We are currently in search of a passionate and committed male older peoples’ programme worker to join our team and lead a weekly a men’s group, as part of the thriving Over 50’s programme. The role involves designing, leading, and facilitating various activities and sessions aimed at improving physical and mental wellbeing, and improving community connection amongst older people. We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services Team which operates within HBF’s vibrant, multi-disciplinary team. The duties of Client Services Administrator are two-fold 1) is to host our busy reception area and friendly waiting room; welcome clients and visiting professionals to the Helen Bamber Foundation and attend to any needs they might have and 2) to oversee the booking of appointments between clients and staff/volunteers across the organisation; liaising with third parties and clinicians in relation to Initial Assessments; booking and managing doctor’s diaries for our Medical Advisory Services and the booking of interpreters across the organisation. You will be at the heart of an exciting team of experts, working as the face of HBF and the first point of contact for both external and internal queries. We’re working with a wonderful health charity who are looking for an Events Administrator to join their events and community team. You’ll speak to supporters over the phone, via email and social media and be the first point of contact for enquiries. You’ll work on the supporter-led fundraising team portfolio, including challenge events, community fundraising and fundraising products, providing administrative support.
This is an important role for the team as you will be the first point of contact for speaking with participants and maintaining accurate data entry, you will also send out communications and event packs to supporters as well as focusing on 3rd party events programmes. As an Events Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in fundraising, supporter care or similar customer service capacity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to respond to supporter queries efficiently
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
