As the Challenge Events Executive, you will coordinate a portfolio of third-party challenge events that drive participation and income. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all challenge events within your portfolio – delivering marketing plans that drive participant numbers, and stewardship journeys that provide excellent supporter experiences and maximise income.

Reporting to the Head of Donor Acquisition and Retention (HODAR) and working within the Fundraising team, the Legacy and In Memory Lead is responsible for managing implementation of the Hospice’s legacy (gifts in Wills) and in memory strategies and developing annual delivery plans. The post holder will strategically plan and deliver promotional and stewardship activity, as well as ensuring provision of an excellent supporter experience, to achieve budget net income across these income streams and grow our active support base, including numbers of known supporters who would consider or have already pledged a gift in their Will to the Hospice.
The Legacy and In Memory Lead will work closely with the Individual Giving Lead to ensure appropriate coordination of planned activities involving existing and prospective individual giving, legacy and in memory audiences. The post holder will also work closely with the HODAR to help inform the development of departmental strategies.
The successful candidate will have significant demonstrable and relevant experience of in memory and/or legacy fundraising and developing in memory products. You will have experience in using a variety of on and offline channels to deliver successful marketing campaigns to both acquire and develop donors. You will have demonstrable experience of managing targets and income and expenditure budgets.
This is a permanent position with flexible hybrid working, based 4 days from their Essex offices. The salary is £28750.42 to £37,293.98 depending on experience.

The team help to support the progression and retention of students facing challenges throughout their time at the College and is committed to enhancing the complete student experience. This role is full time, initially for 4 weeks, with the potential of extension to 8 weeks.
As a Disability Adviser, you will establish, deliver and monitor high quality, expert advice and support for postgraduate taught and research students with disabilities, including mental health and general health conditions. Your work will be centred on assessing the needs of their incoming student cohort, proactively liaising with colleagues across the College to anticipate reasonable adjustments and implement support opportunities, supporting funding applications via 1:1 and group appointments, and updating web pages and social media information.
To be considered for this role you will, have knowledge and understanding of student disability issues including an up-to-date understanding of the Equality Act and other relevant legislation and frameworks, specifically, the College's responsibilities within these areas. Prospectus is delighted to be collaborating with a non profit environmental think tank, developing research and analysis related to ecological limits, to recruit for an Interim Head of Communications on a 6 month contract. This role can be based in London or predominantly remotely, with an expectation for some regular in-person engagement at their London office (preference for 2 days per week in the office but some flexibility with this). This department operates with a largely outsourced model - this is a stand alone role with no internal team to manage (just external agencies). The Interim Head will be responsible for strategic communications and ensuring messages are delivered to key audiences, monitoring emerging trends and driving brand awareness. Prospectus are excited to be working exclusively with Abt Global Britain to help them recruit for a Business Development Manager (FCDO Commercial Contracts) to join their team. They work with the UK Government and other international development funders as we apply our technical expertise to complex problems and improve the quality of people’s lives around the globe.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis paying a salary between £40,000 to £50,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements at their London office.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Business Growth, this new role will be responsible for supporting Abt Britain to scale its work in the UK through the acquisition of new business. They will enable Abt to position effectively for new opportunities and to lead and manage proposal efforts. The post holder will be expected to build and manage strategic partnerships and support the development of efficient and effective business development systems and processes.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable business development experience, including capture, proposal writing and proposal management, preferably on winning proposals for FCDO commercial contracts. They are looking for someone with demonstrable knowledge of and experience with preparing bids, negotiating, and managing 7 & 8 figure FCDO contracts. The Ideal candidate will have knowledge of bidding for governance, climate/environment, or economic growth opportunities.
