Inter Mediate is a London-based peacemaking charity supporting confidential negotiations in some of the world’s most challenging conflicts. Now in its second decade of operations, Inter Mediate is seeking a Senior Associate to join our small, specialised team. The post is based in London with frequent travel to South and East Asia.

The Senior Associate will be responsible for working with the relevant Project Directors to support the management and delivery of existing Inter Mediate conflict resolution and dialogue projects, with a geographic focus on South and East Asia. This will crucially entail managing complex logistical arrangements in relation to high level and sensitive meetings and dialogues, engaging with senior interlocutors in a credible and professional way and dealing with sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

• Supporting and implementing Inter Mediate’s existing projects portfolio of peace talks and other high-level peace initiatives;
• Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders in conflict and peace processes, mainly in South and East Asia.;
• Identifying and developing entry points for new projects;
• Monitoring and analysing political developments across areas relevant to Inter Mediate’s work;
• Preparing project proposals and budgets, narrative and financial reporting, and collecting evidence of project impact.

Specific responsibilities:

• Traveling frequently across various project and meeting locations;
• Maintaining relationships with key partners and interlocutors;
• Drafting meeting reports, note verbales, preparatory briefs and memos as required;
• Leading research necessary to deliver projects;
• Preparing programme budgets in consultation with relevant team members and ensuring timely and efficient financial planning and management;
• Managing relationships with key project donors, preparing donor reports and updates in coordination with the Operations Team and identifying and scoping additional funding opportunities and relationships;
• Working with the Projects Director on compiling project progress reports for senior management/trustees’ meetings; and
• Representation of Inter Mediate in external forums where appropriate

• There are four broad areas of expertise and delivery within the department – legacy marketing, legacy administration, in memory fundraising, and local legacy and in memory giving – with 16 individuals making up the teams.
• The teams are responsible for fundraising programmes that cover traditional legacy giving, Free Wills, our Cat Guardians service and In Memory giving for both people and cats.

• Proven experience in a senior charitable legacy fundraising and direct marketing role

The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a MEL Manager to join the team in London or Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution in a newly created role.   

 In this role you will strengthen CAF’s capacity to measure, evaluate, and learn from its climate impact initiatives. This role ensures that strong evidence and insights guide continuous improvement with a particular focus on the effective delivery of the AAQD implementation programme. 

As MEL Manager you will act as the MEL focal point, managing reporting, evidence generation and dissemination both internally and externally, of the respective programme. The application of lessons and evidence is crucial to successful delivery during the two-year timeframe of the programme. The post holder will lead on developing and delivering a learning plan to support the impact of the programme and its future direction.

The role will focus on the design and implementation of a programme level MEL system and associated tools and processes, to optimise programme efficacy and promote the use of data and evidence in driving results. 

Working across the MEL, EU and other Portfolio teams, you will apply CAF’s organisational MEL system and tools for the benefit of our work in the EU whilst also strengthening CAF’s contribution to impact overall. 

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience;

• Solid experience developing and managing MEL frameworks (including Theories of Change and results frameworks) and their implementation in large international projects and programmes, ideally in a global philanthropy, air quality, and/or climate change or international development context

As Head of Media and Public Affairs you will lead, plan, develop and implement effective media and public affairs strategies to actively promote the RCPCH and its priorities for maximum influence and impact.

The Head of Media and Public Affairs is an important leadership role at the College. You will work closely with journalists and media organisations to champion the College in the media as well as securing political support for our policy messages, through stakeholder relationships within the UK Government, Whitehall and the Westminster Parliament.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Policy & External Affairs, you will manage, direct and motivate the team to successfully achieve performance goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving the College’s Westminster public affairs work to secure our advocacy goals and you will also manage the out-of-hours media rota, being flexible to be on-call to media as required. 1. Purpose of the Role

Battersea is entering an exciting phase of innovation and transformation as we embark on the first year of our new five-year strategy. With increased investment in income generation starting in 2025, we are expanding our team to drive the growth necessary to achieve our organisational goals. Our fundraising team bridges the journey of the animals in our care with the wider public, demonstrating how their contributions enable us to support every dog and cat. We now have several new roles within this team to further our mission. 

This is a new role working within Battersea’s Income Generation department to develop and deliver the campaign plan for a £4-6million pound capital fundraising appeal.
One of the key pillars of Battersea’s current strategy is to ensure that we continue to provide expert care for all the dogs and cats that come through our gates. One of the ways in which we do this is by investing in our facilities to ensure that they continue to meet the changing needs of the animals we care for. This fundraising campaign will help to achieve that aim.

You will work with teams across Battersea to develop a comprehensive plan for the campaign and co-ordinate the work of multiple specialist teams to deliver the campaign on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for developing a clear governance structure for the campaign, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. You will also oversee and track progress of a series of internal process improvements that support the running of the campaign.

About the Role 

We are seeking a capable, motivated Operations Manager to lead on the effective running of our charity’s systems and operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our work remains efficient, financially sustainable, and aligned with our strategic goals. 

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team, you will oversee the smooth functioning of our internal systems—including finance, CRM, IT, and communications—while supporting fundraising processes and continuous improvement across the organisation. 

This position will suit an organised, analytical, and values-driven professional who enjoys making systems work smarter and supporting teams to deliver impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Leading Our Operations: Accountable for the smooth operational running of our Operational, HR and Financial Systems, including Salesforce, and identifying operational risks that could affect the charity’s mission. Your proactive approach will help us stay on track and keep making a difference.

2. Supporting Our Fundraising: Work closely with other members of the Leadership Team to identify fundraising opportunities, support with bid writing, and take responsibility for individual giving, managing our fundraising CRM, Donorfy. 

3. Supporting Change: Accountable for managing transitional change programmes across the organisation in respect to operational processes and procedures. Help our team adapt to new processes and procedures by providing guidance, training, and resources.

4. Financial Oversight: Understand the revenues and expenses of the charity in order to promote operational efficiency while managing cashflow risks. Whilst this role doesn’t require advanced experience in accounting or bookkeeping, the holder will take responsibility for day-to-day finance processes, including invoicing, account reconciliation on our account software Xero, and monthly financial reporting, as well as working alongside our external accountant. 

5. Communications and IT Fluency: Oversee systems supporting communications and marketing, including our social media platforms and website, ensuring effective collaboration with our external partners. 

6. Always Improving: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback and making adjustments along the way. By learning from our experiences, we'll keep getting better at what we do.

Practice Specialist (experienced social worker)

§  Salary: £46,920 or £49,980 (London based)

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our Practice Specialist team, working within our Programme team.

Practice Specialists play a crucial role in preparing Think Ahead participants to become outstanding social workers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to maintain links with frontline practice and practice education, with development opportunities for teaching delivery, and coaching and mentoring others. Each Practice Specialist will have responsibility for a number of Think Ahead units (groups of 4-6 participants based in the same organisation), ensuring that participants receive an outstanding practice learning experience, and that there is effective delivery of our innovative curriculum in the practice environment provided by the NHS Trusts and Local Authorities that we partner with. 

 As Practice Specialist you will:

· Manage the implementation of the programme across host organisations ensuring quality placements and that the academic and practice components are brought together effectively. This will include visiting units of participants on placement, and virtually unit meetings. 

· Support development of CSW’s through regular coaching, supervision and training.

· Establish strong relationships with all relevant key contacts across our partner NHS trust and local authorities, holding regular meetings to quality assure the programme and develop our partnerships. 

· Provide specialist professional social work expertise to the Think Ahead team bringing experience and knowledge of frontline practice.

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will be an experienced social worker and practice educator, that has experience of working within mental health and has a proven record of accomplishment of developing and supporting social workers. We are also looking for someone with experience and confidence in delivering training and is willing and motivated to get involved in this evolving area of the charity.

The role:
