As part of an experienced team, this role will promote hepatitis C awareness, blood borne virus testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C. The role will support volunteer peers and increase the project’s reach to underserved communities. You’ll be providing vital harm reduction interventions including needle, syringe and naloxone provision across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

About the role
Kinship Minds is a transformative programme that enhances the support we provide to kinship carers in England and Wales. Our goal is to build kinship carers' confidence and equip them with the knowledge and skills to support children in their care - especially in recognising and responding to early signs of mental health issues.
We are at the beginning of our journey to embed therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches across all areas of service delivery. This includes 1-to-1 support, digital resources and training, and peer support networks.
The Strategic Trauma-Informed Practice Manager will lead this transition, helping us move from a trauma-sensitive organisation on a journey that becomes trauma-aware, trauma-informed, and ultimately trauma-responsive.
This strategic and hands-on role will help Kinship strengthen its therapeutic offer and build the confidence and capacity of staff and kinship carers to understand trauma and the impact it has, and provide strategies to support. We are particularly interested in experience in developing trauma-informed parenting training and resources.
The postholder will play a key role in developing and manualising our trauma-informed approach across core services: Kinship Connected, Kinship Reach, our Advice Service, and Peer Support Service. They will work with subject matter experts to develop trauma-informed approaches, toolkits and resources into everyday service delivery – based on the needs of kinship carers and their families.
You will need to be able to step into this role quickly, bringing your experience of building and developing trauma-informed approaches in complex services. You will have strong leadership capabilities, able to work at pace autonomously with creativity and dynamism. You will need to have excellent attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading Kinship’s trauma-informed strategy, ensuring the implementation of trauma-informed principles across all service delivery (for example, using Dr Karen Treisman’s approach).
- Leading the development and manualisation of trauma-informed practice across Kinship Connected, Kinship Reach, the Advice Service, and the Peer Support Service. This includes resources, approach and content.
- Supporting organisational development to embed trauma-informed values in practice, culture, policy, and leadership, working with our Head of People and Culture.
- Developing reflective practice approach to support managers to staff and volunteer resilience particularly across services. This could include a ‘train the trainer’ approach.
- Auditing current practices and recommend systems and processes to support trauma-informed service delivery.
- Developing and delivering capacity-building approaches and resources for kinship carers to help them identify and respond to trauma and mental health needs in children.
- Working collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop self-guided training, toolkits, and multimedia resources.
- Providing and leading expert input into the trauma-informed design and delivery of Kinship Connected, Kinship Reach, Advice Service and other 1-to-1 support programmes.
- Guiding frontline delivery staff to adopt trauma-informed practice, including the use of strengths-based approaches and flexible, family-led planning.
- Representing Kinship at external events and meetings to raise awareness of the services and to influence other organisations, policy and practice.

Essential knowledge, abilities, skills and experience includes:
- A qualified trauma-informed practitioner with significant experience in delivering or developing trauma-informed services.
- Experience working with kinship carers or in adoption and fostering sector.
- Proven experience applying the principles of trauma-informed care across organisations, preferably in children and family services.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and coaching for professionals and/or families on trauma and therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures focusing on contributing to a culture which values transparency, reflective practice and continuous learning.

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.

About the opportunity
The Single Homelessness Prevention Service (SHPS) works with individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, helping them to either find new accommodation or sustain their existing tenancies. The service is currently operating in three London boroughs and has received central government funding to expand further. SHPS is funded as an outcomes contract, where Councils only pay for the positive social outcomes achieved by clients. This approach allows for greater flexibility in how the service is delivered as there is no fixed service specification, with performance measured by the outcomes achieved.
The programme will take a person centred and holistic approach and provide a service that enables and empowers through training, coaching and sharing knowledge.
The programmes operate to deliver three key outcomes:
1. Creating a tailored personal housing and support plan
2. Delivering a housing outcome by preventing homelessness risk
3. Evidencing the long-term success and no risk to the tenancy at the eight-month point.
The structure
Single Homelessness Prevention Services commission local specialist charities to deliver the services with oversight from the operations lead. Your role will be to drive continuous improvement across the programmes, provide support and encouragement to achieve success, build local stakeholder relationships and develop strong links with relevant community organisations to drive performance and collaboration across the programme to drive performance and collaboration across the programme
The Operational Lead will report into the Programme Director.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
Support across the referral process (in partnership with the individual service managers of each Delivery Partner but with full oversite across the delivery partnership)
- Build strong operational relationships with relevant agencies to create effective referral pathways.
- Work closely with the Programme Director to provide details on referral activity and outline any issues which might need intervention. Ensure the referral target is met each month by delivery partners. .
Drive effective and authentic co-production and innovation across the partnership.
- Work with the Programme Director and delivery partners to ensure the voice of those who have experienced the programme is built into the design and continuous adaption of the programme.
- Identify challenges to achieving the intended outcomes and engage delivery partners adapt the delivery to overcome barriers. Make sure all these challenges, insights and learnings are shared and built upon across each of the delivery partners.
- Drive innovation across the service, through identifying and implementing what is working well and creating a culture of innovation with the delivery partners.
Community asset development and external relationship building
- Assist with embedding the programme pan London by promoting the programme to external agencies through presentations and attending meetings.
- Supporting the Programme Director on all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities, as well as organising/facilitating training for delivery partners across the programme
- Effectively manage and own operational relationships with Local Authority and Delivery partner teams.
- Provide a local presence, drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across the delivery partnerships.
- Be responsible with oversight from the programme director to drive/action effective use of the personalisation budgets available on the programme to facilitate needs and ambitions identified by each individual.
Impact Management & Analysis
- Ensure coaches and service managers are able to use the data system accurately and effectively. Provide additional support and answer questions when they arise on the system.
- Support the programme Director to provide consistent, data and reporting to all partners and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyse data to ensure trends can identify the driver of poor performance or required change to improve the service delivery.
- Support the Programme Director in producing reports and insights that aid decision making, and will be used to present back learning, impact and challenges.
About you
You will have the following skills, knowledge and competencies:

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new service which works with offenders as they are released from prison. It is a community based setting, rather than custodial where residents can go out in the community, depending on their Licence restrictions. Join our team as a Housing Lead to play a major part in supporting our residents with their long term housing needs. You will act as a bridge between various housing stakeholders and residents, to ensure a tailored move on plan is put in place which meets the needs of all. We thrive to ensure our residents have the right access to resources and tools to support them in reintegrating into the community, and re-establishing relationships to support with their rehabilitation.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact between landlords, housing associations, local authorities, private landlords, wider Social Interest Group Services, and our residents
- Work with the wider team to support residents with their long term needs
- Provide specialist support to the wider team to ensure they are regularly trained and kept up to date with policies and procedures, including government changes
- Provide regular reports and updates
- Manage current resident tenancies, ensuring timely rent payment
- Support with property and building management and maintenance including scheduling repairs
About you
We're looking for someone who has knowledge on different types of tenancies, an understanding of the types of needs of our resident group, and able to provide tailored solutions to meet their long term goals. You will have a true passion to support in making a change, supporting rehabilitation, and providing opportunities to people to make positive changes to their lives, and reintegrate into society. You will have a general understanding of the criminal justice system, and/or have experience supporting people with multiple/complex needs. Further, you will have:
- Previous experience in coordinating/delivering activities and interventions with people from different backgrounds
- Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector
- Knowledge of risk management and risk assessment
- Knowledge of license conditions and public protection
- Knowledge of tenancy management, able to share knowledge with others in the team and residents
- Understanding of the housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs
- The ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs.

Job Purpose
To support Habitat for Humanity GB’s (Habitat GB) vision of a decent home for everyone, our National Strategy 2024-2027 identifies two key goals: to (1) ‘develop, pursue and share innovative solutions to increase access to decent, safe, affordable homes for communities across Great Britain’; and to (2) ‘form a diverse coalition that champions the universal right to decent homes and collaborates to implement effective housing solutions for underserved communities worldwide’. The Director of Impact & Influence has responsibilities which contribute to the achievement of both these goals and is accountable for co-leading Goal 2 with the Director of Fundraising & Partnerships. They work collaboratively across the organisation, with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) and other Habitat global network members, and with a wide range of external partners.
Key responsibilities include the cultivation and stewardship of FOI (Foundations, Organisations & Institutions) partnerships and funding, leading the achievement of ambitious income targets related to donors based in England, Scotland and Wales on behalf of Habitat GB and the Habitat global network. The Impact & Influence Team also serves as the unit responsible for programme quality and effectiveness across the full lifecycle: from design and innovation, through implementation, to evaluation and learning, including high quality proposal development, robust Monitoring and Evaluation (MEAL) frameworks, grant management policy and process across the organisation, and the direct delivery of reporting and compliance requirements to FOI funders.
The Director of Impact & Influence also leads Habitat GB’s domestic and international advocacy function, leveraging our research and programmatic insights to drive systemic and policy change in line with our mission and strategy. As an external representative, the Director develops Habitat GB’s role as a thought leader to increase our influence on policy & decision makers and credibility with partners, communities and other collaborators.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Director of Impact & Influence helps ensure the impact, sustainability, diligence and productivity of the organisation, including engaging in organisational transformation, within the framework of a values-led approach to people and culture approach.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Organisational Delivery
- Provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of Habitat GB’s impact and influence agenda, co-leading the achievement of organisational strategic goals, in particular our goal of forming a diverse coalition that champions the universal right to decent homes and collaborates to implement effective housing solutions for underserved communities worldwide.
- Working with the National Director, lead on the development and ongoing review of HFHGB’s National Strategy, as well as our engagement with strategic development at global and regional levels.
- Co-lead Habitat GB’s ambitious funding and partnership strategy in support of impactful domestic and international programme portfolios.
- Shape and drive delivery across Habitat GB’s five strategic enablers, ensuring high-quality programmes, coalitions and networks, organisational visibility, technical leadership, and internal capacity for learning and innovation.
- Lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of a robust organisational performance framework, with monthly/quarterly KPI reporting into SLT and Board governance.

Partnership Development & Fundraising
- Lead the development and stewardship of strategic partnerships with Foundations, Organisations and Institutions (FOIs) across England, Scotland, and Wales to secure income and achieve impact targets.
- Be accountable for delivering annual FOI income and pipeline targets agreed in the Performance Framework, including soft‑commitments and conversion, quarterly phasing, proposal volume/quality, and donor reporting timeliness.
- Represent HFHGB in national and international fundraising initiatives, influencing stakeholder engagement on behalf of the global Habitat for Humanity network.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising & Partnerships (F&P) team to develop compelling funding propositions, donor reports, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Jointly develop and lead a resource mobilisation plan with the Directors of Programme Delivery and F&P, aligned with the Habitat GB Domestic Programme Strategy, with agreed annual income and impact targets.
- Build internal capacity across the network to engage with locally based partners, navigating sector themes such as shifting power and decolonisation.
- Identify and lead opportunities for research, consortia collaboration, and development partnerships to enhance programming and learning.
Programme Quality, Proposal Development & Grant Management
- Lead the Impact & Influence team in managing the full programme lifecycle — from strategy and design through delivery, evaluation, and learning.
- Work with technical leads to ensure appropriate inputs throughout the full programme lifecycle, for example in relation to gender, climate and safeguarding.
- Ensure robust programme design, effective MEAL frameworks, and compliance with funder requirements.
- Oversee proposal development and grant management policies and processes to ensure high-quality submissions and timely reporting. Collaborate with other teams for consistent compliance and quality.
- Maintain oversight of programme budgets through design phases, regular reviews and reporting including cost recovery, risk and performance, compliance and other standards.
- Work closely with the Director of Finance, Operations & Compliance to track performance and contribute to high quality reporting, income forecasting and budget management.
- Lead GB adoption of refreshed HFH Core Programming Standards and ensure programme reviews update Habitat GB policies, protocols and practice accordingly.
- Establish and embed MEAL frameworks with Programme Delivery and Retail teams to track outcomes and inform advocacy and fundraising.
- Respond proactively to humanitarian and sector-specific challenges with adaptive programme design and collaboration.
Advocacy & Policy Influence
- Be accountable for the successful delivery of Habitat GB’s domestic and international advocacy strategies, translating programme insights into policy influence and systemic change.
- Represent the organisation in policy forums, coalitions, and sector platforms; strengthen Habitat GB’s role as a thought leader and credible policy influencer with key stakeholders, decision‑makers and communities and elevate HFHGB’s voice in housing and international development.
- Guide the work of UK and Global Advocacy Managers, embedding advocacy as a core mechanism for mission-led impact.
- Strengthen external visibility and influence through partnerships and collaborations aligned with advocacy goals.
Leadership and people management:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing Impact & Influence team, aligning to Habitat GB’s strategic goals and values.

- Demonstrable success in securing large-scale funding from institutional donors and large trusts and foundations, including leading successful bids and managing multi-sector consortia.
- In-depth knowledge of fundraising strategy and donor engagement across multiple fundraising streams (institutional, philanthropic, etc.).
- Strong financial acumen: business planning, budget management, cost recovery, and oversight of restricted and unrestricted funding.

The Sales and Insights Manager leads on the management and development of the CRM database and ticketing system (Tessitura). They are responsible for reporting and in-depth analysis of sales and data with the aim of better understanding our audience and delivering creative, data led, and results driven marketing campaigns.

The Marketing & Communications team is crucial to the success of the Almeida’s ambitious vision and the strategic priorities for the team include:
- Build and manage the brand of the Almeida Theatre across London, the UK and internationally.
- Take a strategic and data first approach to marketing and promoting the Almeida and its work in order to deliver income targets in excess of £3 million in ticket sales each year.
- Build and diversify the audience who experience our artistic programme and increase engagement levels among those currently least engaged in arts and culture.
- Engage with a significantly bigger audience than current ticket purchasers, curating a cultural conversation predominantly through the creation and distribution of digital content.
- Develop a segmentation strategy for audiences based on insights from our CRM system (Tessitura).
- Generate additional income from growth of the Almeida Membership and the promotion of auxiliary sales.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
- Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
- Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.
- Work with the Box Office Manager to set up on-sales for new productions and events.
- Update the information and content in TNEW (online booking system), working Box Office Manager to ensure a smooth sales path.
- Work with the Development team to enhance our insight into current and prospective supporters. In particular, working to support Membership recruitment and retention, to encourage donations.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to produce audience segmentation strategies.
- Help troubleshoot queries or issues, related to Tessitura filtering those that cannot be resolved internally through to the Tessitura support.
- Provide support to all of the key departments within the Almeida which generate and use data, including set up of users, and provide training as required.
- Be a key part of the Almeida’s GDPR team ensuring all our data collection and processing complies with all current and future data protection legislation.
Sales, Insights and Data:
- Compile and deliver sales reports and analysis to relevant departments across the organisation, including senior and executive leadership, tailoring reports to suit a range of requirements.
- Monitor ticket inventory and introduce strategies for managing ticket holds.
- Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use sales data analysis to advise the Director of Marketing and Communications on ticket pricing strategies.
- Manage our digital audience survey (Survey Monkey) and Arts Council data collection platform (Illuminate), collating and reporting on the results and evaluation of campaigns and audiences.
- Help guide the Almeida’s audience development strategy through customer research and data analysis relating to existing and new audiences.
- Support other departments with data collection and analysis.
Other duties:
- Be jointly responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications, maintaining the theatre brand at all times, and advocating for this across the organisation.

We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to deliver and develop services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves three key parts. The first is delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. The Fundraising and Impact Lead will play a key role in growing our fundraising efforts and ensuring robust impact reporting. As we move into the next phase of our 5 Year Strategy, this is an exciting time to work across two strategic priority areas and contribute to our partnership’s success.
As an organisation we are focused on developing our fundraising programme, and you will take an active part in identifying and researching potential donors, developing solicitation plans, and supporting the preparation of bids, reports, and core fundraising materials.
As the organisation transitions to a new Salesforce environment, this role will support the continued maintenance of our existing system and its users. This role will be instrumental in ensuring operational continuity by managing data effectively and supporting the users of the system, including generating insightful reports, and maintaining system performance during the interim period with the support of an external partner.
This role is suitable for somebody who combines analytical problem solving skills with excellent relationship management, and approaches both with meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is proactive in refining systems and dashboards, and can work confidently with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong willingness to take ownership of their learning and development, actively seeking out opportunities to grow their skills and stay ahead of emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Innovation and Fundraising Manager, the Fundraising and Impact Lead will have the following key areas of responsibility and will be expected to undertake other responsibilities commensurate with the role as requested:
Securing funding support

Take an active role in pipeline research and identifying donors to pursue.

Develop prospect solicitation plans, working with senior team members to implement them.

Support the development of written bids and reports.

Develop core assets to support our fundraising efforts.
Donor management
-
Maintain accurate donor records, ensure prompt acknowledgement of donations and all reporting requirements are met.

Ensure that funders are receiving all necessary comms, including updates, new CP reports, and invitations to events, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications Lead.
Fundraising tracking and impact reporting

Support the development of fundraising systems to track income and key relationships, maintaining and developing dashboards and reports, and supporting the team to make best use of data.

Work across the team to gather impact data as required for bids and reporting, devising systems to streamline this.
Data management

Complete regular imports to keep our data up to date.

Ensure data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, and validation tasks.

Monitor system usage and user activities to ensure compliance with data policies.

Support with data analysis requests to demonstrate our impact as an organisation, utilising Excel / Google Sheets.
CRM maintenance

Coordinate with external developers to resolve any issues reported by users, and ensure the smooth running of our integrated systems (e.g. FormAssembly, Zapier).

Support end-user training and onboarding to promote best practices.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards, assisting the team where necessary.

Some experience with Salesforce, including knowledge of basic terminology, and experience with integrated platforms, such as FormAssembly and Zapier

Understanding of data quality and cleanliness principles.

Some knowledge of report and dashboard building in Salesforce / Excel / Google Sheets.

Able to use formulas in Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.

An ability to effectively translate technical aspects to stakeholders of varying experience level.
