About the role
The postholder will report into the Head of Procurement and will lead procurement projects, introduce innovative solutions, and analyse in detail best practice opportunities available to mitigate risks, optimise value, add and manage the total cost of ownership dynamic.
To make this happen, the postholder will work closely with key stakeholders in the business to plan, develop strategies and run end to end procurement activities which will also include supplier relationship management for operationally critical services. A strong focus is placed on ethics, sustainability as well as equity, diversity, and inclusion in carrying out the role. About the Role
In this role you will research and develop new business opportunities in line with our funding priorities and manage a portfolio of statutory and grant opportunities and funders.
