About this role
The Programmes Quality and Delivery department is a key unit within SPANA’s Global Programmes Directorate (GPD). The team ensures effective oversight of the design and delivery of working animal health and welfare interventions in collaboration with a range of national NGO partners across more than 20 countries in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Central and South America. SPANA is strengthening the GPD to support partners to develop and deliver transformational and sustainable improvements in working animal welfare.
Reporting to a Senior Programmes Manager, the Programmes Officer provides essential grant administration and project management support to a portfolio of partners, ensuring effective oversight across the lifecycle of grants. This involves developing effective working partnerships remotely and identifying risks and issues that need to be escalated. The Programmes Officer works closely with technical colleagues responsible for Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL), animal health and welfare, education and behaviour change and the wider organisation (e.g., communications, fundraising, advocacy and policy).
Contract, location and salary
This role is a full-time (34.5 hours per week), permanent role. This is a UK based position, with 1-2 days per month (or more if preferred) worked from SPANA's office in London.

About Access
Access - The Foundation for Social Investment works to ensure that charities and social enterprises can access the finance they need to sustain or grow their impact. Access is currently implementing a new CRM and Grant Management System (Salesforce-based, delivered by implementation partner Vera) to support its programmes, partner relationships, and reporting needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the system is delivered well and that Access is ready to operate it confidently at go-live.
Position Overview
Access is seeking a Salesforce Implementation & Delivery Manager on a fixed-term basis to support the delivery of its Salesforce-based CRM and Grant Management System.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will combine:
- strong project coordination and delivery management,
- hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise, and
- practical change management capability to help staff adapt to new systems and ways of working.
As Access does not have Salesforce expertise in-house, this role will act as a key internal point of reference, helping to review and sense-check design decisions, manage delivery risks, and ensure that the system being built is usable, well understood, and ready for go-live.
This is not a developer or Salesforce Administrator role, but it does require strong Salesforce CRM experience, alongside proven ability to support users through change, structure complex projects, and keep delivery on track. The role will continue through early post–go live to support transition into business-as-usual and handover to the incoming System Administrator.
This is a Fixed-Term Contract of 6 months minimum. Full-time hours are preferred but we are also open to 4 days per week. Ideally we would like one day per week in our office (Tuesday), which is situated in Old Street, London.

Role Overview
As the Youth Service Manager, you will lead KCBNA’s youth provision for young people within the KCBNA youth centre, King’s Cross and surrounding areas. You will oversee the delivery of funded programmes, develop new initiatives, and ensure high-quality workshops, training, and mentoring. Key Responsibilities
Programme Management:
· Lead the design and delivery of KCBNA’s diverse range of youth provision.
· Ensure all evaluation reports required by the funder is completed in a timely manner liaising with the dedicated Grants officers.

· Ensure a seamless transition for young people.

Team Leadership:
· Line manages the Youth workers.

Safeguarding and Risk Management:
· Manage day-to-day safeguarding responsibilities and report to the lead safeguarding manager.

Budget and Resource Management:
· Oversee six-figure budgets, develop management accounts and collaborate with the Finance officer.
· Ensure the effective management, maintenance and up keep of the youth centre in liaison with the KCBNA admin support officer.
Partnership Development and Fundraising:
· Write funding bids and develop partnerships with corporates and stakeholders in Camden working collaboratively with the Chief Executive and Fundraising support member.
· Design and create engaging resources.
· Lead focus groups and identify opportunities for new programmes.
· Work with the youth team and KCBNA team to create content for social media and the website.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
· Use impact feedback and evaluation data to drive programme improvement.
· Produce clear, insightful reports for internal use, stakeholders, funders, and the Trustee Board.
General Duties:
· Maintain high standards across all programmes, ensuring alignment with London Youth quality assurance.
· Be prepared to deliver services across weekends, evenings, and during Holiday periods.
· Review and improve youth programmes using feedback surveys from young people and service users.

About Unfold
Unfold is an established local charity supporting young people and families to reach their potential by identifying and achieving their goals through mentoring. We support families and young people in Westminster and its neighbouring boroughs through mentoring programmes and peer support groups for women with children.

1. The continued development and delivery of our Youth Advocacy/Ambassador Programme – the Trust’s youth engagement initiative. The SPDL is responsible for ensuring that through this programme the Trust engages young people across the country, ensuring they understand what the Holocaust was, inspiring them to be part of ensuring this history is remembered, and empowering them to recognise and address antisemitism when they see it today. The SPDL is responsible for driving a youth engagement strategy, which actively scales up the reach of the programme – bringing it to new audiences. They will be responsible for developing high quality, inspiring, engaging and empowering content to young people in England, Scotland and Wales – quality assuring the programme and all associated initiatives. 2. The Programme Funding Manager plays a pivotal role in securing and managing institutional funding from trusts, foundations, government agencies, and multilateral donors to support Brooke’s global programmes. You will lead on the development of high-quality funding proposals, build and strengthen donor relationships, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
We are looking for a professional, persuasive and engaging individual with an excellent understanding of programme management and the development and funding of compelling, high impact projects. They should have the skills and personality to be able to bring together dynamic teams and lead cross-organization collaborations.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following experience:
- Educated to degree level.
- An ability to lead, inspire and influence a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Extensive experience of international partner led conservation delivery
- Demonstrated background of managing multifaceted projects and programmes in complex settings with immovable deadlines.
- Experience of line-management. Including H&S procedures for international work.
- Proven ability to manage budgets up to £1m p.a.
- Proven ability to secure external funding for projects through grant applications and especially governments and other institutional funding. Experience of the Darwin funding mechanisms of particular relevance.

- An ability to make occasional International trips. Although most of these would result in periods of up to two weeks away from home the extremely isolated locations of some of the territories may require longer timeframes away.

The Democratic Progress Institute (DPI) is an independent non-governmental organisation established in consultation with international experts in conflict resolution and democratic advancement. DPI seeks to promote peace and democracy building through strengthened public dialogue and engagement.
Overall Purpose of the Position
The Head of Programmes is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the organisations’ project activities and leads the DPI Programmes team, also ensuring a close working relationship with Finance, Fundraising and Operations colleagues. The role works with the CEO on operational, fundraising, strategic and monitoring levels and also involves representing DPI at external meetings and events as needed.
Project Management
- Coordinates the day-to-day operational management of the DPI’s programmes, including the implementation of activities and financial matters– in close coordination with relevant colleagues.
- Monitors the implementation of project activities and ensures compliance with the strategic framework as well as internal procedures and policies including financial and administrative.
- Facilitates programmes and events meetings (including designing the agenda and overseeing the organisation and preparation of materials)
- Manages performance of programmes’ team both Türkiye and UK.
- Organises regular meetings with the Programmes team to ensure project plan is on -track.
- Keeps an up-to-date overview of programme delivery, reports any challenges, and suggests solutions to the CEO.
- Builds project budgets with Finance, monitors project expenditures, develops financial strategies and addresses financial challenges.
- Monitors the political and security situation in Türkiye and the wider regions, developments relating to the conflict and impact on the project.
Reporting
- Works closely with the Funding and Development Manager to ensure timely delivery and monitoring of contractual reports, including interim and final reports to donors.
- Ensures that projects are implemented and reported in a timely and qualitative manner.
· Follows up with the team and gathers the reporting of meetings.
· Oversees deliverables and performance of the M&EE and Communications consultants.
Network
- Represents and promotes DPI’s work in varied contexts and maintains relationships with external stakeholders in Türkiye and in Europe such as political party representatives.
- Builds and maintains relationships with partners and donors alongside the Funding and Development Manager when needed.
- Carries out frequent visits to Türkiye and maintains a good working knowledge of the facts on the ground when needed.
Project Development
- Translates strategy into operational objectives and develops project/fundraising proposals including concept notes and narrative project proposals in conjunction with Funding and Development Manager.
- Identifies operational developments needs and develops corresponding opportunities and initiatives.
· Supports the CEO in strategic developments related to the project.
Key Experience/Technical Competencies/Knowledge required for the position.
The successful candidate should have the following
§ A postgraduate degree in Political Science, Law, Conflict Resolution, International Relations, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
§ At least 8-10 years’ experience in project management in charity or NGO setting.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced programme manager who will oversee The Advice Workforce Development Fund (AWDF). AWDF is a collaborative programme dedicated to strengthening and sustaining the social welfare advice sector in London. The role will coordinate and run steering and advisory groups, and ‘task and finish’ groups, working with cross-sector stakeholders to enable the implementation of recent recommendations generated by research commissioned by the programme, and help with monitoring and evaluating the project and funded projects under this programme. Event & Comms Coordination

- Our Funders Collective events that bring funders together to exchange ideas and explore how funding can drive deeper impact.

- Provide on-hand support to ensure events run smoothly.
- Manage the communications calendar and make sure social media posts are drafted and reviewed on time.
Programmes
- Assist with the smooth delivery of our funding rounds, e.g. updating our CRM (Salesforce), sharing updates with our team of consultants, reviewing feedback provided to grant applicants, coordinating with our Finance Team on grant payments.
- Help the Programme Team with the management of our peer learning and workshops programme, giving charities the skills they need to thrive.
- Support the Programme Team with ad-hoc data collection for impact analysis and reporting.
Organisation-wide support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure our database and task management tools are kept up to date to help the team stay organised.
- Provide flexible administrative support to The Fore team across all areas of work and other projects as required.
- Provide additional administrative or operational support when required, including limited cover for the info and pro bono mailboxes during periods of leave.
