The Role
The Events Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of HTB's Evangelism & Mobilisation events and programmes, including Sunday Services, Events Christmas, Easter, HTB Alpha, Connect Groups, Teams, Prayer Ministry training, Workplaced and HTB Focus. The Key Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Support
• Plan and coordinate the logistical and operational elements for all Evangelism & Mobilisation events, services and initiatives

About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be working hands-on day in day out with the young people living in the children’s home and act as the senior shift worker in the staff team.

You’ll work with a tight-knit team of colleagues to build a relationship and trust bond with the young people living at the home. You’ll be a positive role model, supporting them in overcoming their previous trauma and learning to trust in adults again, along with the help and guidance of your colleagues and therapeutic services. You will encourage new experiences, supporting the young people to develop their own identity.
About you
You’ll be patient, thrive in a team environment, able to support those around you and have the emotional intelligence and resilience to manage challenging situations. To be successful in the role you’ll be a good team player, and a problem solver.
You will need to successfully complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before you complete 24 months of Support Work. This will be fully funded by the charity and you will be supported by the training team.

About the role
We're looking for an Activities Coordinator to join our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) based in Havering. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new service which works with offenders as they are released from prison. It is a community based setting, rather than custodial where residents can go out in the community, depending on their Licence restrictions.
You will play a major part in reintegrating our residents back into the community by coordinating and delivering high quality activities and programmes which work to support individual needs, working in collaboration with the wider team. Some activities may vary but could include days out and visits, awareness days/weeks/months campaigns, cultural celebrations and other meaningful activities to encourage reintegration, and enhance social skills and community engagement.
About you
We are looking for someone who has a passion to support vulnerable people in making a change, supporting their rehabilitation and providing opportunities for them to make positive change to their lives, to reintegrate into society. You will have a general understanding of the criminal justice system, and/or have experience supporting people with multiple/complex needs. This new role of Strategic Partnership Lead: Physical Activity and Health (Warwickshire) has been created as a result of securing funding through Sport England Place Investment (Place Universal Offer) for Warwickshire. The role will lead the strategic direction of our place-based work across Warwickshire, with a predominant focus on Warwickshire North Place as identified by need.
The development of this role reflects the strategic relevance of physical activity in Warwickshire, particularly at a place-level. We envisage physical activity continuing to be used as part of the prevention agenda to tackle the health issues people experience in Warwickshire and to reduce local inequalities.
The role will be employed through Think Active; however, as Warwickshire North is a priority for this funding, the role will be hosted jointly by Think Active and George Elliot Hospital in Nuneaton on behalf of Warwickshire North Place partners.

Main responsibilities:
Support the development and delivery of national PR campaigns that promote organisational objectives.

Relief International is looking for an operational Global Human Resources Director to lead our global HR function.
