Job Summary:
As part of the Website and Digital Content Team and wider Digital Marketing Department you will oversee Relate at Family Action’s website and online client experience, driving brand awareness and sales of products and services.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Relate’s website and the writing of digital content, and support the brand’s long term transformation as part of the adaptive change programme, working closely with the Website and Digital Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing, Brand and Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimise Relate at Family Action’s website and online user experience, driving traffic, engagement and sales of products and services.
2. Work closely with key colleagues including the Brand and Marketing Manager, Website and Digital Content Manager and Social Media Team to position and market Relate’s services and plan content.
3. Work closely with B2C and B2B teams, and other internal stakeholders to understand website requirements and improve representation online.
4. Manage digitally delivered products such as Toolkits and Relate’s AI chatbot, including re-marketing and upgrade activity to drive clients to further services on the website.
5. Support the creation of new Toolkits for sale, working closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager and service delivery colleagues to research and test new topics and write content.
6. Develop and write keyword rich content including stories, and support articles on often sensitive subjects, to build brand awareness, improve findability and warm up audiences.
7. Monitor and improve SEO across the Relate website.
8. Support Relate’s adaptive change programme including the website review workstream, working closely with the Website and Digital Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing and other key stakeholders.
9. Support the development of a new CRM for Relate, working closely with the Systems and Technology Team and Service Delivery Team to ensure a seamless front end client experience.
10. Manage existing infrastructure and systems integrated across the website client journey such as Acuity Scheduling, Typeform and Stripe.
11. Maintain and improve Relate’s website accessibility ensuring it meets WCAG 2.1 AA standard wherever possible.
12. Use sophisticated data and insight tools to test, measure and evaluate content, and website performance, and monitor emerging trends in the wider market.
13. Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders including data and commentary around website performance.
14. Work with external agencies to deliver effective PPC search and display ad campaigns.
15. Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers involved in digital initiatives at Relate.

About the role
This is a new role which will help to deliver a pilot strategy to grow long-term sustainable income by enhancing Breast Cancer Now’s on-the-ground presence locally.
Joining the relationship fundraising team and working closely with the high value partnerships team, this role is responsible for cultivating new long-term relationships and, in turn, driving fundraising income.
Uniquely, the post holder will help to implement a large-scale trial to further grow Tickled Pink, an award-winning partnership between Asda, Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel! which has raised over £100m. The goal is to grow both engagement and future income by directly supporting colleagues across Asda stores in their local area.
In addition, this role will establish and grow a portfolio of supporters in the northwest by cultivating relationships with new and warm supporters including individuals, clubs, societies and local companies. It will also line manage two community fundraisers based in Scotland.
What’s special about this role is that you’ll be working alongside a supportive, innovative and fun team which has delivered continued growth in fundraising over the last five years.
The is the first time the charity has had a community fundraiser locally based in the northwest. It is one of five new roles being introduced as part of the pilot, and the goal is that they all become permanent.

You’re a pro at cultivating long term relationships with a variety of new supporters to generate income, and have great community fundraising experience working with individuals, local companies and clubs and societies.

Look Ahead's Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Service is a Mental Health supported accommodation which is a pathway service for people to work towards their independence. There are 3 buildings in the cluster, all of them are lone-working.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to help them to enhance life skills and increase independence and manage their health. This also includes tenancy management and other life skills.
Support Workers in the service work across all 3 projects in Hammersmith and Fulham; working with customers with varying levels of support needs. Many of the customers have complex needs including dual diagnosis and Support Workers are expected to liaise with other agencies within the borough to best support customers. Support Workers are expected to support customers on their journey to independence in a person-centred, non-judgemental way, whilst adhering to the Look Ahead core values.
The shift schedule covers Monday to Sunday, working five days each week on a rolling rota that combines weekdays and weekends. Over a five-week period, there are two complete weekends off.

About the Role
You will be responsible for offering infant feeding support for parents within Hackney borough community, within Family hub settings as well as in Homerton Hospital. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
· Providing breastfeeding support to families within family hubs settings within Hackney and on the wards at Homerton hospital.
· Support in delivering inductions for volunteer peer supporters.
· To report any concerns or additional support needs of women to the NCT management team and/or Infant Feeding Lead for referral onto partner agencies as appropriate.
· To attend regular supervision/support sessions.
· Having a good working knowledge and understanding of the local demographics in the Hackney area and ensuring all support is accessible and inclusive.
· Ensure that data collection and feedback is collected in a timely manner in an inclusive way.
You must have good communication skills and be able to build relationships and create a rapport with a wide range of people easily. This is a large project and covers multiple locations so you must be able to confidently prioritise your own work, be highly organised and able to work independently.
Being able to make decisions and respond appropriately to our staff, peer supporters and parents and other external stakeholders is essential, alongside good IT skills– including Outlook, Word and Excel – and you must have good attention to detail.
It is essential for this post that you undertake the training to become an NCT Breastfeeding Peer Supporter. This requires experience of giving breast milk. The training can be undertaken within your working hours.
The role is 21 hours per week which will be predominantly Monday to Friday within the working day, however, will include occasional evening and weekends. This role is mainly based at family hubs setting across Hackney borough as well as in Homerton Hospital.

About Action for ME
Action for ME is the only charity in the UK providing support, including healthcare, to people of all ages affected by ME. The charity was founded by Sue Finlay in 1987 and since then has been taking holistic approach so we can make an impact on multiple fronts - from amplifying the voices of people affected by ME in Government and leading on breakthrough research, to providing "lifeline" support and unique healthcare services on a daily basis.
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), sometimes referred to and diagnosed as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), is a chronic, fluctuating disease, causing symptoms such as post-exertional malaise (PEM), sleep problems, problems with thinking and memory (brain fog), pain and crushing fatigue. There are an estimated 1.3 million people living with ME or ME-like symptoms, including PEM, in the UK alone.
Even in its so-called mildest form, ME can have a significant impact on an individual’s life, and not just on their health. A lack of understanding and awareness about ME means patients can experience disbelief, and even discrimination, from friends, family, health and social care professionals, employers and teachers.
For the first time there is an increased awareness of post viral illness because of the Covid -19 pandemic. Job purpose
This role will deliver an exceptional supporter experience to our donors, building and maintaining strong relationships with our supporters. The Social Care IDVA will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy, and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process, specialising in working with women whose families are involved with Family Children Services and risk to children is a factor. You will work to make proactive contact and provide high quality advocacy and support based upon a client led needs and risk assessment to women, focusing on working with those aged 18 and over who access the domestic abuse service. This role is part advocacy, part training/education and project work to improve response to victim/survivors experiencing domestic abuse. You will be embedded in the local authority Family Children Services team, working with Social Care professionals to ensure they adopt a trauma informed approach, can recognise the dynamics of domestic abuse and are providing more holistic support. You will be the domestic abuse subject matter expert on site, upskilling fellow professionals and acting as a point of contact for any clients experiencing domestic abuse and support requirements from Family Children Services.

We are looking for a new Development Officer – someone who brings a passion for hospice care and wants to play a part of driving forward relationship-based fundraising at The Hospice of St Francis.
This is an exciting role for someone who is ambitious about developing new fundraising opportunities and wants to play an important role in growing income at the Hospice.
The opportunity......
You will play a central role in growing income across the Hospice and driving forward new, relationship-based approaches to fundraising.
With a focus on Major Donors and Trusts and Foundations you will personally identify, develop and manage relationships, with a focus on £5-25k+ opportunities.
You will develop a new approach for managing and fundraising from small trusts and have the opportunity to learn and grow through working with the AD for Development on larger opportunities.
You’ll bring creativity and a results-oriented outlook, contributing to the wider success of fundraising at the Hospice.
The must haves.....
- Fundraising Success: At least three years’ experience operating in a Trusts and Foundations role (or relevant transferable skills) and a track record of personally securing and stewarding five figure gifts
- Proposition development: Creative in outlook and with experience of developing donor-centric proposals and reports
- Portfolio management: Knowledgeable in developing and managing a portfolio, and key prospect management tools and systems
- Data management: Experienced CRM user and with working knowledge of Data Protection Laws
The it would be nice to have:
- Institutional Funding or Major Gifts experience: Experience of fundraising from institutions or major donors
- Line management: Of staff or volunteers
- Event management: Experience of running stewardship and cultivation events
- Hospice fundraising: Experience of fundraising in a Hospice setting
- Qualification: A relevant fundraising qualification, from CIOF or other

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- Manage and grow a transformational partnership between Allen & Overy Shearman (A&OS) and United for Global Mental Health (UnitedGMH), ensuring it delivers strategic value, visibility, and impact.
- Act aUnitedGMH’s lead within A&OS, and A&OS’s liaison within UnitedGMH to foster collaboration, alignment, and shared purpose across both organisations.
- Leverage A&OS’s global network, expertise, and community to advance UnitedGMH’s mission, amplify rights-based mental health advocacy, and drive strategic engagement to support fundraising.
ENGAGEMENT:
- Collaborate with partners and senior colleagues to design innovative campaigns and activities that drive fundraising engagement and maximise strategic value for UnitedGMH.
- Coordinate across the fundraising team to ensure alignment, foster collaboration, and unlock shared opportunities.
- Partner with the Director of Fundraising to develop annual plans and long-term strategies, integrating budget planning and impact forecasting.
DELIVERY:
- Partnership Delivery & Engagement
- Provide high-quality account management, working with A&OS to develop innovative ways to support UnitedGMH’s objectives and fundraising targets
- Deliver key pillars of the partnership, including:
- First Hour, First Day
- Pro Bono Projects and In-Kind Support
- Programme Visits and Challenge Events
- Global Office Fundraising Activities
- Collaborate with external agencies, travel providers, and suppliers to coordinate partnership activities
- Engage A&OS staff in UnitedGMH campaigns and events (e.g. International Youth Day, World Mental Health Day, Pride)
- Work closely with National Partners to gather and synthesise qualitative and quantitative evidence of impact, including stories, case studies and oversee financial grant management and reporting.
Provide timely and tailored support to A&OS, including:
- Responding to queries
- Delivering marketing assets and drafting communications
- Creating content and campaign plans in collaboration with UnitedGMH’s communications team
- Compile regular updates to inspire A&OS staff and Ambassadors, in collaboration with their Marketing & Communications team.Liaise with the Global Mental Health Action Network team to share project updates and ensure programme delivery.
- Explore new opportunities to grow the quality and impact of the partnership, including potential new business initiatives.
Strategy & Sector Insight
- Stay informed on sector developments and competitor activity to inform innovative, legally sound partnership strategies.
- Support the Director of Fundraising in delivering the overall Corporate Partnerships strategy and operational plan.
Administration & Logistics
- Maintain a clear and accurate virtual filing system for all partnership activity and donations.
- Update relevant database records to ensure smooth tracking and reporting
- Conduct research and coordinate logistics for programme visits and events, with support from the Finance & Operations Officer

- Take responsibility for personal learning and development, participating in supervision, training, and team meetings.

Essential skills:
Experience & Strategic Thinking
- Proven experience building and managing partnerships between charities and private sector companies to maximise fundraising, with a strong understanding of how both sides benefit.

- Skilled at making and implementing logical decisions that strengthen the fundraising function
Communication & Relationship Building
- Excellent written, oral, and public speaking skills to enthuse, motivate, and influence

- Experience working across teams and functions to build alignment and shared ownership, particularly in diverse and geographically dispersed teams
