Role purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the National Programme Team with the implementation of operational plans that deliver successful national skills competitions. Summary of terms and conditions

· The salary for this role is £28,000.

Key Responsibilities

Summary
This is a new role leading the strategic use of marketing and communications to advance Challenge Works’ social impact mission and commercial objectives.
You will serve as the organisation’s senior lead on marketing and communications, acting as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, and reporting into a member of our Senior Leadership Team.
There are two key strands to the role.

We offer round-the-clock, expert care to local patients with a life-limiting illness, both in their own homes and in our In-Patient Unit. We’re looking for a Stories and Content Officer to join our team
Salary: Circa £32,000
Base: Central Edinburgh/hybrid
Hours: Full time and permanent. 35 hours a week over core working hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The office is open 8am - 7pm daily and our hybrid working policy requires all full-time employees to work at least two days a week in the Edinburgh office. Working hours can be adapted for the right candidate.

Benefits
As part of our annual leave policy, all employees receive three additional days of annual leave on top of their standard allocation of 25 days.
