As Service Manager for our Lambeth PRS and Refugee Resettlement services (maternity cover), you’ll step into a visible, high-impact leadership role overseeing two established teams supporting families resettled in Lambeth through government refugee schemes and people transitioning from rough sleeping into private rented or social housing.

Day to day, you’ll be leading and developing a team of eight Support Workers, setting the standard for high-quality, trauma-informed and strengths-based support. You’ll hold oversight of complex casework, safeguarding and risk, maintain strong relationships with Lambeth commissioners and pathway partners, and ensure performance and reporting are on track.

You’ll balance operational grip with strategic oversight — using data to spot trends, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring clients are not only sustaining their tenancies but building confidence, connection and independence in their communities.

Right to Remain is a national migration justice organisation, working with hundreds of communities and groups across the UK. About the role

This role is for an experienced Communications Officer who wants to put their skills to work supporting Right to Remain to build knowledge, radical solidarity and power in the face of escalating attacks on the rights and dignity of migrants, refugees, and people seeking asylum.

You will use strategic, thoughtful communications to amplify lived experience of the asylum and immigration system, showcase grassroots organising, and promote our expert public legal education resources and training. Your work will empower more people to understand and exercise their rights, and support grassroots community groups and allies to guide, and stand in solidarity with, people navigating the hostile asylum and immigration system.

You will have experience building and engaging communities around social justice through targeted digital communications. Day to day, you will collaborate within our small team to produce email, social and web content that demystifies public legal knowledge and showcases community power. You will also co-create content with These Walls Must Fall campaigners to share their stories, and help set out the impact of political decisions in the press. 

About you

You are an experienced communicator with excellent written skills and a strong ability to develop clear, engaging messages for different audiences.

You bring a genuine commitment to migration justice and care deeply about centring the voices of people with lived experience.

This is not an entry-level role. You are confident working independently within a small, collaborative team, taking guidance while proactively identifying priorities, opportunities, and risks. We’ll give you creative freedom, and your work will have a tangible impact in helping our organisation develop at a crucial time.

These two new roles will add capacity to our Outreach Support work, joining two colleagues who are currently supporting people to access private rented accommodation as part of the Refugee Homelessness Prevention Project across Greater Manchester.

This area of work is relatively new to Boaz, and is continuing after a successful pilot last year (a GMCA funded project, as part of their Refugee Welcome Programme). Through this pilot, we worked with over 200 people and supported 92 people to move into accommodation and sustain a tenancy. We saw referrals continue to rise last year, and know that this work is needed now more than ever.

The two new roles will involve working with single adults recently granted refugee status who have been assessed as having no priority need following a homelessness assessment and are rough sleeping, at risk of rough sleeping, or living in off-the-streets accommodation. The successful candidates will also work with families who have been granted refugee status and who are living in asylum hotels or temporary accommodation and need support to find onward accommodation. 

In accordance with the Christian ethos and values of the Boaz Trust, the Support Worker is responsible for participating in the successful delivery of a frontline support service working with people who are facing homelessness after being granted refugee status:

The post holder will:

• provide practical and holistic support to people with refugee status who are referred into the project (individuals and families)
• build positive and productive relationships with colleagues in local authorities, housing providers, landlords and voluntary sector organisations
• play a supportive and collaborative role working alongside the wider staff team.

We're looking for two candidates with:

• Experience working to support marginalised people from diverse backgrounds in a casework role in a housing or homelessness context
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, including communicating with those whose first language is not English
• An empathetic and patient approach when working with people.

About the role

The Therapeutic Service Programme Manager provides strategic leadership and clinical governance for the Refugee Council’s therapeutic programmes, ensuring safe, high-quality care for separated children, adults and families seeking asylum.

As a Therapeutic Service Programme Manager, you will:

• Maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance
• Oversee all clinical decisions, referral pathways and service integration with advice and casework

The Community Engagement & Participation Coordinator will support SLRA’s participation work to ensure that the migrant individuals and communities we work with influence the decisions that affect their lives. SLRA’s work to influence local and national policy and practice is well established, and the post holder will coordinate our Community Leaders group which meets monthly to discuss issues affecting the lives of migrant individuals and communities and to build power and organise. The Coordinator will ensure that well established partnerships continue to develop and build power, as well as ensure that policy and participation work reflects and responds to any new changes in immigration policy that affects the lives of the SLRA community.

This is a new post that responds to a clear and pressing need. Over many years of working alongside people recently granted refugee status, we have seen how the moment of transition, when someone leaves asylum accommodation and tries to find a home of their own, can significantly impact the opportunity to build a stable life. Too often, people face this period with little support, or relying on friends, volunteers and organisations who want to help but aren't always sure how, especially in such a rapidly changing environment. This role exists to change that.

Through our Refugee Homelessness Prevention Project we want to build on the learning and experience we’ve gained over the last 20 years and increase our impact in local communities across Greater Manchester. We are therefore looking for an experienced trainer who is proactive, well‑organised and able to build strong relationships in local communities.

This is a varied and community‑focused role, suitable for someone who is comfortable facilitating training, enjoys meeting people in a range of settings and is keen to help others feel confident in offering housing‑related guidance.

In accordance with the Christian ethos and values of Boaz Trust, the Housing Access Training and Development Officer is responsible for developing and delivering a training and resources programme that builds the capacity of organisations and communities across Greater Manchester to support people recently granted refugee status in accessing private rented accommodation.

The post holder will:

• develop and deliver practical, accessible training for a range of audiences which could include faith communities, VCSE organisations and mainstream homelessness services
• develop and maintain our suite of housing resources and tools that equip non-specialist supporters to help refugees navigate the private rented sector with knowledge and confidence
• build positive and productive relationships with organisations, networks and partners across al ten Greater Manchester boroughs as a representative of Boaz Trust.

About the role

The Learning & Development Administrator provides administrative and coordination support across learning, development, and workforce planning activities. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the role ensures statutory and mandatory training compliance is monitored, training programmes are coordinated, and accurate workforce and skills data is maintained.

The postholder plays a key role in supporting both project and non-project roles by contributing to training needs analysis, updating the organisational skills database, and matching workforce skills to role requirements. This ensures that capability gaps are identified and addressed across the organisation, not only during project mobilisation and closure but also in ongoing service delivery.

About the Role

The Director of Programmes is a new senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the integration, effectiveness, and evidence-based delivery of Screen Share's sector-leading programmes. The role sits at the heart of the charity and will oversee the development and execution of programmatic plans that deliver our new organisational strategy. It will oversee and advance our key programme areas, including digital access, digital skills, digital connectivity and IT repair.

The Director of Programmes will play a crucial role in translating strategic objectives into clear operational outcomes, overseeing the performance of programme managers, and leading a collaborative approach to programme delivery across the organisation. They will also deputise for the CEO, ensuring strong organisational leadership as the charity continues to grow and mature. 

The Director of Programmes will also champion the integration of lived experience leadership throughout the organisation, ensuring that the perspectives and expertise of refugees and those with lived experience of digital exclusion are embedded within programme design, delivery, decision-making and strategic direction at Screen Share.

This is a full-time Chief Exec role offering an exciting time to join an organisation making

a huge impact with minimal resources. As the Organisation enters its tenth year,

regrettably the need for this work has never been greater and in addition to enhancing

existing projects, we plan to grow our Dignity Centre locations as well as expand our

outreach and impact in the coming two to five years. As a small charity, the role is

incredibly varied as well as hands-on. While there is no physical back office, meaning

the role is mostly from home/remote, the CEO spends sustained periods of time in our

projects in Nicosia, Cyprus and Bournemouth, UK as well as any new or potential

project sites in the UK and abroad. A typical day could include troubleshooting and

managing maintenance problems at distance for our projects in Nicosia and

Bournemouth, preparing and delivering interviews and presentations to the media or for

donors, calling volunteers to prepare them for collaborating with us and collating

indicator data for impact reports.

• Salary: £36,500 - £42,500 gross per annum (full-time equivalent[KL1] ), dependent on experience.

Safe Passage International (SPI) is recruiting a Digital Mobilisation Manager (Campaigns and Communications) part of both the Campaigns & Communications team and Fundraising team to support and to enable continuing and sustainable growth in our ground-breaking work to ensure that safe routes to sanctuary exist for all people seeking asylum. This role is crucial in enabling continued and sustainable growth in our groundbreaking work to ensure that safe routes to sanctuary exist for all refugees

The Digital Mobilisation Manager will lead Safe Passage’s digital programme, sitting within both our Fundraising and Campaigns teams. They will mobilise supporters through timely actions; manage, develop and grow our digital channels strategically; and be at the centre of meeting our fundraising and campaign goals. They will lead on the development of our digital strategy with oversight from the leadership team, implementing it through expert, hands-on content creation.  

This post is an exciting role, responsible for mobilising campaign actions and helping raise the money needed for Safe Passage to do its important work. You will bring a passion for digital developments and action, motivated to advance refugee rights and support the campaigns and fundraising team with team objectives.  The successful candidate will be proactively progressing digital opportunities and innovations. This is a crucial role for Safe Passage International and an opportunity for the successful candidate to help develop the organisation, mobilising supporter actions to support campaigns and fundraising goals. 

You will work as part of a collaborative Campaigns and Communications Team, Fundraising Team and closely with colleagues across Safe Passage International, including teams in the UK, Greece, and France.

We are looking for good transferrable leadership and organisational skills, as detailed in the

Person Specification. Experience in a similar role would be welcome, but this could also be your first paid position in the NGO sector, or you could be returning to work after time out. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a senior fundraiser / income-generation specialist with the ambition to grow and diversify our income streams sustainably. Income generation and external partnerships

• Hold overall accountability for income generation across trusts and foundations, statutory funding, corporate partnerships, major donors and community fundraising.
• Developer and deliver a statutory fundraising strategy to maximise income from government, NHS, lottery and public sector funders.
• Lead and write high-quality funding bids, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and operational teams to shape compelling programme proposals.

• Working closely with the CEO, lead the development and delivery of an integrated Fundraising Strategy that supports organisational priorities, financial sustainability and long-term partnerships.

Person Specification:

Role Specific Competencies

• Significant experience leading high-value fundraising across multiple income streams, with a strong track record of income growth in a large charity.
• Demonstrable success securing and stewarding 6- and 7-figure partnerships or donations from corporate partners, trusts/foundations, statutory funders and/or major donors.
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels, balancing leadership with selective frontline fundraising.
• Experience managing senior fundraisers or managers with responsibility for discrete income streams.
• Strong strategic, financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, performance management and risk assessment.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills, with credibility at senior levels internally and externally.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and compellingly to a range of audiences, including trustees.
• Experience working effectively across an organisation and with senior leadership teams.

As Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will bring together fundraising, communications and impact to tell a powerful, credible story about Young Roots’ work and to unlock new, high-value funding. You will work closely with the CEO and trustees to position the organisation strategically, grow our profile, and build relationships with major donors and other senior partners.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both setting direction and making things happen. You will personally lead high-value fundraising and strategic communications, while enabling and supporting a skilled team to deliver across trusts, individual giving, engagement and impact reporting. As a member of the Leadership Group, you will help shape organisational strategy, culture and long-term sustainability.

About you

You will bring senior experience in fundraising and/or communications within a charity or mission-driven organisation, with a strong track record of raising profile, engagement or income.
