The Position:

You will be joining our small, passionate NGO to lead our resource development. Reporting directly to the Head of Programmes, you will be tasked with developing and producing educational programmes and materials on topics such as Political & Media Literacy, counter-extremism, and online safety. This will involve ensuring resource related KPIs are met within budget and on time, alongside supporting our Head of Programmes in coordinating delivery of projects. Some projects may be handled by you directly at times. Projects and resources can vary from developing media literacy workshops for schools, creating digital assets for counter-extremism training and campaigns, to planning content for city-wide democratic engagement campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, update and design learning and campaign resources for schools, colleges and for digital campaigns.

• Support the Head of Programmes in managing and delivering on our diverse projects. 

• Run relevant projects yourself as required.

• Recruit, coordinate and support schools and teachers across the UK to take on our political and media literacy workshops and projects.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with teachers, councils and other stakeholders.

• Produce and update Elearning resources.

• Occasionally travel nationally and/or internationally, if required.

• Fulfil other duties as reasonably requested.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in resource and curriculum development, preferably in the education or related sector.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and other relevant software.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement a community investment evaluation and monitoring framework, in direct alignment with the community foundation strategy and strategy and the corporate plan
• Work collaboratively across the multi-disciplinary community investment directorate and with other internal teams in the customer directorate across localities to embed a framework for social impact and outcomes recording
• Support the Social Value Manager to provide regular social impact and environmental social, governance (ESG) reporting to the communities' leadership team and to senior management and board when required
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation methods and processes for Community Foundation projects and roll out good practice to colleagues and external partners so we can effectively demonstrate our Social Impact
• Lead and support internal teams and external partners in the upload of data such as KPIs onto impact measurement platform for the business, ensuring that information is accurate and easily accessible when required
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to lead and oversee project teams across SNG and with external partners that will bring in external funding
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including funders, businesses, local authorities and national agencies as required by the Head of Service and managers
• Work closely with the communications team to enable a coordinated communications approach that raises the profile of SNG's work in communities

 What we need from you

A good understanding of HACT's Wellbeing Valuation and Social Value Insight would be an advantage, but this is not essential. It would be great if you have some knowledge or experience of working in communities, supply chains and or, monitoring and evaluation.

About the role

The Senior Programme Advisor (SPA) in the Asia team will focussing on the delivery of a large 3-year corporate partnership started in June 2024 working on freshwater issues in Asia (with focus in India, China, Pakistan) and looking at palm oil production in Indonesia. The programme also has strong advocacy and learning components, and it is testing new innovative approaches such as insetting.

The SPA will coordinate and, when possible, lead on all programmatic input - including technical, financial, M&E - as well as overseeing the coordination and facilitation of other partnership delivery needs including advocacy and communications, science, learning and knowledge sharing.  Working as part of an Asia Regional Unit, in direct collaboration with the Senior Relationship Manager in the Corporate Partnerships team, the SPA role is responsible for:

· Overall coordination of the partnership components (on the ground conservation in 5 geographies, advocacy and communications, research, learning and knowledge exchange), ensuring coherence and collective contribution to the overarching Theory of Change.

· Providing strategic programmatic leadership, oversight, support and advice on the conservation work, with a stronger focus on the work in India and Indonesia

· Identifying additional areas for programmatic development based on an understanding on the corporate partnerships ambition

· Liaising directly with Senior Relationship Manager in Corporate Partnerships team to represent the programmatic needs in the partnership and ensure consistent alignment between Conservation Programmes and Corporate Partnerships for effective partnership delivery.

Overall Job Purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Young Citizens in one of two key Programme Coordinator roles, each helping to deliver our national education programmes.

• As Programme Coordinator – Event and Project Lead, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of around 65 events each year, from mock trials and school workshops to teacher training and sector-facing events, ensuring every detail contributes to a high-quality experience for young people, educators, and volunteers. In addition to event delivery, the role also involves leading key projects that support programme development and growth.
• As Programme Coordinator – Schools Engagement Lead, you’ll be the main point of contact for over 480 secondary schools, managing registrations, communications, and support to ensure smooth, engaging participation across our programmes.

Both roles are vital to our mission of empowering young people through active citizenship. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping a well-established charity as we deliver on our 3-year strategy, with opportunities to facilitate workshops and mock trials, coordinate programme delivery, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where clear processes, adaptability, and a passion for social impact are key to success.

You will be working for Advance London service as an experienced Domestic Housing Manager, responsible for overseeing the delivery of the London service. You will lead and manage the LWHSP project and the co-located IDVAs,

Being responsible for line managing and performance managing Regional Managers and project staff within the post holder’s responsibility, including annual appraisals and supervision.

Supporting Regional Managers to recruit, train and develop a team of competent and highly skilled IDVAs to provide a consistently high-quality service to women. Supporting IDVAs to ensure that Advance’s values, policies and procedures are embedded into service delivery.

Overseeing the management of caseloads and casework to a high-quality standard and monitoring the performance of your team, offering continuous coaching and feedback to ensure that Advance meets the specific KPIs and outcome measures for the contract, taking immediate action to manage poor performance as necessary.

About You:

To be successful as the Domestic Housing Manager you will need the below experience and skills:

You will bring your management experience of providing services to women experiencing Domestic Violence and Abuse including VAWG. With a significant experience of managing, developing and leading teams across a geographically dispersed region and remotely, including harnessing the strengths and potential of staff at all levels, building a strong team culture and maintaining staff motivation, particularly through periods of change. You will have substantial delivery of collaborative working with external agencies, stakeholders, subcontracted partners and extensive management of frontline workers

About the role

In this role, you'll play a key part in upskilling practitioners who support victims and witnesses of crime, helping them develop the soft skills needed to make a meaningful impact. You'll be at the forefront of modern learning design, applying contemporary thinking and innovative approaches to shape materials that are both practical and powerful. ​The Role

​Corporate partnerships provide a vital source of income at Greenhouse Sports. The priority for the Corporate Partnerships Team is to further grow income, with an ambitious target of £1.1 million in 2025/26 - a 30% increase on the previous year.

​The Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in realising this new income, whilst diversifying the pipeline and strengthening existing relationships through superior cultivation and stewardship.

The Person

• Identifying and qualifying new partnership leads that demonstrate clear value alignment with Greenhouse Sports, building a substantial pipeline that you will own and drive forward.
• Planning, developing and delivering cultivation journeys for strong leads to secure five- and six- figure corporate partnerships.
• Leading on meetings with new business prospects.
• Designing and creating partnership proposals, presentations and/ or pitches for potential new partners.
• Leading on the renewal of existing five- and six- figure partnerships, developing clear stewardship plans that strengthen relationships and maximise opportunities for growth.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams across the organisation.
• Excelling at use of our CRM (Beacon) and ensuring it’s kept up-to-date.
