DOTWUK have a fun and friendly finance team in a small, but high-performing function and are looking for a collaborative, experienced and energetic leader for the role of Head of Finance.
In this exciting role, the successful candidate will provide the organisation with a timely, accurate and relevant financial management service by assuming day-to-day responsibility for the organisation’s accounting function, to enable the senior management team and the Board of Trustees to assess results and performance and make informed, strategic decisions, and ensure the organisation complies with statutory and corporate regulation and requirements.
You will work closely with the treasurer, directors and managers to enable them to manage their programme finances and support them to report to donors and to devise sound plans for growth and sustainability.
The UK chapter expects to grow income across all sources, including from institutions and foundations. You will play a critical role in maintaining and building on this success.
You will also be responsible for and provide input from a financial and management perspective on strategic development and the general organisation-wide structure and management as part of the Senior Management Team.

Summary
As Community Fundraising Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for people fundraising in their community for Diabetes UK. You will be responsible for managing your own supporters, ensuring they receive an excellent experience and raise as much as they can for the charity. You will also work closely with the wider Community Fundraising team, by providing professional, timely and effective fundraising and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for people fundraising in their community for Diabetes UK, from doing a skydive to organising a bake sale. You will ensure they receive an excellent experience from the charity and support them to raise as much as they can and become life-long supporters.
You will also provide administrative support to the wider Community Fundraising team and build effective working relationships to do so in a professional, timely and effective way.
Ideal Candidate
You will have experience in providing excellent customer experience, within a charity or another sector. You will also have strong abilities in managing competing deadlines and organising your time effectively to prioritise your workload. You will also be able to effectively build working relationships with your colleagues in a professional manner, and demonstrate high standards of written and verbal communication.
It is not expected that you will have experience of working in a fundraising team, but transferable skills and a passion to learn!

Applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with Unpaid Carers and/or vulnerable adults or children in a social care, health, education or voluntary and community sector, as well as experience of planning and delivering a programme of group work.

Coproduction & Activities Coordinator

As lead for coproduction across our Care & Supported Housing Department, the post holder will have a firm understanding of the breadth of strengths and skills of the people using our services, while also having an awareness of the operational requirements of the department. The role, will lead Hightown's coproduction group 'VoiceBox', overseeing all coproduction activities, seeking new coproduction opportunities, recording successes, outcomes and monitoring activities all in accordance with Hightown's coproduction strategy. NAPAC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to focus on marketing and selling our training programmes to external clients in public and private sectors. This entry-level (or above) role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals in the early stages of their career in business development, with a focus on promoting training solutions in the field of trauma support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of the sales process, a proactive attitude, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of survivors of childhood abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- With support, develop and implement a strategic business development plan to market and sell NAPAC's training programmes to external clients, including organisations, agencies, and professionals in fields such as policing, mental health, social work, education and others.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Embrace and enthusiastically engage in the sales pipeline process, from lead generation to closing deals, demonstrating persistence and determination to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive positioning strategies for NAPAC's training offerings.
- Promote NAPAC's training programmes through various channels, including direct outreach, networking events, conferences, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of NAPAC's training programmes and secure new business opportunities.
- Support internal coordination and communication with colleagues to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics related to sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client satisfaction to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to trauma support and survivor care to continuously improve and innovate our training offerings.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in business development and sales techniques.
- Demonstrate a commitment to NAPAC's mission and values, contributing positively to the organisation's culture and goals.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, psychology, social work or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and the pipeline process, customer relationship management, and marketing concepts.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

The LSO Development department is looking for a knowledgeable and self-motivated individual to join our team as Trusts & Foundations Officer at an exciting time in the LSO’s history. Reporting to the Trusts & Foundations Manager, the role will primarily work within the Trusts and Foundations team to establish and maintain relationships with grant-giving bodies to help meet and grow income targets. These grants support a range of LSO activities, including projects within our pioneering learning and engagement programme, LSO Discovery; our exciting artistic season at the Barbican Centre; international tours; new commissions for the LSO and recordings produced by our record label LSO Live.
About you
Experience in fundraising from trusts, foundations and other grant-giving bodies is essential for this role, alongside strong communication skills, high attention to detail and a passion for creating concise and compelling written copy. An interest in orchestral/classical music is desirable.
The Trusts & Foundations Officer will also support the wider fundraising of the Department, helping to steward current and potential supporters at concerts, special events, and LSO Discovery projects taking place across east London.

The Church Relationships Lead will work as part of the national Volunteer Programmes (VP) Team, reporting to the Early Intervention Network Support Manager and collaborating with staff responsible for programme training and development.
This is an exciting time to join our growing VP team to support an increasing number of churches who have chosen to partner with TLG through running the Early Intervention (EI) programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting EI Coordinators to effectively run their centres, as well as training new EI coach teams.
