The Role:
As an Events and Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering a portfolio of events, including a renowned Annual World Congress and regional meetings. Working closely with the Event Operations Team, you'll contribute to the planning, development, and flawless execution of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional value.
Main responsibilities:
*Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of service for members and stakeholders, promptly resolving issues and delivering outstanding customer support.
*Event Delivery: Collaborate with the Event Operations Team to deliver virtual, hybrid, and onsite events, managing logistics, communications, and participant support.
*General Event Support: Manage event inboxes, update web pages and promotional materials, coordinate travel and accommodation, and provide administrative support for event logistics.
*Programme Support: Assist with speaker management, programme planning, abstract submissions, and educational course operations to ensure smooth delivery and participant satisfaction.
*Operations: Support membership services, data processing, education course operations, and general office administration.

Key Tasks –
Admin Assistant Role
· Work with the MD to provide services to the Board, the Patrons Group and Network of Networks (where required) including:

Thames Reach’s Outreach teams operate across London and helps those who are rough sleeping to find routes away from the street. The teams respond rapidly and work flexibly to reach people. We are looking to recruit a Head of Member Acquisition and Engagement on a part-time contract. Thames Reach’s Outreach teams operate across London and helps those who are rough sleeping to find routes away from the street. The teams respond to referrals and work flexibly to reach London’s most vulnerable. Individuals are assessed to identify their support needs and support plans are created, including work to obtain identification, access health services and refer to other specialist agencies, including those with immigration issues.
We are looking for an Assistant Support Workers to join the Street Outreach Rough Sleepers Team

You will:
- Complete outreach shifts, providing a rapid response to referrals for people who are rough sleeping in the borough
- Work alongside senior colleagues to identify the fastest and most appropriate route away from the streets for the people that we are working with
- Provide direct support to people who are found rough sleeping to enable them to move away from the streets and into accommodation
- Maintain and support relationships with partner agencies
- Accurately record all work completed within given timeframes

Purpose of the Access & Learning Assistant (Digital) role is to:
As our Access & Learning Assistant (Digital), you will deliver across the whole range of Access and Learning Department activities, while leading on the creation of digital content.

This team is looking for someone to join them as a Challenge and Public Events Assistant on a 6-month contract, to be the first point of contact for fundraising products, In-Celebration and community supporters, as well as our carol concert attendees, delivering exceptional supporter care and building long-lasting relationships.
