About the role 

We are seeking a visionary Head of Clinical Services with a deep passion for survivor-centred healing to lead the strategic development and implementation of our therapeutic services. The Finance Officer will work within the Finance Department to provide essential day today financial processing, support and advice. Key Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of processes and systems to ensure the smooth running of the finance function including adding new suppliers and customers to the system
• To be responsible for keeping up to date and accurate records of financial transactions on Excel and the accounting system
• To raise and issue sales invoices, follow up outstanding invoices and resolve any issues.
• To liaise with suppliers and creditors to maintain relationships as part of cash flow management.
• To check and reconcile purchase invoices ready for payment, to investigate and resolve any issues.

• To complete regular bank, Petty cash and credit card reconciliations.

• Undertake other duties as requested by line manager that contribute to Trust strategies.

A leading national charity at the forefront of reproductive healthcare is seeking a compassionate and strategic clinical leader to join its Executive Team as Chief Medical Officer. Each year, this organisation supports over 100,000 women and couples across more than 55 clinics, with the vast majority of services funded by the NHS. In addition to abortion care, the charity also provides contraception, STI screening, counselling, vasectomy, and contact centre support to ensure faster access to care.

The Role

The Chief Medical Officer will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, with responsibility for the clinical strategy and medical workforce. They will act as the organisation’s Responsible Officer, overseeing professional standards and revalidation, while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical governance are maintained.

Working in close partnership with the Chief Clinical Officer and Deputy Chief of Nursing, Midwifery and Quality, the postholder will co-lead the development and delivery of clinical strategy, ensuring services are ethical, sustainable, and firmly grounded in person-centred care. They will also provide expert clinical advice to the Board and offer visible leadership across the organisation.

Externally, the Chief Medical Officer will act as an ambassador, engaging with regulators, NHS partners, academic institutions and professional bodies to influence change, build collaboration, and advocate for reproductive rights.

The Person

The organisation is looking for a values-driven leader with strong clinical credibility, operational insight, and a deep commitment to this vital area of healthcare. Candidates will bring:

• Full registration with the GMC and evidence of revalidation

• Completion of Responsible Officer training, or willingness to complete this on appointment

• Significant experience leading senior medical teams within complex healthcare settings

• A strong background in women’s reproductive health, including abortion and contraception

The Role

As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the financial strategy and operations of LTM, ensuring robust financial management, governance, and performance. This is a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting directly to the Director and attending all Board meetings. You will also deputise for the Director when required.

This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership. You will be a moderniser—driving transformation, leading negotiations, overseeing broader business support functions, and contribute to LTM50, including capital programme oversight. You will be the face of financial and business systems at LTM, helping to deliver a future-fit museum aligned with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of LTM’s overall budget, ensuring financial sustainability across short, medium, and long-term goals
• Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, reporting, and compliance with statutory, charity, and TfL requirements
• Deliver timely and accurate statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Lead business support functions and liaise with TfL departments including HR, Procurement, Reward, Tech and Data and Finance
• Provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Trustees, SLT, and wider teams
• Represent LTM in financial negotiations with external partners and suppliers
• Champion a high-performing, inclusive finance team—setting clear goals, recognising success, and modelling LTM’s values
• Collaborate closely with TfL Finance to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Ensure all financial and legal obligations are met and policies are up to date and followed

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in senior finance leadership roles within complex organisations, and will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience at Board level and ability to work in collaboration with Trustees and colleagues;
• Understanding and experience of strategic risk management, finance audit and internal controls;
• Broad operational knowledge including digital transformation, estates, and HR;
• Experience navigating challenging financial climates and driving efficiencies.

We're seeking a Freelance Women Off to Work (WOW) Employment & Training Officer to play a key role in engaging and recruiting local women onto this popular employability programme, and supporting them to access accredited and non-accredited training courses through inclusive outreach, programme support, co-design of training opportunities and workshops.

We are delighted to have been awarded funding by the National Lottery to deliver a third phase of our incredibly popular Women Off to Work (WOW) programme. Since 2017, WOW has supported hundreds of local women from predominantly Global Majority communities through holistic training and pathways into work programme.

WoW delivers a blend of life and vocational skills training, promoting general employability and improved wellbeing through work experience placements, internships, job brokerage, practical advice on self-employment and micro-businesses, ESOL classes and more. The successful candidate will have:

• Full membership of CIMA, CCAB or equivalent, with post-qualification experience.
• A strong technical background with proven experience in capital accounting, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Demonstrable experience of managing and developing staff.
• The ability to communicate complex financial information to a wide range of stakeholders, both financial and non-financial.
• Experience of treasury, audit or statutory accounts would be advantageous.
• Ideally, a background in the public sector, but this is not essential.

Oasis Southampton City Farm is a community focused registered charity working in Southampton. We provide a range of supportive, wellbeing boosting, and nature-based activities for our communities, which include young people and adult learners with disabilities.

We are looking for a Community Gardening Assistant who will support the Farm Lead and community development lead for Southampton in delivering the vision for the farm, the oasis academies, and its wider community by supporting the growth of the farms garden project, as well as community gardens across the city. These tasks will include:

 · Delivering garden based educational and wellbeing boosting activities

· Working alongside our volunteers, young people, and adults with learning disabilities to care for the garden by planting, watering, and sowing.

· To work with Oasis Academies across the city, as well as partner organisations, to support the creation of community garden spaces to boost wellbeing across the city.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

· Relevant qualifications or experience in horticulture

· The flexibility to work across the week,

· Proven ability to work alongside others in projects that work with the public.
