The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Outside the Box management team in a role that will combine planning, development, operational management and resource, staff and volunteer management. Working closely with our tutors, support workers, job coaches, volunteers and clients, the role is a varied one that spans recruitment, client support, quality assurance, content/curriculum development, team management, monitoring and evaluation, marketing and much more. As a relatively small charity with dynamic and person-centred services, the role requires balancing practical tasks with management and forward planning. Job Description
Waterwise is looking for a Head of Commercial Services. This is a new permanent role on our Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and specifically designed to deliver against the next phase of Waterwise’s journey – increasing our reach and impact on water efficiency both within and beyond the water sector. You’ll be leading and broadening our commercial offer, helping us drive even greater impact in water efficiency, and the income to support it, across the UK. You’ll refine our proposition and pricing of existing services, seeking opportunities to cross-sell additional services to existing audiences, as well as broadening our reach, engaging with completely new audiences and developing and shaping new commercial services aligned to new customer needs. You will have strong experience at senior level in driving commercial impact for good, and everything this involves in terms of income, growth, commercial strategy and delivery, and risk management. You’ll be working closely with our Board, and reporting to the CEO and the Board on finance and risk.

What you will be doing as the Director of Service Transformation:

The Role
We are seeking a Schools Premises Officer to provide an effective and efficient administrative service to approximately 100 schools and ODBE in respect of the delivery of capital projects and property management. This is a key role which will involve working with many different stakeholders across the Diocese, including external consultants, Head teachers, bursars, school business managers, Governing Bodies and their representatives.
About You
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels to gain trust and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders; excellent project management skills with the ability to ensure that contracts are carried out within costs, on time and to the correct quality level and good financial budgeting skills to manage the delivery of capital projects.
You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work with us - around 50% of staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins the work it does. However, all staff do have a desire to make a difference.
Please note this role does require the post holder to have the ability to travel within a large geographical and sometimes within rural areas where there is no access to public transport when required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician experienced in child mental health to deliver our ‘Clinical Practice in Context’ module, which forms part of the curriculum for our two-year full-time MSc programme in Developmental Psychology and Clinical Practice and consists of 2.5 hours of weekly lectures/seminars throughout Term 1 (usually 10 weeks in October-December). Experience:

Just Like Us has already worked with thousands of schools and gained recognition for our Growing up LGBT+ report (2020) and our Positive Futures report (2023). By 2025, we aim to reach more than 60,000 school pupils annually through our programmes.
This role is critical to the delivery of this mission and will support the Head of Education Programmes to meet the needs of our several thousand-strong school network so that we can reach even more LGBT+ young people across the UK. This role will be working across School Diversity Week and the Pride Groups programme.
This role is an entry-level position and will provide the successful candidate with a strong foundation for a career in the voluntary sector. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, with strong organisational and administrative skills, and good communication skills to join a friendly, driven Programmes Team.

Job description
Programme delivery:
- Support the Programmes Team to deliver our programmes, including Pride Groups, School Talks and School Diversity Week
- Manage the administration of Education Programmes
- Act as a first point of contact for schools on our programmes, answering questions, sharing new resources and encouraging participation. This includes engaging with new schools to increase our networks and managing a busy inbox
- Engage new schools to increase our networks, including representing the charity at conferences and events
- Maintain good relationships with school contacts, lead on liaising with school staff to confirm bookings, monitoring invoices, membership and renewals
- Work collaboratively across teams to manage logistics and ensure the smooth running of Just Like Us programmes throughout the academic year.
- Support the delivery of our education programmes, including delivering talks, and training for teachers and other education stakeholders on LGBT+ issues
- Support with the creation and development of education resources
- Assist the monitoring and evaluation of programmes by distributing surveys, collecting case studies and providing analysis of data obtained to evidence our impact
- Support our marketing and communication initiatives, writing emails and monitoring open rates
- Assist with the maintenance of our online portals of resources for school staff and the online school staff networks
- Support programme effectiveness by streamlining internal workflows and procedures

About the role

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with up to 3 years of experience in administration which includes administering and monitoring databases.
