About the role

This is a new role in the Children on the Edge team, working to maximise fundraising from community fundraisers (in schools, groups, clubs and faith groups), third party fundraisers and challenge event fundraisers. 2026 will be our largest ever team of runners for the London Marathon and London Landmarks. You will help to inspire and steward this fantastic team of 17 runners. A small but mighty team of runners who are raring to go!

About you

To be successful in this role you will have an enthusiasm and understanding of challenge event fundraising, third party fundraisers and community fundraising.

You will have excellent communication skills, and you’re a natural people-person who is happy to be hands on. Each day will vary, from picking up the phone to talk with fundraisers, to running an energetic cheer point for runners, to visiting a primary school to speak about children living on the edge - in all these environments and more you will thrive in making meaningful connections with our fundraisers, of all ages! About the role
As our Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Officer, you will play a key role in delivering inspiring campaigns and stewarding supporters who give in memory or through legacies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver engaging legacy and in memory fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
Oversee campaign delivery, from data management and scheduling to stakeholder coordination and performance analysis.
Develop tailored supporter communications, personalised journeys, and inspiring stewardship activities.
Write compelling copy and gather supporter stories to bring campaigns to life.

About you
You will bring proven experience in planning and delivering fundraising or marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of legacy fundraising, individual giving, in memory giving, or a closely related area. Confident in copywriting and editing, you’ll be able to tailor messaging to different audiences and inspire supporters through engaging communications.

Organised and proactive, you will thrive when managing multiple projects and deadlines, balancing attention to detail with the bigger picture. You’ll also be confident in analysing data to extract insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve campaign performance.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and able to adapt your approach to ensure both excellent supporter experiences and the achievement of campaign KPIs. Experience with CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics), international charities or humanitarian aid, managing print campaigns, or delivering stewardship events would be an advantage.

Personally, you will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships. The purpose of the role

The Mass Market team’s mission is to inspire the UK public to financially support the IRC to help people impacted by conflict and disaster. The purpose of this role is to support the Director, Mass Markets by implementing the Retention strategy in order to generate long-term sustainable growth, cultivate a loyal and engaged donor base and maximise net revenue.

As Retention Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for annual operational planning and delivery across for the retention programme, including for emergency appeals. You will work closely with the Director, Mass Markets to create and manage significant annual budgets, ensuring return on investment is maximised at all times. Supported by the Retention Marketing Executive, you will oversee all campaign activity, ensuring that it meets the strategic objectives and financial goals of the department.

Key accountabilities

Strategy and planning

• Support the Director, Mass Markets in the development and delivery of the retention strategy and priorities
• Identify, scope and deliver new and innovative opportunities that advance the retention strategy
• Manage retention operational planning, including leading annual, quarterly and monthly planning sessions, defining key deliverables and ensuring all activity supports the aims of the retention strategy
• Manage the monitoring and reporting framework to track performance against strategic objectives
• Identify and brief support requirements with internal and external partners in order to maximise activity and ensure the smooth running of back-office operations

• Lead on tracking and reconciling retention income and expenditure budget lines, providing variance reporting to support the Director, Mass Markets regular financial reporting

Campaign management

• Oversee, plan and deliver multi-channel revenue and engagement campaigns, including emergencies, ensuring all activity is designed to inspire and engage supporters
• Oversee the design and implementation of customer journeys across all segments and products, in order to increase loyalty, average value and product holdings
• Lead the development and management of the mid-level portfolio, including regular communications, donor events, and identification and development of prospects into active donating advocates of the IRC
• Oversee work to ensure it is completed to standard, on time and within budget and act as overflow support during peak times, such as emergencies
• Work closely with equivalent team members in other national markets (i.e. Korea, Germany, Sweden, US) and the Mass Market support team to ensure all activity is coordinated and maximised

Insight, analysis and data management

• Work closely with the Analytics team to identify and manage analytics requirements and to draw actionable insights from performance data
• Oversee and sign off detailed end of campaign reports, ensuring all relevant information is documented and used to inform future activity

Leadership and management

• Line manage and develop the Retention Marketing Executive(s), ensuring performance objectives are managed throughout the year and opportunities for training, development and progression are identified and prioritised
• Work closely with other team members to increase connection across Mass Markets, with the ultimate aim of developing a seamless progression for new donors and prospects into further cultivation

• Keep up to date with the sector developments in individual giving to ensure IRC is at the forefront of fundraising developments

The Choir with No Name London – Choir Manager

About us:

The Choir with No Name runs choirs and builds joyful singing communities with people impacted by homelessness and marginalisation, around the UK. We currently have choirs in Birmingham, Liverpool, London, Brighton, Coventry, Cardiff and Sheffield.

We were founded on the premise that singing makes you feel good - it helps you to build confidence, skills and genuine, long-lasting friendships. Our choir members are people who have experienced homelessness, or who are going through a tough time in their lives. Our choirs are a supportive, safe space for people to be among friends, where they can experience the joy of singing together, have fun, build confidence and skills, and feel more able to tackle life's other challenges, such as securing housing or finding work.

What we do is simple: our choirs meet once a week for a cuppa and a catch up, we then sing our hearts out for an hour and a half and sit down together afterwards for a hot meal cooked by volunteers.

We perform regularly at a whole load of different places, including local homeless hostels, community festivals and world-class venues, such as the Cadogan Hall and Brighton Dome. Gigs are a highlight for everyone at the Choir with No Name, offering members something to work towards together and feel proud of, showcasing their many talents to the world. The thrill of performing in front of appreciative audiences in inspirational venues can instil a sense of purpose and self-worth that may have been lost along the way.

We also deliver community projects for people at risk of homelessness, or who are experiencing related issues (such as mental health challenges, drug and alcohol addiction, refugees and asylum seekers) in each of the cities where we work, motivated by a desire to share the joy of singing with as many people experiencing isolation and marginalisation as possible, and hopefully recruit a few more choir members along the way!

About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative manager for our London choir involving people impacted by homelessness. You’ll be part of a supportive team at CWNN and will work closely with our choir director to deliver fun, inclusive, welcoming rehearsals and gigs throughout the year.

This is an exciting and varied role working with our choir members and volunteers to support the safe running of weekly rehearsals, as well as delivering regular gigs and outreach workshops across London (and beyond!).  You will need to be available to attend Monday night rehearsals in Stoke Newington London and have an understanding of working with people who have experienced complex trauma. We are looking for someone with impeccable organisational skills and the ability to multitask, as well the ability to take a creative approach to delivering inclusive group activities. Experience in volunteer and project/event management is desirable, as is a love of music and an understanding of the positive impact of singing together.

Role overview

The Transformation Hub Manager will play a pivotal role in reshaping our service offerings by creating a vibrant, inclusive, and strengths-based hub for our communities - many of who are underserved, including asylum seekers, refugees, residents facing isolation, and those affected by homelessness. You will lead on the delivery and successful management of our National Lottery funded RenewALL Hub, transforming our ideas from concept into a sustainable, impactful centre for community wellbeing. Central to this role is continuing to drive the shift from a crisis-led service model to a holistic, strengths-based approach, ensuring the RenewALL hub empowers Newham residents to connect, grow, and thrive. A major part of this transformation will be designing and delivering a wide range of new activities and services. Crucially, the Hub will not just deliver activities for residents but will be co-designed and co-produced with them, embedding lived experience and the voice of the community at its core. Success will depend on your ability to build and lead a coherent, motivated team of staff and volunteers, uniting them behind the shared vision of the Hub. Leadership & Hub Development

• Lead a team to ensure the successful implementation of the RenewALL Hub project, as submitted to the National Lottery Community Fund, aligning all activities with our “Open House” strategy and theory of change.

• Direct the strategic transition from over-reliance on a traditional Food Bank to an empowering Food Club model, reinforcing pathways from crisis to independence.

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Hub space, ensuring it is safe, welcoming, and open 7 days a week.
• Coordinate and support staff, volunteers, and sessional workers across the Hub, embedding strong safeguarding and trauma-informed practice.

Promotion & Outreach

• Work with the marketing team to promote the Hub’s activities widely, ensuring strong engagement from under-represented and vulnerable groups.
• Conduct outreach to engage under represented residents, ensuring activities are culturally inclusive and accessible.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Compliance

• Lead on the monitoring and evaluation requirements of our Lottery bid.
• Use monitoring and evaluation tools (e.g., Upshot) to track engagement, outcomes, and impact, ensuring activities remain effective and relevant.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations, safeguarding, and legal requirements.

Person Specification

Main Purpose of Role

CFAB is a national charity and the UK-branch of the International Social Service network. Our social work team helps to resolve cases involving child protection, children in care, and vulnerable adults when the case crosses international borders. CFAB social workers offer advice and guidance to individuals and local authorities and help to link social work services between the UK and another country. CFAB social workers engage in direct work with beneficiaries through kinship assessments and risk assessments.

The main purpose of the role is: to manage a caseload of complex cases originating in the UK or overseas which involve child protection issues; to support, advise and quality assure the work of social workers in other countries; to deliver training to professionals on issues related to international social work, and: when needed, to complete kinship assessments of family members who have come forward to care for a child in care.

Note: Whilst there are some opportunities to complete direct work with service users, such opportunities are limited as the focus of the role involves supporting social workers abroad and delivering training to UK Local Authorities.

Main duties, tasks and key results

1. To hold a caseload of allocated cases originating in the UK or overseas

• Quality assuring complex kinship and parenting assessments completed by social workers abroad for court proceedings in the UK.
• Managing complex cases requiring liaison with local authorities or individuals in the UK, and the relevant authorities overseas to resolve the case;
• Assessing cases referred to CFAB, identifying the intervention required and the resources/agency to undertake it
• Preparing information for referral abroad or to an agency in the UK;
• Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and/or agencies in the UK and overseas to ensure the progression of cases to resolution;

2. To participate in running the Advice Line service and responding to enquiries made to CFAB

3. To provide training to local authority professionals

• Deliver training sessions, jointly and single-handedly, to UK authorities on issues relating to international child protection, e.g. child trafficking and private fostering

• Undertake kinship assessments of individuals in the UK who have applied to care for a child within their family who is in care in another country;

Rainbow Migration is the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system and has been campaigning for their rights since 1993. We are recruiting a Senior Casework and Service Coordinator to assist the Support Services Manager, provide guidance and advice to colleagues, and manage incoming queries from service users. Role overview

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week). Working part-time (minimum 28 hours) will be considered. Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.

Salary: Starting at £36,994 with potential annual step increases up to £41,315 (pro rata if working part time), plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.

Location: Rainbow Migration’s wheelchair accessible offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. Project Management
