Who are we?

London Gypsies and Travellers (LGT) is an organisation that challenges social exclusion and discrimination, working for change in partnership with Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller people. We work with families across London Boroughs, including those living on council caravan sites, roadside camps, in bricks and mortar housing, and those experiencing homelessness.

Our Bright Futures programme offers mentoring and skills support to young Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller people aged 15–25 years. Through tailored one-to-one work, group activities and practical help, we support young people to build confidence, motivation and pride in their identity, while developing the tools they need to succeed in wider society.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Youth Project Worker to support the delivery of Bright Futures. This is a varied role that combines project coordination, outreach support, administration, and direct engagement with young people.

You’ll help keep the programme running smoothly behind the scenes while also building trusted relationships with partner services and young people and families, supporting communications, and contributing to learning and reflection.

What will the role involve?

As a Youth Project Worker, you will:

• Support the day-to-day administration of the mentoring and employability programme, including record-keeping and report preparation
• Help coordinate communications activities such as creating new material, WhatsApp updates, and social media
• Maintain and grow referral networks with employers, training providers, and community organisations
• Engage directly with young people and their families to raise awareness and encourage participation
• Hold a light caseload of mentees and support mentoring activities as needed
• Contribute to programme monitoring, evaluation, and learning

Contract Terms

WHA is an international NGO, representing over 400 civil society and patient organisation members in over 120 countries. We are committed to eliminating viral hepatitis, a devastating disease that affects more than 300 million people and is now the second most deadly infectious disease in the world.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead WHA’s delivery of the SAFEStart+ project. Focused on accelerating the elimination of mother-to-child transmission (EVT) of HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, and Chagas disease in endemic areas. The project will focus on demand generation, adoption and scale-up of innovative EVT programmes through strong community and stakeholder leadership. It will do this in part, through understanding the values and preferences of stakeholders, addressing barriers around awareness and stigma and discrimination, providing training to both community groups and health care workers and undertaking community led monitoring. These community led-activities will run alongside work in countries to strengthen health systems and supply chains and address gaps in product access.

The duties and key responsibilities of the Community Implementation Manager include:

• Plan and coordinate WHA activities related to the project to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time and funding parameters.
• Manage community implementation partners within project countries, working closely with them to develop advocacy and awareness strategies, implement community-based research , monitor budgets in line with approved policies and measure impact.
• Support the coordination of global and country community advisory boards.
• Be the main point of contact for all project partners, fostering positive working relationships to ensure effective coordination throughout the projects’ lifecycle.
• Support capacity building efforts for community groups and health care workers in project countries.
• Work with teams across WHA, including communications and advocacy, to ensure the project outcomes are being appropriately disseminated.
• Coordinate all internal and external reporting related to the project.

There will be the opportunity for occasional international travel as part of this role.

We are looking for an experienced project manager with the below skills and experience.

Desired experience

• Proven track record of delivering complex community-led projects across multiple countries or locations.
• Considerable experience in project management.
• Experience in working with community groups and with people and organisations from different cultures.
• Strong understanding of community and global health, with experience in HIV and/or maternal and child health highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a range of demand generation and awareness raising strategies.
• Experience of community-led monitoring and community-based research.
• Fluent in Spanish (desired but not essential).

The role comes with line management responsibility for a BRWC Coordinator and an administrator, ensuring operational support for the day to day delivery and efficient running of the college as well as support for tutors and students.

You will work closely alongside SEL Mind colleagues as well as our Bromley Mental Health Hub partners Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.  You will also use strong partnership working skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the borough.

You will have experience of successfully delivering learning to others and of line management in a busy, fast paced environment. A strategic, proactive approach to problem solving and planning as well as excellent organisational skills are a must. Confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of people is also required.

• Managing the consultations, admissions, branding, marketing, FF&E and uniform of all new schools
• Providing professional services to the individual schools and ensuring the Federation complies with relevant property legislation, regulations and guidance
• Assisting with the development of policies and procedures concerning the Harris Federation estate
• Assisting with the framework for all estates related statutory elements, including oversight of the implementation and reporting of audits

Changing Markets is looking for a skilled and driven Research Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a new position and a unique opportunity for a seasoned researcher to help us build evidence base to accelerate climate solutions and hold big corporate polluters accountable. The position is full-time with flexible working environment and at least three days a week in our London office, based close to Liverpool Street Station. Initially, the focus of the work will mostly be on food system transformation, so experience in that field is a plus.

The Role:

We are looking for a Research Manager with at least seven years of professional experience in developing high impact research and a track record of producing high-quality publications. All our campaigns have a strong research focus, whether market research, investigating corporate sustainability claims, supply-chain links or product-testing. Over the years, we have worked with a range of scientists, external consultants, investigators and laboratories to develop our research reports and briefings. We are now in position where we would like to bring elements of this in-house, by expanding our small team to include someone with strong technical research and writing skills, numerical and data analysis experience and someone who is confident with Excel and other more advance data processing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, implementation, and management of high-impact research projects, including writing the technical parts of our reports and helping to analyse data.

· Collect and process data that will be used to produce authoritative reports and briefings to support campaign goals and policy engagement.

· Conduct in-depth investigations into corporate sustainability and climate reporting practices, identifying greenwashing and gaps in corporate accountability.

· Collaborate with campaigners, communications specialists, and external partners to align research outputs with strategic goals.

· Oversee and quality-assure research from external consultants and collaborators.

· Track emerging trends in corporate climate and ESG disclosures to inform the organisation’s strategy.

Essential Requirements:

· Minimum 7 years of professional experience in research, with a proven track record of producing high-quality reports and publications.

· Excellent analytical skills, demonstrable aptitude for numerical work, data collection and processing

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other such programmes, including data analysis, pivot tables, and managing large datasets.

· Demonstrated expertise in corporate climate reporting, sustainability disclosures, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, SFDR, TCFD).

· Experience working within or alongside campaigning organisations or NGOs, with an understanding of how research can drive public and policy impact.

· Strong investigative skills and ability to critically assess complex corporate data and narratives.

· Excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate and interpret technical findings into compelling content for a variety of audiences.

· A self-starter with collaborative spirit and good communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in multicultural teams across geographies.

Desirable:

· Post-graduate degree in a technical and/or scientific discipline

· Experience in managing cross-border research collaborations or investigative projects.

· Passion for environmental and climate issues, with in-depth knowledge of climate science.

To develop and deliver the charity’s policy and campaigning strategy and the charity’s programme of health projects to ensure the charity achieves its key objectives.  To build engagement with the NHS, Department of Health, Parliamentarians, policy makers, think tanks, charity and patient groups to develop and deliver our campaigning strategy.  Build engagement with HCP networks and related organisations to inform and support delivery of our health information work.

To be the owner and primary point of contact for FBC’s health policy and campaigning activities, working closely with the CEO to represent the interests of the charity with decision-making bodies such as UK government and Parliament, NHS, devolved health and social care bodies and other stakeholders.  The postholder will Influence key decision makers, collaborate in initiatives and comment on policy decisions to press for higher levels of research funding, organisational changes to drive earlier diagnosis and improvements in patient experience.

The post holder will have the ability to meld impactful campaigning, political astuteness and evidence-based policymaking to drive change with demonstrable sensitivity to health inequalities and other issues that affect bladder cancer patients and their families.

They will be organised and will be able to manage several tasks at once, meeting strict deadlines.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience of both digital and grassroots campaigning, to manage our Campaigns By You campaigning. Reporting to the Head of Campaigns By You, you will create and manage campaigns, and use the platform to drive change in the UK, making our country fairer, more respectful and more sustainable.

The Campaigns By You platform is the part of 38 Degrees where the general public and partner organisations can use our free software to run campaigns on anything from saving their local community spaces to major national issues. This role is also central to helping 38 Degrees build a broad and representative movement of supporters, who regularly take action to create impact on the big issues of the day.

This job is for you if you’re passionate about making the country fairer, more respectful, and more sustainable – and if you have the skills and drive to run popular, timely, creative, impactful, people-powered campaigns to make it happen. We’re looking for a digital campaigns expert who is quick to react to the news of the day, who’s happy to pick up the phone and find the perfect case study, who’s able to manage partner relationships well and who’s able to translate complex issues into easily understandable language.

You’ll have loads of experience in digital-first campaigning, especially knowing how to use a large email list to spark activism, but also will love using a range of digital tools and platforms to give people the power to influence decision-makers.

You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of effective partnership and project management, thrive working in a fast paced reactive environment, sound judgement and good decision making, and be able to build productive, collaborative relationships at all levels that help you succeed in the CBY team, wider Impactful Campaigns Department and across the organisation as a part of the Senior Management team.

Volunteering Matters works with around 5,000 volunteers, 7,500 beneficiaries and 60 projects throughout England, Scotland and Wales each year.  At present, records are locally managed, relying on project-based IT solutions to record and report on activities.  To improve our efficiency in this area, we will be introducing a new digital platform for use across our work.  In spring 2025, we will be inviting potential providers to tender, asking them to tell us how they can work with us to develop an organisational-wide digital management tool that helps us manage our volunteers and activities more effectively.

In this role, you will operationally manage the activities and tasks outlined in the CRM project plan, working closely with the Head of Volunteering & Engagement, the CRM Strategic group and the CRM Working group.  The project plan includes four stages: (1) Understanding/prioritising our organisational needs, (2) Mapping potential providers, (3) Commissioning and deciding on a provider, (4) Implementation of a new system. We are currently at Stage 2, moving into Stage 3. 

This is a fixed term role with a two-year commitment (18 month contract) and delivery plan.  You will work closely with the National Volunteer Engagement Manager to help embed the new VMS or CRM across our delivery team, working practically and equitably with colleagues to understand any individual challenges or needs and finding appropriate ways to support them. 

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive CRM Project Manager to lead the next phase of our CRM development project.

You’ll operationally manage the delivery of our CRM plan, support the commissioning of a new system, and develop and drive forward a clear implementation strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth delivery, while coordinating training, ensuring compliance, and embedding inclusive practices.

SANE is a UK-wide mental health charity working to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by mental illness. About the role:

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Youth Support and Project Officer to join our SANEline Services team with a dedicated focus on supporting young people affected by mental health.
 

In this role you will;

- Deliver emotional support and to both adults and young people

- Shape and lead on a youth helpline and/or written service

- Liaise with external agencies and services

- Help build and shape youth focused services at SANE

You will bring;

- Experience of supporting young people with mental health needs ideally in complex situations

The role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with Cruse in partnership with SGN to support people experiencing a bereavement, with help and information to alleviate fuel poverty, enabling them to maintain a safe and warm home.

The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively across Cruse with our communications team, finance team, data team and service teams, to help extend the reach of these valuable services to bereaved people. This includes upskilling staff and volunteers with regard to fuel poverty, with training information and resources. Develop and support drop-in sessions, groups and community events. Raising awareness through communications / digital / newsletters etc and Providing monitoring reports to evaluation the services provided.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Virtual Events Team and contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of virtual events through effective acquisition campaigns and outstanding supporter experiences.

As Virtual Events Manager (Projects), you’ll help craft meaningful supporter journeys across email, SMS and other channels, using research and insights to inform your approach. The Pembroke Academy of Music (PAM) is an open-access music education programme with a vision that all young people should have the opportunity to learn and grow through high-quality engagement with music.
