on our waiting list for or who are engaging in Talking Therapy to enable them to address and overcome barriers impacting on their health and wellbeing. You will provide advice, information and guidance on these issues, make onward referrals to specialist advice organisations where necessary and support engagement with these services.
