About the Communications & Fundraising Coordinator role
Our Communications and Engagement team promotes our vibrant neighbourhood and the impact of our work across South Bank, and supports fundraising through storytelling, engagement, and campaigns that inspire support. The Communications and Fundraising Co-ordinator will provide support to the communications team by creating engaging content for a range of audiences both internally and externally and supporting our fundraising campaigns and projects.
As our new Communications & Fundraising Coordinator, you will

Support communications, marketing, and fundraising plans to boost awareness and engagement in Coin Street’s work campaigns.

Build positive relationships with stakeholders and the public through engaging content (e.g. newsletters, social media, web, and print).

Assist with design and production of creative materials (e.g. posters, flyers, and booklets).

Help with fundraising and partnerships by researching opportunities, preparing applications, maintaining records, and providing admin support.

Contribute to planning and promoting fundraising and volunteering initiatives, creating content and strengthening relationships.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following

Experience in marketing, communications, PR, fundraising, or bid writing.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including social media.

Knowledge of social media platforms, experience in fundraising or charity income generation, and skills in design or video editing using tools like Canva, InDesign, or similar are desirable but not essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports our work to run our programme by ensuring that we recruit and onboard enough volunteers to become our wonderful mentors.

Key responsibilities
Volunteer Recruitment pipeline:
· Respond to all incoming enquiries and volunteer applications in a timely manner and in line with the charity's recruitment processes

About the role
The Trusts and Foundations Advisor works strategically within the Partnerships and Business Development team to maximise impact and income by building high value partnerships and securing five, six and seven figure grants.

3. Clinical Accountabilities
a. To ensure that your immediate senior nursing care team (household managers) maintain an appropriate balance between administrative and managerial responsibilities and clinical practise. Ensuring that opportunities are taken by the senior care team to observe, assess and mentor all elements of care practise within the team including care at night.
b. To be accountable for the timely and clinically satisfactory management of all primary assessments for all new residents, and on-going reviews for all residents.
c. To ensure that your senior team are maintaining their responsibility for the supervision and assessment of all resident’s day to day care needs, and the quality of all care plans, ensuring they are up to date, person centred, accurate and implemented appropriately.
d.To be accountable for the safe admission, transfer and discharge planning for residents for planned, emergency and short stay situations; ensuring that the development implementation and monitoring all documentation and procedures to support this is managed by your senior care team.
e. To be accountable for the standards of record keeping and the management of health records in accordance with NGH policy, NMC guidelines, Relationship Centred Care (RCC) principles, and CQC requirements. Ensure the education of all care staff in relation to care record keeping is maintained.

- Contractor Meetings: Organise and document meetings with contractors and consultants, ensuring follow-up on action plans.
- Transition Management: Support the shift from reactive to planned maintenance while maintaining service continuity.
- Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate records, update housing systems, and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
- Financial Processing: Manage payments, invoices, and accounting processes in collaboration with Finance.
- Substantial experience of working within a Housing and/or Property Services environment
- Experience in Asset Management
- Knowledge of building construction and preventative maintenance
- Experience in delivering a customer-focused service
- Experience of providing support to residents/tenants
- Genuine skills in engagement and communication, including negotiation and persuasion.
- IT Literate with previous experience of using Microsoft Office and SAP Real Estate, Plant Maintenance and Finance platforms
- Good communication, negotiation and liaison skills
- Attention to detail, ability to follow defined processes and procedures, and good record keeping.
What we offer
Your Salary
- A salary of £40,572 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.
