Job description

We are looking to recruit a Senior Service Manager to oversee the Hounslow LIFE supported accommodation pathway.

The pathway has recently been redesigned and now covers 87 clients across 10 sites including:

  • An assessment centre

  • 2 x 24hr high support hostels

  • 4 x semi-independent properties

    3 x move-on properties

  • Reporting into the Regional Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing a large service delivery team to embed the new structure and focus on key strategic areas including:

  • Building on relationships with external services to create a seamless client journey in partnership with public health, mental health teams and adult social care;

  • Driving throughput via positive outcomes in move-on and ensuring appropriate referrals into the service;

  • Implementing new initiatives aimed at enhancing the service offer to clients, including an the introduction of an Occupational Therapist, Progression Coach and skills hub;

  • Providing asset based, recovery-focused support to clients with multiple and complex needs.

    This is an exciting role with a huge scope to further establish St Mungo’s presence in Hounslow and to have a real impact on clients across a number of diverse settings.
