Job description

As a volunteer Logistics Coordinator, you'll help ensure the smooth delivery of RollaDome’s programs and events. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about community work and looking to gain experience in logistics and operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in planning and managing logistical aspects of events and sessions. 

  • Coordinate schedules and ensure proper equipment delivery. 

  • Support inventory management and transportation planning. 

  • Liaise with coaches, volunteers, and community partners. 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Strong organisational and planning skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Familiarity with basic administrative tasks. 

Commitment 

  • Minimum 15 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
