What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll work directly with children, young people and families who have experienced trauma, delivering high-quality psychological interventions as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll balance clinical work with supervision, collaboration and contributing to service development, helping ensure our work is effective, evidence-based and centred on the needs of those we support.
- Deliver trauma-informed clinical interventions (1:1, family and group work)

- A recognised clinical qualification with current professional registration (e.g. HCPC, UKCP, NMC, ACP or BACP)

- Training in evidence-based approaches such as TF-CBT, MBT-CYP or parenting interventions
- Experience working within multidisciplinary and multi-agency systems
- Confidence in assessment, formulation and outcome-focused practice
- Experience of supervising or supporting trainees (or readiness to do so)

Key details
Hours: Part-time (22 Hours per week) Including Wednesday. Usual working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00.

About the role
Join Macmillan Cancer Support as a Senior External Affairs Adviser, where you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering impactful change propositions and external affairs strategies across the UK. About the role
As our Programme Support and Knowledge Director, you will play a key role in delivering our mission by providing strategic leadership to the PSK team and the wider IPD, as part of the department’s SMT. To get there, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner to support the growth of our Programme Offices and Advancement Offices in Europe and Africa. You will serve as a bridge between regional and global leaders, ensuring we are aligned to our ambitious global mission and priorities. You will develop a strategic HR function for the region that supports talent acquisition and development, embeds our culture of agility and partnership, data-driven decision-making and spiritual formation.
You will bring outstanding HR business partnering experience at progressively senior levels, ideally within complex, matrixed and global organizations, a passion for justice and a mature Christian faith.
