Collaborating with visiting staff, you will ensure each young person receives the care they need, both during and after their time on the farm.

Location: This role is based in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the service is a short walk from Ladbroke Grove (Circle and Hammersmith) station. Unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota which can range between 09:00 - 17:00 or 13:00 - 21:00. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays. 

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will support in providing our residents with the support needed to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals in a person centred approach. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings
• Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to their needs
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies
• Encourage residents to take part in activities and events such as movie nights, cooking evenings, and games nights
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary

About You

We're looking for someone who has a true passion to support those who have multiple and complex needs, with a drive to help support those who suffer with homelessness, mental health, and substance use. You will be able to build rapport and trusting relations in a professional setting, and able to build positive outcomes. You will have an adaptable and flexible approach to helping others, with an understanding that each individual has different levels and types of support needs. 

• Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector, particularly around multiple and complex needs
• Ability to show empathy and compassion to our residents, and different challenges they face
• Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
• Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents

HFEH Mind has an exciting part-time opportunity for a creative lead on our new project focusing on the intersect between climate change and young people’s mental health. The London Mental Health and Climate Coalition is a 3 year National Lottery project which includes various partners, who are coming together to connect climate action with mental wellbeing.

 We are looking for someone with experience in creating youth focussed media or content and an interest in climate action and/or mental health. No prior experience in climate change action or mental health is required.

- Creating both long and short form content for our social media platforms which will be distributed across the Thrive LND partnership.

Our client's Assertive Contact and Engagement (ACE) Service works with people with mental health needs who face barriers to support, and are not actively engaged with other mental health services. They operate across Bristol supporting people and communities that may have had difficulty accessing services that fully meet their needs in the past. 

Working within their ACE team offers a unique opportunity to work creatively, and shape the provision for clients while working alongside another Clinical Psychologist.

The ACE Clinical Psychologist provides clinical leadership to the service as well as delivering therapy in a psychologically-led, trauma-informed mental health engagement service. The ACE service provides home- or community-based support/social interventions and location-based therapy for people who would otherwise need statutory mental health services, but who experience barriers such as multiple/chronic exclusion, complex trauma, personality disorder, and so-called ‘chaotic behaviours’ that would likely make current statutory services inaccessible for them. Key aspects of the role include:

• Provide clinical leadership for the service.
• Lead, line manage and deliver the therapy aspect of the service.
• Lead and provide psychological assessments, formulations and interventions in group and one-to-one settings.
• Work in close partnership with the Service Manager and other managers to ensure that all aspects of the service are fully psychologically informed.

This post is offered on a part time basis (30 hours per week), to include Tuesdays and a strong preference for Fridays, with other days to be agreed. 

About you

Our client is looking for a Psychologist with a passion for working with individuals and groups who face inequalities in accessing substance use and / or mental health services; and for developing services that are fully responsive to their needs.

You will also be experienced in supporting staff (psychologists and/or non-qualified staff) who are working with clients who experience complex trauma, substance use and homelessness – to foster psychological ideas and interventions.

We are recruiting a part-time, multilingual counsellor to provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic support to young people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, with a particular focus on refugees and people seeking asylum. You will be passionate about providing culturally competent therapy with a strong understanding of the mental health needs of marginalised communities, particularly refugees and people seeking asylum. Step Forward is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Service Lead to join our multi-disciplinary team supporting young people aged 11–25 with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Working closely with the CEO and Operations Manager, the postholder will help shape the strategic direction of the therapeutic service in line with organisational priorities. You will contribute to the smooth, safe, and effective delivery of the therapeutic service, ensuring it remains accessible, responsive, and relevant to local young people.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

A stimulating and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Practitioner Psychologist with a Forensic background. You will work alongside the Group Psychological Lead and other members of the team within our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) to deliver psychological services to residents and staff. In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge in building new teams and expand our operational delivery within our IAP. You will play a strategic role in our organisational growth with new services, with a focus on shaping service delivery; offering specialist advice, supervising assistant psychologists and postgraduate research.

Our IAP's support residents who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. They are given support and guidance to aid their reablement, resettlement and rehabilitation post prison. You will contribute towards them achieving goals necessary for their personal development and move on within the community. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing high quality psychological services, contributing to the delivery of Approved Premises aims as specified by the Ministry of Justice.
• Ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
• Demonstrating clinical leadership by setting direction for the psychological service and driving high standards for quality, safety and ongoing improvement.

The Training & Events Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support for training programmes and events at the bpf. The role encompasses coordinating the entire trainee journey—from application and onboarding to evaluations and reporting—ensuring efficient, compliant, and learner-focused processes. Duties include coordinating with managers and staff, handling programme administration, applicant and trainee communications, maintaining records, overseeing selection, and supporting event delivery. Some evening and weekend work will be required, with time off in lieu provided.
