  • Ensure effective collaboration with fundraising colleagues to maintain clear funder ownership and contact strategies
  • Monitor grant requirements, ensuring reports and funding conditions are delivered on time
  • Manage income and expenditure budgets, reporting regularly on performance and progress
  • Promote accurate use of fundraising systems and donor records to support effective stewardship

About You

  • Proven experience securing and growing income from grants, trusts and foundations within the charity sector
  • A strong track record of developing successful funding applications from concept through to award
  • Experience leading, developing and motivating a high-performing team
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels
  • Demonstrable success in building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external funders
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends and develop funding pipelines
  • Experience managing budgets, resources and fundraising activity effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM databases and fundraising systems
