This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of trust fundraising within a collaborative and mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prioritise existing donor lists to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with prospect research colleagues to integrate qualified leads into the central pipeline.
  • Map upcoming funding opportunities and create a calendar to support strategic team planning.
  • Ensure CRM and pipeline data is accurate, up to date, and aligned.
  • Identify and research potential new funders.
  • Support the creation and execution of cultivation plans to build new relationships.
  • Contribute to compelling proposals that align with donor interests and strategic goals.
  • Support stewardship and reporting for new and existing donors.
  • Gather impact data to contribute to funder updates and reports in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with fundraising colleagues to identify fundable projects and submit high-quality proposals and reports.
  • Coordinate with international network partners to strengthen donor relationships and proposals.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing donor pipelines within a fundraising environment.
  • Proven experience identifying and securing funding from new trust and foundation donors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, engage and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, organised, and solutions-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools to create professional proposals, reports and presentations.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, with a flexible and positive approach to change.
  • Capable of working to individual targets while contributing to shared team objectives.
  • Commitment to inclusive, values-led leadership, with an understanding of feminist principles and equity, diversity and inclusion best practice.

What’s On Offer:

  • A hybrid working pattern with 1 - 2 days per-week in the Central London office (remote options available).
  • A salary of up to £39,500 pro-rata for the successful candidate.
  • A 5-month FTC in a truly fantastic organisation.
