An exciting opportunity has arisen at Age UK for a Product Executive to join our Lottery and Raffles Marketing team (part of the wider Fundraising team), working across a variety of projects to contribute to the overall growth of the Age UK Lotteries programme. This position is offered on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Our Lotteries programme was set up in 2003 and has continued to provide an essential stream of revenue for our Charity, enabling us to help older people who need us the most.
As Product Executive, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will demonstrate exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure the successful delivery of our campaigns.
Within this role you'll assist in the development and monitoring of Private Site activity, including mystery shopping, compliance reviews, invoicing, attrition, and entry level analysis, working closely with other members of the Lottery and Raffle team.
Strong communication and empathy skills are vital, as you'll be monitoring inbound calls, helping to optimise stewardship emails and letters and monitor complaints in co-ordination with the Product Manager and our supporter engagement team. You will also assist with the development of an outbound telemarketing campaign for entry upgrades.
You will support the marketing team with testimonials/winners' imagery to help to engage our players and carry out regular competitor reviews and market research.
We follow the regulatory framework issued by the Gambling Commission to ensure safe practices are followed therefore, regular quality management and checking accuracy of reporting is essential to this role.
This role offers hybrid working between home and London (EC3N 2LB). Currently the Fundraising team attend our office near Tower Hill every Thursday, so you would be expected to do the same. Age UK does not pay travel costs to the office.

About the role:
As our Finance Manager you will be at the heart of the charity’s operations and play a vital role in helping to achieve our strategic objectives. Working closely with the Director of Operations and CEO, your role and expertise will be pivotal in driving excellence and integrity in financial management and strategic financial decision-making.
Your responsibilities will be to lead the entire financial lifecycle, from budgeting and forecasting, to the delivery of WellChild’s audit and the production of the charity’s Annual Report & Accounts to the appropriate standards.
What are we looking for:
You will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record of financial management and a solid understanding of charity accounting (including SORP and Charity VAT) and statutory accounts preparation. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the charity to support robust financial governance and ensure transparency in the management of financial operations. Your ability to interpret, analyse and communicate financial data will be key in informing decision-making and presenting clear, accessible reports to a range of stakeholders, including trustees and funders.
You will be confident using financial systems and tools such as Sage 50, Excel, and spreadsheets, and will consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you will be able to work independently while upholding the values and integrity of the organisation.

Job Summary
The Leadership Programme Manager will oversee the development of a leadership programme and its rollout through establishing sustainable digital hubs, and providing training to women leaders and male allies. The role will work closely with the PMEL Manager, Provincial Coordinator, church leaders and a team of trainers, to develop a comprehensive leadership curriculum, coordinate the training of trainers, establish online materials to create a hybrid learning model, monitor participant progress, and build networks to promote cross-participant learning and peer support. This position requires expertise in developing online training resources across multi-cultural contexts, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development
- Oversee the advancement of leadership development as a core strategic priority for MU
- Develop and implement programme strategies, resources and tools that strengthen and scale the leadership development initiative, integrating research, monitoring, evaluation and learning
- Design a leadership curriculum that meets the intended project objectives and equips women across diverse contexts, through online and hybrid learning, combining spiritual guidance with practical leadership and management skills
Programme Planning and Budgeting
- Work with PMEL Manager to design and refine M&E frameworks and specific targets
- Develop and manage work plans and budgets in line with project goals and donor requirements
- Identify an appropriate digital platform to be used to run the online aspects of the leadership development programme
- Oversee the successful purchase and use of core equipment necessary to run the digital platform
Programme Implementation and Review
- Lead and support the delivery of leadership training activities across participating dioceses
- Monitor progress against programme outcomes, ensuring high-quality implementation that is timely and within budget
- Collaborate with coordinators, trainers and church leaders to review programme content and adapt as needed for relevance and effectiveness
- Support reporting, learning and sharing of best practice across participating dioceses
- Champion safeguarding and gender empowerment throughout all stages of the project

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
This role will be based at our Head Office in Central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Role purpose
You will be a seasoned communications leader with the skills and experience of overseeing a modern, efficient and dynamic communication function to achieve tangible outcomes for people affected by bipolar. The post holder will play a pivotal role in growing Bipolar UK’s brand awareness, contributing to the wider goal of achieving a £3m+ annual turnover so we can provide peer support to even more people affected by bipolar. In autumn 2025 Bipolar UK will be hitting two major milestones, launching both a new website and a high-profile campaign: ‘Could it be bipolar?’ to speed up diagnosis from the average 9.5 years it currently takes. You will be responsible for leading these projects in 2026 and beyond.
Specific Responsibilities
Overall:
- Lead the charity’s external communications, brand, and public-facing resources.
- Manage and support delivery of the charity’s external communications and marketing strategy to increase engagement with existing and new audiences and continue to improve the charity’s profile.
- Line manage and support our Senior Communications Officer, Senior Marketing Officer, Senior Website Officer and Senior Public Policy Officer.
- Develop engaging marketing campaigns to promote awareness, advocacy and services that remain true to the lived experience of bipolar.

Digital

- Undertake social listening to ensure people living with bipolar are heard and have their voices amplified.

- Lead the charity’s proactive and reactive press engagement to maximise the charity’s reputation and brand awareness.
- Manage the relationship with our PR agency, Sway PR, and our creative agency, Lark.
- Oversee a bank of over 150 media volunteers and high-profile Ambassadors.
- Implement the Crisis Communications Policy as and when necessary.

- Support the CEO and Senior Public Policy Officer to develop and implement an effective public affairs strategy to promote Bipolar UK public policy positions and campaigns.
The post holder will be expected to:

Admin Officer – Resilient Water Accelerator
Contract: Permanent, Full time, 35 hours per week

About Resilient Water Accelerator (RWA)
The climate crisis is a water crisis. Around the world, people are feeling the effects of climate change through water, including flooding, droughts, sea level rise, and irregular rainfall. Climate change is affecting seasonal and long-term water availability, meaning we can no longer rely on rain, river flows and aquifers. The Global Commission on the Economics of Water has said that the world is facing the prospect of a 40% shortfall in freshwater by 2030; and water and wastewater contribute 10% of global emissions. To adapt to this new reality and build resilience to the impacts of climate change, we need to re-think how water resources are managed and delivered for different users over time. This provides an exciting opportunity to rethink how we create investment opportunities that promote resilient water management for people and the planet.
The Resilient Water Accelerator is designed to increase the flow of private and public finance into water projects that help the most climate-vulnerable communities build resilience to climate change. Despite the high need, only 3% of total climate finance flows go towards water. Our mission is to demonstrate the business case for increased and enhanced public and private investment in water-related deals in emerging economies that strengthen resilience for climate-vulnerable communities and are replicable so that millions more can benefit. We are working to increase the speed, scale and replicability of water investment by creating a pipeline of bankable projects, bringing together the right mix of financing with the right commercial structures and partners, and supporting improvements in the enabling environment. We are undertaking work to understand local markets and context, develop templates, shared resources, and data, to build proof of concept projects to provide a springboard for increased action on resilient water. And we are developing thought leadership on how to make water more investible.
About the RWA team
The Resilient Water Accelerator (RWA), wholly owned subsidiary of WaterAid, is a global organisation that aims to:
- Address the climate impacts on water to strengthen resilience in vulnerable communities.
- Secure greater investment from public and private sources in water infrastructure and services.
- Ensure this work can be replicated and scaled to increase long term water security.
To achieve this, we work with policy makers, experts, investors and communities to identify critical climate risks to water and shape a business case for priority projects.
We work to ensure these projects act as positive examples of a new approach to programme development in the water and climate sectors.
This role will play an essential part in delivering our international programme of work.
About the role
As our Admin Officer, you will play a critical role in our Global Platform team — helping to link the different parts of the Resilient Water Accelerator (RWA) together and co-ordinate with our partners around the world to drive sustainable change.
The Resilient Water Accelerator is a newly formed not-for-profit organisation, which, as a wholly owned subsidiary of WaterAid, means both organisations retain a close and collaborative relationship. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor as we build new structures and culture for this unique startup organisation, as it works towards delivering on its mission.
In this role, you will:
Provide support and solutions as the RWA puts in place new structures and systems
o You will work with SMT to explore the practical and regulatory steps towards building our own high-performing systems.
o Help develop solutions to interfacing with WaterAid’s systems (e.g. financial and HR).
Take the lead in engaging with WaterAid’s finance processing systems
o Process payments
o Develop contracts and due diligence
o Prepare invoices and work with the team to develop budget forecasts
o Ensure quality and consistency of our financial reporting
Support SMT and wider team
o Help with the monitoring and co-ordination of SMT meetings, action and responsibilities
o Support planning and project management across the team
o Support in the design and maintenance of a shared platform with core information and contacts, key information and core RWA documents.

Support Hiring and Training

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:

Winnall Rock School (WRS) is a grassroots youth music charity, offering free and low-cost music education to young people aged 10-18 across Winchester. Our inclusive, creative and community-led approach empowers young people to develop confidence, resilience and musical skill. We enable those facing economic disadvantage, neurodiversity, or social isolation, to express themselves and find their voice.
Since our founding in 2004, and becoming a registered charity in 2014, WRS has grown into a vital cultural fixture for Winchester's youth. Now, we are entering an exciting period of renewal and growth, and are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to help us secure the future of our work.
The Role
This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced charity professional who thrives in a multi-disciplinary role. The Operations Manager will take on day-to-day operational responsibility for the delivery of our weekly sessions and programmes, while leading our fundraising efforts to secure long-term sustainability.
The post-holder will be the main point of contact for young people, families, tutors, and partners, and will work closely with the WRS trustees and Creative Director to ensure smooth operations, continued engagement, and growing impact.
Initially, we are seeking the successful applicant to work under contract for 3 days per week for 6 months, at a daily rate of £180-£200 per day based on a 7.5 hour working day (£24-£26.60 per hour). Success in this role could lead to the post being extended beyond the initial six months.
Working Pattern
This is a hybrid role with a mix of home-based and in-person responsibilities. The successful candidate must be available every Tuesday evening during term time to attend and manage our weekly music sessions in Winchester. This includes opening and closing the venue and providing on-site operational support.
Job Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar project mangagement/fundraising role within the charity sector.
- Demonstrable success securing income from trusts, foundations and/or individual donors.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Confident communicator, with experience building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with light-touch safeguarding and youth work responsibilities.
- Able to work flexibly, including Tuesday evenings on-site in Winchester.
Desirable
- Experience in the arts, youth, education or wellbeing sectors.

- An understanding of the social value of inclusive youth music-making
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate Tuesday night sessions: open/close venue, manage registers, safeguarding and family liaison. Maintain our central database. Plan and deliver events including shows and holiday workshops; manage logistics, suppliers, venues and risk assessments. Lead fundraising from trusts and foundations; support individual giving and sponsorships; contribute to monitoring and reporting. Develop local partnerships, support communications, and represent WRS in the community. Work with trustees and Creative Director to support planning, tutor onboarding, safeguarding, and internal systems.

About the Role
As Policy Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to reduce suicide. You’ll lead the development of evidence-based policy positions, influence national and local decision-making, and ensure our voice, and the voices of people with lived experience, are heard at the highest levels. This is an exciting time to join Samaritans Scotland, as we are a lead partner in Scotland’s national suicide prevention strategy, working closely with the Scottish Government and other partners to deliver the actions in the strategy and reduce lives lost to suicide in Scotland.
Working closely with the Head of Policy and Communications, you’ll manage a Policy & Engagement Officer and collaborate with colleagues across the UK and Ireland.
Your role will be challenging and rewarding.
